This June I turn 70 and it’s time to retire, close the company, pay off its debts, and distribute any remaining assets to our shareholders. titleCrypto Merger Tale
bodyCrypto Merger Tale Model: GPT-4 User Write a sonnet as narrated by Dr. Seuss and originally written by Snoop Dogg that tells the epic story of a merging of cloudcoin and Karatswap to develop a wonderful new initiative ChatGPT In the land of Cloudcoin, where Karatswap dwells, A story unfolds, one that's quite swell. A tale of a merger, a union quite grand, Where crypto and gold interlock hand in hand. Two forces combined, their visions aligned, A brilliant endeavor in the digital grind. Dr. Seuss and Snoop Dogg, the narrators of prose, Sing the epic fusion, where the currency flows. Oh, the places they'd go, through tokens and chains, The coins of the cloud, Karatswap's golden gains. A merger of power, a blockchain delight, Creating a world where the future shines bright. The world of finance, forever to change, As crypto and gold formed a bond so strange. A wonderful venture, a tale to be told, Of Cloudcoin and Karatswap, the fusion of gold. AND ANOTHER POEM: Bunnies with bad hair in fields so green, A peaceful sight, a lovely scene, But danger looms, a hunter's call, With bullets flying, threatening all. The bunnies scatter, with hearts of fear, As hunters close in, drawing near, But amidst the chaos, a glimmer of hope, A merger of coins, to help them cope. CloudCoin and KaratSwap, joining forces, To provide a shield, a safe recourse, With blockchain tech and security strong, The bunnies hop, and nothing goes wrong. The hunters try, but their efforts are vain, Their bullets bounce back, like pouring rain, The bunnies dance and jump with glee, Knowing they're now safe, happy and free. So let this tale be a lesson to all, That even in danger, we can stand tall, With innovation and courage, we can save the day, And keep the bunnies hopping, in their own special way.

titleUsing CHATGPT to Do Some Preliminary Space Telescope Designs
body![image.png](https://images.hive.blog/DQmRwN3XJur7Q4bx3921TF7iHBjyALgoD8JLUNr7ULSJGyq/image.png) Stan: Design me a space telescope 1.2 meter reflector to orbit in sun synchronous orbit with a multi-jointed robotic arm projecting from it's back end to keep a parasal umbrella with solar panels arranged like a flower petals pointed at the sun with a gap between two of them to allow looking backward through it to within 30 degrees of the sun. ChatGPT: Designing a space telescope with a robotic arm and a solar parasol is a complex engineering task. Here are some considerations and specifications that could be taken into account: Telescope Specifications: Type: Reflector Aperture: 1.2 meters Focal Length: 12 meters Field of View: 1.5 degrees Angular Resolution: 0.05 arcseconds Wavelength Range: 200-2000 nanometers Orbit: Sun-Synchronous orbit Altitude: 600 kilometers Inclination: 98 degrees Robotic Arm: Multi-jointed Length: 6 meters Payload capacity: 50 kilograms Actuators: Electric motors Sensors: Cameras, temperature sensors, force sensors, accelerometers Solar Parasol: Flower-shaped with 6 petals Each petal is 3 meters long and 1 meter wide Gap between two petals of 1 meter Solar cells cover the surface of each petal to provide power to the telescope and robotic arm Umbrella motorized rotation mechanism to track the sun Umbrella can be retracted for safe maneuvering of the telescope and arm Control System: Autonomous control system based on artificial intelligence algorithms Communication with ground control station for remote operations and data transfer These specifications are a starting point for designing a space telescope with a robotic arm and a solar parasol. Many other aspects such as thermal management, power distribution, and mechanical design need to be considered in detail to ensure the successful operation of the system. Stan: Render me an image of this telescope with the earth and sun in the background ChatGPT: As an AI language model, I cannot render images, but here is a textual description of the scene: The telescope with the robotic arm and solar parasol is in a sun-synchronous orbit around the Earth, with the blue and white planet visible below. The robotic arm is extended, and the parasol is open, resembling a flower with six petals. The petals are pointed at the sun, which is visible as a bright, white disk in the background. The gap between two petals allows the telescope to look backward through it, giving a view of the sun at an angle of 30 degrees. The space telescope is sleek and metallic, with the reflective surface of the 1.2-meter reflector gleaming in the sunlight. The multi-jointed robotic arm is attached to the back end of the telescope and appears to be reaching out toward the sun. The solar cells covering the petals of the parasol provide power to the telescope and robotic arm. Stan: Add three laser datalinks. One looking forward 1/4 way ahead in the same orbit to another telescope and one looking backward to track another telescope 1/4 orbit behind. The third link interfaces to the Starlink network. Pick a good frequency to use for a downlink to a ground station and make an antenna that can track the same station on three consecutive orbits. ChatGPT: Sure! Here is an updated description: The space telescope with the robotic arm and solar parasol is equipped with three laser datalinks. One of the datalinks is positioned to look forward, 1/4 of the way ahead in the same sun-synchronous orbit, enabling communication with another telescope located in that position. Another datalink looks backward, 1/4 of an orbit behind, facilitating communication with a telescope located in that position. The third datalink interfaces with the Starlink network, providing access to a global network of ground stations. To enable data downlink to a ground station, the telescope is equipped with a high-gain antenna capable of tracking the same station on three consecutive orbits. The downlink frequency is chosen to be in the S-band, which is commonly used for deep space and satellite communications. The antenna is mounted on a tracking mechanism that can rotate and tilt to maintain a constant orientation towards the ground station during the entire orbit. With these laser datalinks and a high-gain antenna, the telescope can communicate with other telescopes and ground stations, enabling collaborative observation and data sharing. The Starlink datalink provides an additional means of downlinking data to multiple ground stations around the world, enhancing the telescope's capacity for scientific research and discovery. Stan: what application can I use to render a picture of this telescope? There are many software applications available for rendering images of space telescopes, including computer-aided design (CAD) software and 3D modeling programs. Some popular options include Autodesk 3ds Max, Blender, SolidWorks, and SketchUp. If