titleI don't like Monday.
bodyBefore more school shooters took over, there weren’t many shooters or schools, but there was one school shooter named Brenda Ann Spencer who went on a shooting spree at Grover Cleveland Elementary School in the late 1970s, killing two people and injuring nine. She later gave her reason as she quoted: ![1_fClapcrL0TMoiuhuFVE9Ng.webp](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmX43XzwZq3EyHJMGv6Wz83gKezbX3YW6sxGrSzsFtHjc8/1_fClapcrL0TMoiuhuFVE9Ng.webp) “I don’t like Monday” Her quote garnered national media attention and made history as the school’s first female shooter. Brenda Ann Spencer was born in San Diego, California on April 3, 1962, to parents Dot and Wallace Spencer. When she was little, her parents separated. Her father, Wallace, was a gun enthusiast, which fascinated Brenda and got her interested in collecting and playing with guns. In December 1978, her father bought Brenda a Ruger 10/22 .22 semi-automatic rifle as a Christmas present. Neighbours say Spencer has a history of petty theft, drug abuse and truancy. Classmates claimed that a week before the shootings, Spencer said she wanted to “do something big to get on TV.” But that would all change by January 29, 1979. January 29, 1979 It was the morning of January 29, 1979, and students at Grove Cleveland Elementary School in San Diego, California lined up and waited for the principal to open the school doors to usher them into class. Across the street, Spencer was home alone, watching them from her house, which was filled with empty whiskey bottles and the only mattress she shared with her father. She skipped class that day and later claimed to drink her epilepsy medication with alcohol. As the kids lined up, Spencer pulled out her .22 semi-automatic rifle (her Christmas present) and headed for the school. She shot a nine-year-old boy and then went on to shoot seven more children. Principal Burton Wragg spoke with the teacher until he heard the shots. He went outside and saw school children falling on the floor, begging and bleeding for their lives. After he was shot, another adult, janitor Michael Suchar, tried to help him until he was shot. Soon after police arrived at the scene, they realized the shots had come from Spencer’s house. Although the officers sent negotiators to speak with her, she refused to cooperate with them. . In total, the standoff lasted over six hours. During this time, Spencer gave her infamous phone interview with The San Diego Union-Tribune. One negotiator remembers promising her a Burger King Whopper before she finally walked out. Spencer steps out of his house surrenders to the authorities and is arrested. Children and a policeman were seriously injured and two adults: Headmaster Burton Wragg and janitor Michael Suchar were killed. Spencer was found guilty of all charges and was sent to prison for 25 years. At a parole hearing in 2001, Spencer claimed that her violence was the result of an abusive home life in which her father beat and sexually abused her. The chairman of the parole board, Brett Granlund, expressed doubt about Spencer’s allegations, saying Spencer never discussed the allegations with counsellors. Bob Geldof, the lead singer of the Irish rock group The Boomtown Rats, wrote a song called “I Don’t Like Mondays”. Released just months after the attack, the tune held the top spot in the UK charts for four weeks and also received extensive airtime in the US. Spencer heard the song and was happy with the song. Cleveland Elementary School was eventually closed, but for the students there that day, the tragedy affected their future decisions and changed their lives forever. Spencer still serves at the California Institute for Women in Chino, California

titleHow to click on the View Wild photography
bodyIt’s good to have a hobby horse, especially one that gets me outside again. Sitting in the same room, gaping at the same screen, the days, weeks, and months combine into one another. ![1_hw7FVnGI_VR13bobP9R3-g.webp](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmUM55UoKT8HxF399ogcvgmA7DLBuVHARRtJPbwYHAPjx8/1_hw7FVnGI_VR13bobP9R3-g.webp) I used to play sports and lift weights regularly before I came thrall to the YouTube algorithm. I was sluggishly transubstantiation g into an unformed blob of bad life choices and cat vids, but wildlife photography has given me a reason to throw open the curtains and crop from my snide cocoon. Every so frequently, it’s good to step outdoors and remind me that life goes on; the seasons change; there’s always commodity new and instigative to see. It’s not all good, however. I’ve also noticed myself changing. For better or worse, then are some unanticipated changes I’ve noticed since I picked up a blowup lens for the first time. I See Noise I’ve no way seen The Sixth Sense, but my