Yo cursé la carrera de Filosofía, disciplina sobre la que usted imparte clase. \n\nMe agrada ver cómo profesionales de la filosofía elaboran un discurso articulado sobre la ciencia, sobre su alcance y sus límites, pero defendiendo su rol y valor en la evolución del conocimiento. \n\nDigo esto porque son muchos los académicos de las humanidades que desprecian a la ciencia y rechazan todo diálogo con ella. La corriente postmodernista se apodera poco a poco de las universidades y con ello se pretende dar la misma autoridad a la ciencia que a la astrología.       "body": "Buenos días, gracias por compartir tu reflexión, estoy de acuerdo en los principios que dices de máximo resultado y mínimos esfuerzo,y en la parte final de  que la falsa sensación de creer que por ver un vídeo de youtube o unas técnicas en un libro seremos capaces de resolver las situaciones,espero no transmitir esas sensación, ya que como comento la manera es trabajar de manera continua la defensa personal,pero sí  aportar ideas e inquietud sobre este tema, respecto al golpe con el nudillo debemos de evaluar algo más, como comento en el post abro el abanico de posibilidades, con palma o con puño, ya que si no se suele trabajar el endurecimiento de los dedos se puede ocasionar una lesión a la hora de defenderse,abría que añadir la época del año, verano con solo una camiseta, invierno con un abrigo grueso, respecto al porque de la zona de impacto, como comento en el post realizo el trabajo acorde con la legislación vigente, donde un agarre de pelo no queda tipificado como un riesgo de vida directo,podríamos entrar a argumentar si esto es correcto o no ya que se sabe de donde se parte, el agarre de pelo ,pero nunca se puede saber el alcance de las lesiones o los sucesos que se van a producir después, por ello la zona de impacto tienen el principio de proporcionalidad en la agresión que se esta produciendo,  trabajos de máxima letalidad se exponen en  el trabajo de militares, zonas de golpeo y corte sin protección de casco ni chaleco o en protocolos donde la victima corre riesgo directo, por ello el ataque como decías se enfoca a otros puntos, como la traquea, pero en este supuesto no creo que se proporcional, los movimientos que le siguen tienen un grado de in capacitación en dos vías la primera la perdida de visión y el dolor que ocasiona que los presionen hacia abajo, la segunda es la caída contra el suelo del oponente, lo que produce una perdida  del punto de referencia donde se encuentra y una posible lesión clavicular, por supuesto todo esto desde mi punto de vista que claro esta no tiene porque ser el mejor e intento  adaptarlo a la situación de no terminar en la carcel por una defensa mas efectiva pero mucho mas lesiva.\n\nun saludo!",

Creo que hace falta más concienciación sobre la importancia de tener nociones básicas de cómo proteger nuestro cuerpo ante agresiones o amenazas, de manera que no dependamos de terceras personas para mantenernos a salvo.\n\nUno de los principios fundamentales de la defensa personal, cuando no hay posibilidad de huir, es la de ser efectivo, pero también eficiente. Me refiero a la eficiencia como \"máximo resultado con mínimo esfuerzo\".\n\nMáximo resultado: provocar la mayor cantidad de dolor al atacante, o realizar aquellos movimientos que tengan mayores posibilidades de dejar al agresor incapacitado.\n\nMínimo esfuerzo: hacer los menores movimientos posibles, y que estos sean sencillos. Mejor una secuencia con el mismo golpe efectivo repetido, que encadenar golpes diferentes.\n\nGolpear con un nudillo en el esternón del rival me parece contrario al principio de eficiencia. Por un lado, nos podemos romper el dedo. Por el otro, la zona golpeada no sería la preferible a impactar si lo que necesitamos es el provocar el máximo dolor o incapacitación. \n\nLos movimientos que siguen tampoco parecen pensados para incapacitar al oponente de la forma más rápida/efectiva posible. \n\nLa defensa personal es un tema muy serio que necesita ser tratado con mucha prudencia y delicadeza. Hoy en día, teniendo herramientas de divulgación tan poderosas , es importante no hacer creer a las personas que pueden contrarrestar una agresión utilizando según qué movimientos. For their readers, that was useful, even if the author spent just five minutes to think and write about it. Can we say that a high voted/bad written post has intrinsic quality? While we try to think about this, however, I will always prefer to give the people the power of curation that have some 'experts' deciding for us. Everyone should decide what is useful for them. Maybe we should try to make the better pieces more available to them.