you have access to CAD software or 3D modeling programs, you can create a model of the telescope with the desired specifications and add visual effects such as textures, lighting, and backgrounds to produce a realistic image. Many of these software programs also have built-in rendering engines that can generate high-quality images of your model. Alternatively, you can hire a professional 3D modeling and rendering service to create a custom image of the telescope for you based on your specifications. These services typically offer a wide range of customization options and can provide high-quality, photorealistic renderings of your design. Stan: How close to the atmosphere will a laser beam pass when connecting two telescopes 1/4 orbit apart? ChatGPT: To determine how close a laser beam will pass to the Earth's atmosphere when connecting two telescopes in a sun-synchronous orbit 1/4 orbit apart, we need to consider the altitude of the orbit and the altitude of the Earth's atmosphere. The typical altitude of a sun-synchronous orbit is around 600 kilometers, which is above most of the Earth's atmosphere. However, there is still a thin layer of atmosphere, called the exosphere, that extends up to about 10,000 kilometers above the Earth's surface. This layer is extremely thin, with a density of only a few particles per cubic centimeter, and has little effect on a laser beam. Assuming that the two telescopes are in a circular orbit with an altitude of 600 kilometers, and that they are positioned 1/4 orbit apart, they would be separated by an angular distance of approximately 45 degrees. Therefore, the laser beam connecting them would need to pass through a distance of approximately 780 kilometers. Given that the exosphere extends up to about 10,000 kilometers above the Earth's surface, and that the laser beam is passing through a distance of only 780 kilometers, it would not come close enough to the Earth's atmosphere to be affected significantly. Therefore, we can conclude that the laser beam would not pose a significant risk to the Earth's atmosphere or to any objects in orbit around the Earth. Stan: No they would be separated by 90 degrees 1/4 way around the orbit. Is there clear line of sight between them? ChatGPT: I apologize for the mistake in my previous answer. If the two telescopes are positioned 1/4 of an orbit apart, they would be separated by an angular distance of 90 degrees. Assuming that both telescopes are in a sun-synchronous orbit at an altitude of around 600 kilometers, there should be a clear line of sight between them for the laser beam to pass through. The Earth's atmosphere is thickest at the lowest altitudes and thins out gradually with increasing altitude. At an altitude of 600 kilometers, the atmosphere is extremely thin, with a density of only a few particles per cubic centimeter. This means that the atmosphere would not significantly affect the laser beam. However, there may be other factors that could affect the line of sight between the two telescopes. For example, the position of the Sun relative to the two telescopes could cause interference or make it more difficult for the laser beam to pass through. Additionally, atmospheric conditions such as clouds or dust could also affect the line of sight. Nevertheless, assuming that these factors do not pose a significant obstacle, there should be a clear line of sight between the two telescopes for the laser beam to pass through. Stan: The direction of orbit would be at right angles to the direction of the sun when orbiting around the terminator between night and day so sun interference would be negligible. ChatGPT: Thank you for clarifying that the direction of orbit would be at right angles to the direction of the Sun. This would indeed minimize any potential Sun interference when the laser beam is passing between the two telescopes. Assuming that the two telescopes are in a sun-synchronous orbit and positioned 1/4 of an orbit apart, with the direction of orbit at right angles to the direction of the Sun, there should be a clear line of sight between them for the laser beam to pass through. At an altitude of around 600 kilometers, the Earth's atmosphere is extremely thin and would not significantly affect the laser beam. However, as I mentioned earlier, other factors such as atmospheric conditions and other objects in orbit could potentially affect the line of sight between the two telescopes. Therefore, careful planning and analysis would be required to ensure that the laser beam can be transmitted successfully between the two telescopes. Stan: Each telescope will have four processing nodes to run an EOS-clone blockchain. Select a space qualified processor for each node. ChatGPT: Selecting a space-qualified processor for each node of the EOS-clone blockchain will depend on several factors, such as power consumption, processing power, radiation tolerance, and compatibility with the other hardware and software components of the telescope. Here are some options for space-qualified processors: RAD750: The RAD750 is a radiation-hardened version of the IBM PowerPC 750 processor. It is commonly used in space applications, such as NASA's Mars rovers and the International Space Station. It has a clock speed of 110 MHz, power consumption of about 10 watts, and a radiation tolerance of up to 100 krad. LEON3: The LEON3 is a radiation-hardened processor based on the SPARC V8 architecture. It is designed for use in space applications and has been used in many ESA missions, such as the Rosetta spacecraft. It has a clock speed of up to 80 MHz, power consumption of about 5 watts, and a radiation tolerance of up to 100 krad. RHPPC405: The RHPPC405 is a radiation-hardened version of the IBM PowerPC 405 processor. It is designed for use in space applications and has been used in many space missions, such as the Huygens probe that landed on Titan. It has a clock speed of up to 200 MHz, power consumption of about 3 watts, and a radiation tolerance of up to 200 krad. UT699 LEON2FT: The UT699 LEON2FT is a radiation-hardened processor based on the SPARC V8 architecture. It is designed for use in space applications and has been used in many space missions, such as the Gaia mission. It has a clock speed of up to 80 MHz, power consumption of about 5 watts, and a radiation tolerance of up to 100 krad. TSC695F: The TSC695F is a radiation-hardened processor based on the ARM Cortex-R5 architecture. It is designed for use in space applications and has been used in many space missions, such as the Mars Atmosphere and Volatile Evolution (MAVEN) spacecraft. It has a clock speed of up to 160 MHz, power consumption of about 2 watts, and a radiation tolerance of up to 100 krad. Each of these processors has its own set of strengths and weaknesses, and the best option will depend on the specific requirements of the EOS-clone blockchain and the other hardware and software components of the telescope.