discovery of ‘ noise ’ was as dramatic as any of it. it is Night Shyamalamadingdong’s twist in sum nations. presumably. When I first heard people talking about noise in their photos, I checked to make sure I hadn’t accidentally turned on my Bluetooth headphones. Nope. That picture of a mountain still sounded enough quiet to me. I watched videos about noise reduction. People would move a slider and I couldn’t tell the difference between ‘ before ’ and ‘ after ’. I allowed the noise was a myth. An in-joke that I wasn’t privy to. also, fairly snappily, I guess I trained my eye to see it. Suddenly, I was overcome by noise. I was eyeless, but now I see and I can’t help seeing it. You can find a full explanation. While it can be a cultural choice, too important visual deformation is generally not desirable for wildlife photography. Low light, slow shutter pets, small camera detectors, and high ISO( increased light perception city )are all effects that can turn your print into a bowwow of grain. Dawn and dusk just so be the stylish times of day to see numerous creatures, so it’s a balance between raising the ISO to get high enough to shutter pets, and keeping it low enough to dodge the blotches of doom Then’s a ‘ noisy ’ print I took at a high ISO. It was evening, in fairly dark timber, and it was heavily cropped, which increases the appearance of noise. Noise reduction software exists, and while handy, it can not work cautions. I still relatively like the picture, but not as important as when I took it. perhaps ignorance was bliss. I’ve Come further Critical I’ve quite a competitive personality, but my competition is substantially self. However, I want to come as good as I can, and I don’t like not being good at it, If I try commodity new. This is what has put me off trying lots of new effects. No bone ’s going to be good at commodity when they just start, but I didn’t say it made sense. Yet my description of a ‘ good ’ print is always changing. At first, I might not have watched too important about the background. Or what angle I was shooting at. Now noise is another factor that can make or break a print. It’s not just tone- review, moreover. I may have trained my eye to be more sapient, but I’ve also trained myself to come a judgemental SOB. Last week, I was going through my grandmother’s vacation snaps, and I had to throw them down in nausea. ![1_hw7FVnGI_VR13bobP9R3-g.webp](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmUM55UoKT8HxF399ogcvgmA7DLBuVHARRtJPbwYHAPjx8/1_hw7FVnGI_VR13bobP9R3-g.webp) OK, that may or may not have happened, but I do have to stop myself from being exorbitantly judgemental when seeing an old familiar library’s Facebook prints, for the case. So what if it’s out of focus or they ’ve ‘ cropped ’ the highlights? They’re not obliging me to buy a framed print of it. It’s not like I’ve earned the right to be elitist about it, moreover. I suppose some of my best films are decent, but I’m hopeless at geographies and know nearly nothing about portrayal or road photography. I’ve posted plenitude of vague prints taken with my phone; the only difference now is the best have an emphasis on little) further knowledge and I bought a decent lens. I also know that more educated shutterbugs would look at my filmland and find a plenitude of excrement cities. I Love the Ground Speaking of more educated shutterbugs, one thing that sets them piecemeal seems to be their amenability to deform themselves into strange shapes and acts to get the perfect shot. Naturally, I had to imitate the pros. When it comes to wildlife prints, one thing I’ve learned is the significance of getting to eye position with your subject. Well, I live in the UK, so veritably many creatures are standing over six bases from the ground. ( Especially catcalls, which tend to be the easiest creatures to find.) To get a better angle at these bitsy featherlight whoreson so, I’ve come well- acquainted with the ground. Lying on the bottom will incontinently tell everyone around you that you know your shit. They’ll make noises of blessing, or maybe pity, as you immolate your clothes to the god of slush in pursuit of a commodity bigger than yourself. ( Directly. We’ve formerly established that utmost catcalls = small, and there aren’t numerous cowards in the East Anglican country.) Professional wildlife photography is 90 prone position and 10 skill — Marilyn Monroe I formerly Have prospects prospects are a dangerous thing. At first, I was just happy to get out in nature, and seeing a particular species, or getting good shots of it was just a perk. I mean I’m still happy to just get out in nature, but now I have a troubling feeling of disappointment when I come home empty-handed, or the shots aren’t over to my( current and ever-changing) norms. Wildlife photography is changeable by