It is said that the risk of developing ‘cirrhosis’, a disease which kills one million people every year worldwide, may be reduced by consumption of coffee. Researchers estimated one cup a day lowers the risk of ‘cirrhosis’ by 22 per cent, but it declined 57 per cent for three cups.\nWalk and run: Regular exercise is the key to healthy body. Take a walk jog or run. Follow a regular fitness regime. Try Yoga, join a gym or work out at home. Workout controls your weight which aids in prevention of non alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). So, burn the fat and extra calories.\nEat well: Opt for fruit and vegetable diet rich in vitamins and minerals that are essential to detoxify the liver. Broccoli, carrots, cabbage, beet, onion, garlic, collard grass and other leafy vegetables help in detoxification of the liver. There are 15 waterfalls in England; 5 waterfalls in Wales; 2 in Scotland and 1 in Northern Ireland.\nCautley Spout is England’s highest waterfall above ground. (Gaping Gill on Ingleborough falls a greater distance but into a pothole). The broken cascade of falls tumbles a total of 650 feet (198 m) down a cliff face at the head of a wild and bleak glacial valley that comes down from a high plateau called The Calf. It is located in the Howgill Fells, traditionally in the West Riding of Yorkshire but now in Cumbria on the western edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The waterfall is just north of the small town of Sedbergh. This fall is one of the few cascade falls in England, most are either tired or plunging falls.\nGaping Gill (also known as Gaping Ghyll) is a natural cave with the highest unbroken waterfall with water falling 110m from the surface into an underground cavern in North Yorkshire, England. It is one of the unmistakable landmarks on the southern slopes of Ingleborough – a 105 meters (344 ft) deep pothole with the stream Fell Beck flowing into it. In fact, one of his relatives gave him the seeds and as the flower was new to him, Palayya was hesitant to grow it.