These services typically offer a wide range of customization options and can provide high-quality, photorealistic renderings of your design.\n\nStan:\nHow close to the atmosphere will a laser beam pass when connecting two telescopes 1/4 orbit apart?\n\nChatGPT:\nTo determine how close a laser beam will pass to the Earth's atmosphere when connecting two telescopes in a sun-synchronous orbit 1/4 orbit apart, we need to consider the altitude of the orbit and the altitude of the Earth's atmosphere.\n\nThe typical altitude of a sun-synchronous orbit is around 600 kilometers, which is above most of the Earth's atmosphere. However, there is still a thin layer of atmosphere, called the exosphere, that extends up to about 10,000 kilometers above the Earth's surface. This layer is extremely thin, with a density of only a few particles per cubic centimeter, and has little effect on a laser beam.\n\nAssuming that the two telescopes are in a circular orbit with an altitude of 600 kilometers, and that they are positioned 1/4 orbit apart, they would be separated by an angular distance of approximately 45 degrees. Therefore, the laser beam connecting them would need to pass through a distance of approximately 780 kilometers.\n\nGiven that the exosphere extends up to about 10,000 kilometers above the Earth's surface, and that the laser beam is passing through a distance of only 780 kilometers, it would not come close enough to the Earth's atmosphere to be affected significantly. Therefore, we can conclude that the laser beam would not pose a significant risk to the Earth's atmosphere or to any objects in orbit around the Earth.\n\n\nStan:\nNo they would be separated by 90 degrees 1/4 way around the orbit. Is there clear line of sight between them?\n\nChatGPT:\nI apologize for the mistake in my previous answer. If the two telescopes are positioned 1/4 of an orbit apart, they would be separated by an angular distance of 90 degrees.\n\nAssuming that both telescopes are in a sun-synchronous orbit at an altitude of around 600 kilometers, there should be a clear line of sight between them for the laser beam to pass through. The Earth's atmosphere is thickest at the lowest altitudes and thins out gradually with increasing altitude. At an altitude of 600 kilometers, the atmosphere is extremely thin, with a density of only a few particles per cubic centimeter. This means that the atmosphere would not significantly affect the laser beam.\n\nHowever, there may be other factors that could affect the line of sight between the two telescopes. For example, the position of the Sun relative to the two telescopes could cause interference or make it more difficult for the laser beam to pass through. Additionally, atmospheric conditions such as clouds or dust could also affect the line of sight. Nevertheless, assuming that these factors do not pose a significant obstacle, there should be a clear line of sight between the two telescopes for the laser beam to pass through.\n\nStan:\nThe direction of orbit would be at right angles to the direction of the sun when orbiting around the terminator between night and day so sun interference would be negligible.\n\nChatGPT:\nThank you for clarifying that the direction of orbit would be at right angles to the direction of the Sun. This would indeed minimize any potential Sun interference when the laser beam is passing between the two telescopes.\n\nAssuming that the two telescopes are in a sun-synchronous orbit and positioned 1/4 of an orbit apart, with the direction of orbit at right angles to the direction of the Sun, there should be a clear line of sight between them for the laser beam to pass through. At an altitude of around 600 kilometers, the Earth's atmosphere is extremely thin and would not significantly affect the laser beam.\n\nHowever, as I mentioned earlier, other factors such as atmospheric conditions and other objects in orbit could potentially affect the line of sight between the two telescopes. Therefore, careful planning and analysis would be required to ensure that the laser beam can be transmitted successfully between the two telescopes.\n\nStan:\nEach telescope will have four processing nodes to run an EOS-clone blockchain. Select a space qualified processor for each node.\n\nChatGPT:\nSelecting a space-qualified processor for each node of the EOS-clone blockchain will depend on several factors, such as power consumption, processing power, radiation tolerance, and compatibility with the other hardware and software components of the telescope. Here are some options for space-qualified processors:\n\nRAD750: The RAD750 is a radiation-hardened version of the IBM PowerPC 750 processor. It is commonly used in space applications, such as NASA's Mars rovers and the International Space Station. It has a clock speed of 110 MHz, power consumption of about 10 watts, and a radiation tolerance of up to 100 krad.\n\nLEON3: The LEON3 is a radiation-hardened processor based on the SPARC V8 architecture. It is designed for use in space applications and has been used in many ESA missions, such as the Rosetta spacecraft. It has a clock speed of up to 80 MHz, power consumption of about 5 watts, and a radiation tolerance of up to 100 krad.\n\nRHPPC405: The RHPPC405 is a radiation-hardened version of the IBM PowerPC 405 processor. It is designed for use in space applications and has been used in many space missions, such as the Huygens probe that landed on Titan. It has a clock speed of up to 200 MHz, power consumption of about 3 watts, and a radiation tolerance of up to 200 krad.\n\nUT699 LEON2FT: The UT699 LEON2FT is a radiation-hardened processor based on the SPARC V8 architecture. It is designed for use in space applications and has been used in many space missions, such as the Gaia mission. It has a clock speed of up to 80 MHz, power consumption of about 5 watts, and a radiation tolerance of up to 100 krad.\n\nTSC695F: The TSC695F is a radiation-hardened processor based on the ARM Cortex-R5 architecture. It is designed for use in space applications and has been used in many space missions, such as the Mars Atmosphere and Volatile Evolution (MAVEN) spacecraft. It has a clock speed of up to 160 MHz, power consumption of about 2 watts, and a radiation tolerance of up to 100 krad.\n\nEach of these processors has its own set of strengths and weaknesses, and the best option will depend on the specific requirements of the EOS-clone blockchain and the other hardware and software components of the telescope.",