nature, which makes it easy to get disillusioned after my fruitless sessions. At least if you snap lakes or trees, you know they’re not going anywhere. Lugging my lens around on a miserable day with nothing to show for it can be unmanning. Yet I suppose this unpredictability is what makes me like it some kingfisher films land I took was all the sweeter because it took our aim is to find one. And indeed if you don’t see anything new and rare, there are always different shots you can get of the same species — a nicer disguise, better lighting, nice background, etc. I suppose it’s healthy to remind myself of that, especially when I’m several hours into my rearmost internet-convinced procrastination session. perhaps I’ll head out hereafter

Sitting in the same room, gaping at the same screen, the days, weeks, and months combine into one another.\n\n\n![1_hw7FVnGI_VR13bobP9R3-g.webp](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmUM55UoKT8HxF399ogcvgmA7DLBuVHARRtJPbwYHAPjx8/1_hw7FVnGI_VR13bobP9R3-g.webp)\n\n\nI used to play sports and lift weights regularly before I came thrall to the YouTube algorithm. I was sluggishly transubstantiation g into an unformed blob of bad life choices and cat vids, but wildlife photography has given me a reason to throw open the curtains and crop from my snide cocoon.\n\n\n\nEvery so frequently, it’s good to step outdoors and remind me that life goes on; the seasons change; there’s always commodity new and instigative to see.\n\nIt’s not all good, however. I’ve also noticed myself changing. For better or worse, then are some unanticipated changes I’ve noticed since I picked up a blowup lens for the first time.\n\nI See Noise\n\nI’ve no way seen The Sixth Sense, but my discovery of ‘ noise ’ was as dramatic as any of it. it is Night Shyamalamadingdong’s twist in sum nations. presumably.\n\nWhen I first heard people talking about noise in their photos, I checked to make sure I hadn’t accidentally turned on my Bluetooth headphones.\n\nNope. That picture of a mountain still sounded enough quiet to me.\n\nI watched videos about noise reduction. People would move a slider and I couldn’t tell the difference between ‘ before ’ and ‘ after ’.\n\nI allowed\nthe noise was a myth. An in-joke that I wasn’t privy to. also, fairly snappily, I guess I trained my eye to see it. Suddenly, I was overcome by noise. I was eyeless, but now I see and I can’t help seeing it.\n\nYou can find a full explanation.\n\nWhile it can be a cultural choice, too important visual deformation is generally not desirable for wildlife photography.\n\nLow light, slow shutter pets, small camera detectors, and high ISO( increased light perception city )are all effects that can turn your print into a bowwow of grain.\n\nDawn and dusk just so be the stylish times of day to see numerous creatures, so it’s a balance between raising the ISO to get high enough to shutter pets, and keeping it low enough to dodge the blotches of doom\n\n\n\nThen’s a ‘ noisy ’ print I took at a high ISO. It was evening, in fairly dark timber, and it was heavily cropped, which increases the appearance of noise.\n\n\n\nNoise reduction software exists, and while handy, it can not work cautions.\n\nI still relatively like the picture, but not as important as when I took it. perhaps ignorance was bliss.\n\nI’ve Come further Critical\n\nI’ve quite a competitive personality, but my competition is substantially self. However, I want to come as good as I can, and I don’t like not being good at it, If I try commodity new.\n\nThis is what has put me off trying lots of new effects. No bone\n’s going to be good at commodity when they just start, but I didn’t say it made sense.\n\nYet my description of a ‘ good ’ print is always changing. At first, I might not have watched too important about the background. Or what angle I was shooting at. Trueness is revealed, peregrinations we embark on. ##Mercury Retrograde passes us by, time slows down, chaos, and queries may appear. ![girl-1990347_1280.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmZok1Bd7KiXTSTNjAebW95aFVUrvYTq6xhqFj71GLKihW/girl-1990347_1280.jpg) We lay low, staying, watching, and observing until this time ends. Saturn urges us to put up a good fight. Venus reminds us of relationship trueness that runs deep with love, or not. The Elysian bodies are a system of symbols and signs with a particular communication for everyone. What’s there? By the way, Mercury Retrograde begins January 14, 2022, and ends February 3rd, 2022. This is a time of internal hobbies and connections breakdown. Not a good time for making big opinions, subscribing to contracts, or business plans. Ideal for inner reflection regarding your life and current situation. Observe yourself before moving forward. Thank you for reading my lyric. I hope you enjoyed it. Please
