When selecting the post or comment, it will be displayed on the right pane. \n\nThis will allow you to quickly react the same way you are already used for comments.\n\nBy default, SteemReply uses “lazy” mode to search for mentions, meaning it simply search the comment or post content for any match with your username, whether it is prefixed with an “@” or not. Therefore, if your username is something like `@this`, it might take some time before the loading of all mentions complete.\n\nWhile this generates an exhaustive search, the drawback is that it may trigger erroneous “mentions”. Let’s say your username is **`@steem`**, SteemReply will then consider any of the following text as a mention:\n- go to **steem**it.com\n- I use e**Steem** as a client\n- I play **Steem**Monsters\n\nAs you can see, depending on the username you choose, the mentions search result might not be appropriate.\n\nThe workaround is to activate the “strict” search mode (see settings below). Not only will it be faster, but more accurate and will only match your “prefixed” username, i.e. **`@steem`**\n\n### Monitor your Voting Power\n\nSince hardfork 21, the downvote feature uses a separate pool and you can use your downvote to lower abusive reward on shitposts without draining your upvote power.\n\nEach user now has a mana pool specifically for downvotes. This pool is 25% of the upvote mana pool. Each time you will make a downvote, you will consume mana from this downvote pool first.