body<center>https://static.fundrazr.com/campaigns/3f8d6887be9a40c1903fbd137e848d8f.png?cb=1545064505</center> Well Folks, Jared just had the worst possible thing. happen. He's been sent to a Medium Security Prison where he fruthless gang members have a "Smash on Sight" order out on him - meaning he will likely be killed the first week he is there. This may have already happened since I haven't heard from him since earlier this week just before the bus whisked him off to his fate. He sent me the following goodbye letter to all his friends and supporters and asked me to publish it. Live long and prosper Jared. ## Open Letter from Jared Rice Dear Crypto, Those who have followed my fight against the United States government for the past four years, have witnessed the incredible amounts of corruption surrounding the civil and criminal cases that they brought against my partner Stan Ford, AriseBank and I, starting in January of 2018. While the story of Ripple defeating the SEC has overtaken the crypto newswire, the DOJ and the SEC have not only quietly defeated our community, but are now quietly attempting to have my killed. As you are reading this letter, there is a good possibility that I`m either already dead or seriously injured. On 10/07/21, I was transferred to serve my final 9 months in prison, at one of the most violent prisons in the United States, where a gang has already called for my head. While this may sound like a scene out of a movie, it`s not. All of you have been lied to about AriseBank. The alleged victims in the AriseBank case have not only funded my legal defense, they have fought along my side from one court hearing to the next. Most recently, victims like Stan Larimer and Matt Buckley attended my August 26th, 2021 sentencing hearing, where they told federal district court Judge Ed Kinkeade that they were victims of the government`s fraudulent actions and lies - ultimately demanding my release. The judge began screaming at the victims and even began badgering them over their testimony, to a point where they were unable to truly testify on behalf of me or the Arise community. The judge was even quoted as saying: "I may not understand cryptocurrency, but I do understand the justice system." Not only do they not understand what they`re prosecuting - many in government are using cases like mine to advance their careers. The corruption found within the SEC vs. Ripple case, is nothing new to us, because it all started with the AriseBank case. Below, is a timeline, which reveals just a small piece of the corruption that has surrounded the AriseBank debacle from the very start: 02-15-17 - Beginning of AriseBank`s underground development. 10-26-17 - I receive a message from a man named Cody Marx Bailey who tells me that he is going to "die before [I] get rich," informing me that he is highly connected with the media and others. While at this point I had been developing the AriseBank software for 10 months, I hadn`t started truly promoting it publicly and had no idea who Cody was. 11-26-17 - The launch of the AriseBank ICO. 01-05-18 - The Texas Department of Banking serves us a cease and desist letter, demanding that we stop using the word `bank.` 01-06-18 - I publicly respond to the Texas Department of Banking, saying that we had every right to use the word `bank` in our decentralized cryptocurrency banking app. 01-18-18 - We release a press release that speaks on our acquisition of an FDIC-insured bank. The release accidently contained misleading information. 01-25-18 - We issued a new corrected press release and offered refunds. On the same day, in the Northern District of Texas, Chris Davis of the SEC`s Fort Worth office, approached Judge Barbara Lynn, under seal, asking her to appoint Mark Rasmussen of Jones Day over the first-ever cryptocurrency receivership in US history. 01-26-18 - We are raided by the FBI, where $4.2 million in cryptocurrency is seized and given to Jones Day. 02-17-18 - Shamoil Shiphandler steps down as the head of the SEC`s Fort Worth office and joins Jones Day. 02-25-18 - Arise contributors publish information proving that Cody Marx Bailey is Mark Rasmussen`s close friend and client. 04-11-18 - An article is published about Mark Rasmussen in the Dallas Morning News, regarding his role in the AriseBank receivership. In that article, one person is quoted: Cody Marx Bailey. 08-20-18 - We settle with the SEC and are told that there won`t be any criminal charges. An hour after signing the agreement, US Attorney Mary Walters informs my attorneys that I will be criminally indicted. 11-26-18 - I`m arrested by FBI agents. 11-29-18 - I`m held without bond. 12-02-18 - 03-21-19 - I was held in solitary confinement and tortured, until I plead guilty. I was promised that I would be moved from Kaufman County Jail`s SHU to Seagoville, where I could eat "normal food" and could "move around." 7 days after pleading guilty, I was moved to Seagoville. == NOTE: There are so many other happenings that will be released by our team in the next few weeks, as apart of our expose on the corruption involving AriseBank. This is just a small preview to the happenings surrounding our case - the actual timeline is massive. == Since the day we were raided and even from prison, I, as well as Arise`s alleged victims, have banded together to expose the SEC`s lies and corruption. Just recently, I was able to launch a new decentralized alternative to the World Wide Web, known as the dWeb, using nothing but a pen and paper, in an effort to fight back against big tech and government-sponsored censorship. It also exposed the fact that I was indeed a software developer. Those thousands of pages of code are now in the hands of my attorneys - and are not only evidence of the SEC`s frivolous, unfounded allegations, but are an eye-opening montage of a vision to decentralize the planet that I`ve fought to bring to life over the past decade or more. Not a day goes by when we haven`t exposed the corrupt actions of Mary Walters, Cody Marx Bailey, Mark Rasmussen, Chris Davis, Arnold Spencer, Judge Ed Kinkaide, Coinbase, VISA and the hosts of others that have been involved in this sham (a full list is posted below). It is the reason they`re attempting to silence me, they simply want me to shut up - something that I`ll NEVER do. At my sentencing, the judge, the court and the government, were made aware of the fact that my life was in danger, if sent to Beaumont`s federal prison complex. This is where a gang is currently calling for my head due to false information that was released by the government to one of the gang`s leaders, with the intent of having me killed. Two weeks later, the government designated me to Beaumont, with only 9 months left on my sentence, ultimately giving me a life sentence. They did this, knowing that they could have sent me to one of hundreds of federal prison facilities. My family, as well as Arise`s alleged victims, have hired prison consultants, and have informed the US Marshals, the Bureau of Prisons, the Department of Justice, and Judge Ed Kinkeade, as well as Mary Walters, about the threat on my life - and they`re acting as if they don`t hear our cries for help. In fact, they`re using "protocols" as a reason for pressing forward with the designation. It`s shameful and it is disgusting. Ultimately, I feel so bad for my parents, as well as my children. Nobody`s families should have to be put through anything like this. While they publicized the raid, their personal advancements from the case, my indictment and even my plea agreement, weirdly, they didn`t say a word about my sentencing. I`ve been out of the news for well over two years, not by chance, and they want to keep it that way, as they drive the final nail in my coffin. Whether I walk the prison or go into protective custody, they will find a way to finish the job - they don`t call it "bloody" Beaumont for nothing. Sadly, this isn`t the first time the government has negotiated with gang leaders - they do it every single day. As a result, they have no shortage of "crash dummies," and will get their way, no matter what. Clearly, the decision has been made and I`ve made peace with it. I was in the process of publishing a book called "No Coincidence," which I`ll probably never get a chance to finish writing personally, exposing my involvement with team Satoshi and the Bitcoin project, as well as the corruption surrounding AriseBank and how it`s all tied together. I`m confident that the many witnesses to my story will finish the rest of it - it`s a story that must be told and I hope it`s one that sheds light on what`s truly going on within the deepest realms of our government. The last thing I wanted, was to share the same fate as my friends Aaron Swartz and John McAfee, but it is becoming more and more evident that this Marxist government`s goal is to silence those like me, who are true threats to their tyranny and corruption. My friends, it has been the greatest honor of my life to fight for people like you and an industry I`ve been apart of since its very inception. While you may have never known me by my many pseudonyms, it was because I was never motivated by money or fame - it simply wasn`t what drove me nor was it in my DNA. You are what drove me and I had a patriot`s DNA from the moment my mother gave birth to me. I`ve always been this way. It was my endless pursuit to change the world and my fight to protect your God-given freedoms, that landed me here - not fraud. I want the world to know that I`m PROUD of what we did and if given a chance, I`d do it again and again and again. There is nothing wrong with developing decentralized software or building a decentralized community. There is nothing wrong with birthing new digital assets and selling them to those who want to help fund your dreams - this is America and we`re allowed to chase the American dream. If you remember anything, please remember that even without my own freedom, I was willing to die, fighting for yours. While I`ve been in fear over the past three weeks, today, I have finally felt God`s hand on my shoulder. I know I did the right thing. My final wish, is that the crypto industry continues pressing for answers in "AriseGate" and joins my family, as well as Arise`s alleged victims in calling for Judge Ed Kinkeade and US Attorney Mary Walters to step down from their government positions. Both of them should be investigated for misconduct and the evidence of that misconduct is overwhelming. It is my hope that the Internet that raised me, can help expose this corruption, once and for all. Nothing is more important to the survival of our great industry. Nothing. It was the old adage from our friends at Anonymous that still rings true today. We must never forgive and we must never forget those who have trampled on our freedoms, nor should we allow them to continue torturing our greatest minds. Today, I`m drawing a line in the sand and will end my farewell to you all, with two simple questions: (1) Are you ok with the government attempting to murder or murdering me for a misleading press release, and (2) What if you, your daughter, your son, your brother or your sister were next? Precedents, are precedents. Don`t let them master this art. This can`t be the way that our competitors in business, gain an advantage in the marketplace. At sentencing, Judge Kinkeade said that he was best friends with the general counsel at Coinbase, a company that AriseBank would have clearly competed with. Is the general counsel at Coinbase ok with me being sent to my death? Is the CEO of VISA? Is the CEO of Marqueta? All of these people and these companies are well aware of what has happened and have basically cosigned my demise. To the employees of Coinbase, Marqueta and VISA, are you ok with this? I hope each of you choose the right side of that line - your freedom and our right to innovate in America depends on it. Nor should that fight die with me. It must NOT die with me. Lastly, never let them scare you into submission - I surely won`t. Tomorrow, I`m walking out there and taking every single knife they stick in me, with a big ol` smile on my face, knowing that nothing I did was in vain. Absolutely nothing. I fought the good fight - every single step of the way. There is no better way and there is no better fight. God bless crypto and God bless the America of old. To the moon my friends, to the moon. I love you all, Jared Rice Sr.

He's been sent to a Medium Security Prison where he fruthless gang members have a \"Smash on Sight\" order out on him - meaning he will likely be killed the first week he is there. This may have already happened since I haven't heard from him since earlier this week just before the bus whisked him off to his fate.\n\nHe sent me the following goodbye letter to all his friends and supporters and asked me to publish it. Live long and prosper Jared.\n\n## Open Letter from Jared Rice\n\nDear Crypto,\n\nThose who have followed my fight against the United States government for the past four years, have witnessed the incredible amounts of corruption surrounding the civil and criminal cases that they brought against my partner Stan Ford, AriseBank and I, starting in January of 2018. While the story of Ripple defeating the SEC has overtaken the crypto newswire, the DOJ and the SEC have not only quietly defeated our community, but are now quietly attempting to have my killed. As you are reading this letter, there is a good possibility that I`m either already dead or seriously injured. On 10/07/21, I was transferred to serve my final 9 months in prison, at one of the most violent prisons in the United States, where a gang has already called for my head.\n\nWhile this may sound like a scene out of a movie, it`s not. The judge began screaming at the victims and even began badgering them over their testimony, to a point where they were unable to truly testify on behalf of me or the Arise community.\n\nThe judge was even quoted as saying:\n\"I may not understand cryptocurrency, but I do understand the justice system.\"\n\nNot only do they not understand what they`re prosecuting - many in government are using cases like mine to advance their careers. The corruption found within the SEC vs. Ripple case, is nothing new to us, because it all started with the AriseBank case. Below, is a timeline, which reveals just a small piece of the corruption that has surrounded the AriseBank debacle from the very start:\n\n02-15-17 - Beginning of AriseBank`s underground development.\n10-26-17 - I receive a message from a man named Cody Marx Bailey who tells me that he is going to \"die before [I] get rich,\" informing me that he is highly connected with the media and others. While at this point I had been developing the AriseBank software for 10 months, I hadn`t started truly promoting it publicly and had no idea who Cody was.\n11-26-17 - The launch of the AriseBank ICO.\n01-05-18 - The Texas Department of Banking serves us a cease and desist letter, demanding that we stop using the word `bank.`\n01-06-18 - I publicly respond to the Texas Department of Banking, saying that we had every right to use the word `bank` in our decentralized cryptocurrency banking app.\n01-18-18 - We release a press release that speaks on our acquisition of an FDIC-insured bank. The release accidently contained misleading information.\n01-25-18 - We issued a new corrected press release and offered refunds. On the same day, in the Northern District of Texas, Chris Davis of the SEC`s Fort Worth office, approached Judge Barbara Lynn, under seal, asking her to appoint Mark Rasmussen of Jones Day over the first-ever cryptocurrency receivership in US history.\n01-26-18 - We are raided by the FBI, where $4.2 million in cryptocurrency is seized and given to Jones Day.\n02-17-18 - Shamoil Shiphandler steps down as the head of the SEC`s Fort Worth office and joins Jones Day.\n02-25-18 - Arise contributors publish information proving that Cody Marx Bailey is Mark Rasmussen`s close friend and client.\n04-11-18 - An article is published about Mark Rasmussen in the Dallas Morning News, regarding his role in the AriseBank receivership. In that article, one person is quoted: Cody Marx Bailey.\n08-20-18 - We settle with the SEC and are told that there won`t be any criminal charges. An hour after signing the agreement, US Attorney Mary Walters informs my attorneys that I will be criminally indicted.\n11-26-18 - I`m arrested by FBI agents.\n11-29-18 - I`m held without bond.\n12-02-18 - 03-21-19 - I was held in solitary confinement and tortured, until I plead guilty. I was promised that I would be moved from Kaufman County Jail`s SHU to Seagoville, where I could eat \"normal food\" and could \"move around.\" 7 days after pleading guilty, I was moved to Seagoville.\n\n==\nNOTE: There are so many other happenings that will be released by our team in the next few weeks, as apart of our expose on the corruption involving AriseBank. This is just a small preview to the happenings surrounding our case - the actual timeline is massive.\n==\n\nSince the day we were raided and even from prison, I, as well as Arise`s alleged victims, have banded together to expose the SEC`s lies and corruption. \n\nNot a day goes by when we haven`t exposed the corrupt actions of Mary Walters, Cody Marx Bailey, Mark Rasmussen, Chris Davis, Arnold Spencer, Judge Ed Kinkaide, Coinbase, VISA and the hosts of others that have been involved in this sham (a full list is posted below). \n\nMy family, as well as Arise`s alleged victims, have hired prison consultants, and have informed the US Marshals, the Bureau of Prisons, the Department of Justice, and Judge Ed Kinkeade, as well as Mary Walters, about the threat on my life - and they`re acting as if they don`t hear our cries for help. In fact, they`re using \"protocols\" as a reason for pressing forward with the designation. It`s shameful and it is disgusting. Ultimately, I feel so bad for my parents, as well as my children. Nobody`s families should have to be put through anything like this.\n\nWhile they publicized the raid, their personal advancements from the case, my indictment and even my plea agreement, weirdly, they didn`t say a word about my sentencing. I`ve been out of the news for well over two years, not by chance, and they want to keep it that way, as they drive the final nail in my coffin. Whether I walk the prison or go into protective custody, they will find a way to finish the job - they don`t call it \"bloody\" Beaumont for nothing. Sadly, this isn`t the first time the government has negotiated with gang leaders - they do it every single day. As a result, they have no shortage of \"crash dummies,\" and will get their way, no matter what. Clearly, the decision has been made and I`ve made peace with it. \n\nI was in the process of publishing a book called \"No Coincidence,\" which I`ll probably never get a chance to finish writing personally, exposing my involvement with team Satoshi and the Bitcoin project, as well as the corruption surrounding AriseBank and how it`s all tied together. body![image.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmW6wvwwd9q4FCnYq4ddWhnunmU3XxKdtrPftyGPGqshwn/image.png) Here is a copy of our Cryptonomex Annual Report for 2020, posted here to reach those shareholders who have not kept their emails with us current. You can update our email records by responding to [email protected]. ## 2020 Annual Report ### CEO’s Letter to Shareholders Cryptonomex® and its shareholders had a very good year in 2020. At a total net cost of less than $22K, we added another pair of new promising spinoff companies to our original Steemit spinoff of 2016. These include Goldback and Karat Swap. Most of this was accomplished by a small team working for equity in these spinoffs, with just a bit of aid from Cryptonomex. Before going into more detail, let’s recap how Cryptonomex has evolved since the beginning. **The Evolution of Cryptonomex** Cryptonomex® was founded in June 2015 to develop a new blockchain technology called Graphene™ and quickly achieved its primary goal of enabling the BitShares community to upgrade to BitShares 2.0 – the world’s first real-time, industrial grade blockchain. The number of third party manned and unmanned businesses this has spawned since then is a testimony to the robustness and popularity of the technology. The next imperative became to raise funding to pursue a multitude of potential products and services based on this technology. However, after talking with potential investors for the remainder of 2015, it became clear that most were more interested in doing Joint Ventures with Cryptonomex than investing in Cryptonomex itself. The perception was that they could gain a bigger share of the pie that way than merging their investment with other investors pursuing multiple projects, most of which were still loosely defined. So, we adopted the joint venture spinoff model and focused on defining narrowly focused business models that could be spun off as separate companies for the benefit of Cryptonomex shareholders. The first such company was Steemit, Inc., created in March 2016 to develop a social media blockchain and profit from a new website at steemit.com. The entire engineering team transferred to the new company to work on Steemit and Cryptonomex shareholders were directly given 50% of the shares in Steemit. Steemit quickly became a success, validating the joint venture spinoff model. The administrative and business development members of Cryptonomex remained with Cryptonomex, conserving its modest remaining resources by working on a commission-plus-expenses basis. Their objective is to find other partners interested in replicating the Steemit success. The primary strategy was to promote BitShares and the role of Cryptonomex as its primary advocate, while helping potential partners define their business plans and pursue funding. We continued to follow this strategy in 2019, and engaged new partners willing to do the legwork of forming joint ventures, aiming to do one or more Steemit-style spinoffs in 2020. Cryptonomex had very little earnings or expenses in 2020 while we waited for our startups to start earning revenue. The company was essentially dormant with the exception of the efforts of a small team of free lance business developers. Nevertheless, here’s what we accomplished. **The Class of 2020** Cryptonomex now owns pieces of six joint venture spinoffs two of which were closed in 2020 as two new ones were opened **Heronomex** was a Wyoming LLC joint venture with Sovereign Hero resulting in the SovereignHero.com and BillionHeroCampaign.com. The mission of this company was to attract a massive following from outside the digital currency industry and train them on how to use the BitShares ecosystem and to advance a wide range of philanthropic activities. The primary benefit to Cryptonomex shareholders is acquisition, training, and retention of new users for the BitShares platform. This BillionHeroCampaign is on hold and mothballed due to lack of funds and a downturn in the price of BitShares. Heronomex does own 25% of Hypernomex which owns half of Quintric. We closed Heronomex in 2020 and passed its shares of Hypernomex on to be held by Cryptonomex directly. This is more tax efficient than passing future income through Heronomex. **Hypernomex**, formerly called Hyperion Ventures, is a Joint Venture between Heronomex and Hyperion Associates to develop the Hyperion Hero Hub, which is a generalization of the BillionHeroCampaign.com customer support services. Whereas Heronomex was to become a not-for-profit organization for attracting new individual users, Hypernomex targets the acquisition of new industrial users for the BitShares platform, providing them with best-in-class integration support via its BitShares Enterprise Alliance. The primary benefit to Cryptonomex shareholders is ownership of 25% of the Joint Venture. Hypernomex paid Cryptonomex $4726.61 dollars as its share of profits from a new Quintric spinoff called Goldback. **Quintric** is a Joint Venture between Hypernomex and the United Precious Metals Association (UPMA) located in Salt Lake City, Utah. UPMA successfully lobbied the state legislature to recognize gold as legal tender in the state. This has significant advantages for creating a gold backed digital token, the Quint, that may also be recognizable as legal tender. Quintric envisions an entire family of commodity backed tokens, all rigorously compliant with the global regulatory environment. The primary benefit to Cryptonomex shareholders is ownership of 12.5% of this Joint Venture via ownership of Hypernomex. Quintric growth was delayed by a year due to an SEC investigation which resulted in a clean bill of health, but cost us momentum. We expect Quintric to begin earning a profit in 2021. https://i.gyazo.com/e03c986f3316c3ee4ae5f6720965a443.jpg Goldback notes from Goldback.com – a Quintric spinoff. **Goldback.com.** The creation of the Goldback relies on 5th generation vacuum deposition technology. The designs are printed on a sheet of polymer that is then bombarded with the correct amount of atomized gold particles in a vacuum chamber. This gold is then sealed inside by a second protective barrier of polymer, thus creating a beautiful negative image. Valaurum has been developing the process for nearly two decades and it has never been counterfeited. It is truly the most technologically advanced process for creating a physical gold money in the world today. Cryptonomex owns a fraction of a percent of Goldback via it's ownership in Hypernomex and Quintric and provides the digital token GLDB backed by Goldbacks on the BitShares network. **Terradacs, Ltd.** was a Malta based company which developed the new BitShares EOS (BEOS) project. BEOS.world serves as a middle chain between BitShares and EOS. Cryptonomex acquired 10% of Terradacs. With the death of CEO Paul Martello, we elected to close Terradacs and transferred the IP to BLCA Limited Cooperative Association and its BECO non-profit subsidiary which operates BEOS for 100 Million BEOS. 9 Million BEOS were transferred to Cryptonomex (10% of the BLCA paid license fee after termination expenses). **Karat Swap LLC.** Our newest company started in late 2020 is Karat Swap, another Wyoming LLC that we will be raising funds for in late summer 2021. Karat Swap has a deal with hundreds of big-name brands to allow people to use a cell phone app to make their purchases on their credit cards and earn 10-20% discounts stored in the apps built-in wallet as GLDB tokens redeemable for Goldback currency notes. The app allows users to swap these for other leading crypto currencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, EOS, BitShares, Quint and BEOS. We think this will attract many people to cryptocurrency who otherwise would not be able to afford to buy it. Cryptonomex will own about 20% of the KaratSwap company. So Cryptonomex has become a holding company for shares in these other companies. We plan to continue working to make more such deals while we await income from these joint ventures. ________________________________ Stan Larimer, Director and CEO Cryptonomex, Inc.   **2020 Cryptonomex, Inc. We plan to continue working to make more such deals while we await income from these joint ventures.\n\n\n\n________________________________\nStan Larimer, Director and CEO\nCryptonomex, Inc.\n \n\n**2020 Cryptonomex, Inc. titleBEOS on SovereignSky - The Green Alternative to Bitcoin and Ethereum
bodyElon Musk recently sent Bitcoin into a tailspin after dropping it as a form of payment for Tesla because he discovered how unbelievably wasteful it is on power consumption. [Bitcoin consumes more power than Argentina](https://www.bbc.com/news/technology-56012952). Ethereum isn't much better. Any mining based blockchain burns power like it's going out of style. https://i.gyazo.com/6d12f95c23701e78c87db1275146ee04.jpg However, blockchains using Delegated Proof of Stake (DPOS), such as BitShares, EOS, BEOS, and Sovereign Sky's new SKYEOS, just sip power. We can run both BEOS and SKYEOS on the power consumed by a single family home. Putting both chains in space running entirely on solar power means BEOS and SKYEOS will have zero carbon footprint. **Typical Large Scale Satellite** Today's satellites are frugal with power, which is usually supplied by arrays of solar cells. A typical communications satellite needs between 1 and 1.5 kilowatts of electricity, and the space shuttle manages on 12.5 kilowatts. Tiangong 2 was built in Beijing Space City and launched on 15th September, 2015 from the Jiuguan Satellite Launch Centre aboard a Long March 2 rocket. Its solar panels were folded up for launch and then deployed once the spacecraft was in orbit. Two wings extend from either side of the spacecraft. Each wing is comprised of four solar panels made up of gallium-arsenide solar cells. Each wing has an area of around 30 m2, so the total area of the solar generating panels is equivalent to about two thirds of the goal area on a soccer pitch. The panels can be tilted to present the maximum possible area to the sun. The power generated by a solar panel is directly proportional to the intensity of sunlight falling on it, so it makes sense to maximise that area by tilting the panels to be as close as possible to perpendicular to the sun. The panels can generate up to 6 kW of DC power when fully illuminated. Power is generated at 100 V and then stepped-down to 28 V and 12 V with DC-DC converters to power the various sub-systems and equipment within the laboratory. Over the course of one orbit, the average power generated a little less than half of the maximum value, around 2.5 kW. The spacecraft must spend some part of its orbit in the Earth’s shadow, and for that time there will be no solar generation. So a considerable proportion of the generated electricity must be stored in batteries. These batteries are 40 Amp-hour nickel-metal hydride units. Let’s think about what 2.5 kW of generated power actually means. A desk top computer back at mission control might consume 250 W of power, that’s one tenth of the average power generated in one orbit. Assuming that a 250W processor has enough horsepower to operate one of our BEOS nodes, we should have enough.power on a satellite the size of Tiangong 2 to operate up to 8 nodes with 500 watts left over for housekeeping systems. Or if we only put one node per satellite, we could get by with 8 times smaller solar array than Tiangong 2. A full blockchain would require 21 nodes, or 5250 watts of power. **Smaller Cubesats** Cubesats have much less power - only 2.1 watts to run our single processor payload. This is probably too small for our application. Here's a power budget for a typical cubesat. https://i.gyazo.com/e15f2bf40acf33159f20bb67f835e51c.png **Ground Based Solutions** The average home in the U.S. uses 10,400 kWh of electricity per year. If you install the average 250-watt solar panel, you'd need around 28-34 solar panels to generate enough energy to power your entire home. At 250 watts per processing node, a solar panel system sized to power one home could power 40 processors or enough for two complete BEOS blockchains. BEOS nodes located in separate locations could be powered with just two solar panels per node or a single home sized array could sell it’s power into the grid to offset all 42 nodes drawing from the grid anywhere in the world. A small windmill generator puts out 1 megawatt of power into the grid, which would offset the power requirements of 200 BEOS blockchains.
