      "body": "Evernomics studies universal principles underlying economic agents' future behavior in different economic environments existing without resources scarcity.\n\nEvernomics opposes to Economics, which is the social science that studies the production, distribution, and consumption of limited goods and services by focusing on the interactions of economic agents'.\n\nEconomics postulates resources scarcity and humans limitations. Evernomics allows humans to use universal principles to extend themselves beyond artificial limits.\n\nEconomics is the science of cynics. Evernomics is the science of visionaries.\n\nHumans are part of the nature and have to obey its rules. Humans learn those rules trying to replace its by their own. That makes a difference between humans and animals.\n\nNo matter how strong is humans' desire to break natural rules - most of them are very hard (if ever possible) to change. However, as our experience teaches us, some of natural rules might be bent or replaced by rules of new, better worlds (we know only 'virtual', so far).\n\nThe civilizational grow complicates human lives. Our environment becomes incomprehensible. Humans use analysis or the decomposition of this complexity to understand and to guide their experiences. This decomposition leads to fragmentation of our behavior. Everyone starts to play its own game with its own rules. It makes very difficult not only to follow but even to believe in natural, universal rules.\n\nThis ability to abstract ourselves from the reality is not a weakness - it is our strength. It allows us to be brave and to challenge the nature in its own game - building the Universe.\n\nIn this game humans are not satisfied with their insignificant position and short timing. Humans want to extend their power and their existence to the Eternity. Evernomics postulates that the drive for Eternity is the most basic of all human instincts.\n\nEvernomics also relies on the another fundamental hypothesize - human behavior is derived from the human nature conditioned by the external environment. Geography is the destiny. Therefore, we have to be constantly and positively changing our environment to achieve immortality.\n\nAcademic studies of Earth planetary cycles are in its infancy and we can not exactly measure its duration. We only know that those cycles exist. That is the starting point for Evernomics.\n\nThere is very long way to go from Earth orbital movements, its continental drifts and climate change to trading stocks and NFTs. Moreover, prevailing scientific theories tell us that it is absolutely impossible dues to Heisenberg's uncertainty principle. Evernomics disagrees with that.\n\nEvernomics states that humans are not Universe's physical objects, bound to obey its four main forces - they are subjects, which are capable to create their own, alternated worlds within this Universe, and to live in its. Today humans can only bent the rules hoping to break its some day. Evernomics provides the guide for those who dare to step on the path leading to the Eternity.\n\nThis guide is basic by necessity. Evernomics was born in twenty first century. It takes hundreds years to make the science. Today Evernomics is the practical methodology. Its main postulate - we can't tell the future, we can explain it - is tested from the get-go.\n\nExplaining the future means describing the main interacting forces shaping it. It also means outlining the most probable future scenarios given the underlying cyclicity of economic events.\n\nThere are many cycle theories. Evenomics uses self-explanatory ones. One is the Generational Cycles. Another one is the Civilizational Cycle.\n\nA human generation develops and stagnates within a very short cycle of 70 to 80 years. During this time it goes through series of sub-cycles (SVET Cycles). Civilizations (Organizational Constructs) have more prolonged life-span from hundreds to thousands years. It depends on two major factors - how early this construct begins its growth (the earlier on the civilizational time-scale - the longer is its life) and where it locates geographically.\n\nGeography plays very important role in Evernomics as it shapes humans' and Constructs' external environment. Another important object of studies are 'feelings' or 'intuitions' about economic events and humans' reactions on those feelings.\n\nThere are sixteen archetypical human behavioral patterns called 'Deeps' in Evernomics. Deeps are stimulated differently during different cycle's phases. It allows to build various future scenarios and implement them on smart contracts using Evernomics models.\n\nEvernomics also pays attention to ancient civilizational symbolics and identifies its universal aspects transgressed into repeating economic actions. For example, Evernomics notes that symbols of Water, Fire, Earth and Air are closely intertwined with our four basic necessities in drinking water, food and energy. Air is not a limited resource (yet), so it associates with our social and intellectual needs.\n\nThe global ramification of this universal transgression from basic, everlasting human needs to symbols is in four main Civilizational Constructs types - those controlling trading routs, natural resource, human labor and communications. The late stage of the Generational Cycle we are living through now is characterized by the older generation dominating three major constructs actively suppressing its younger contenders.\n\nThis generational clashes happen cyclically. Although exact timing and nature of each generational fight is unclear Evernomics can build variate models on smart contracts for finite number of future scenarios and wake those models up depending on oracles' input.\n\nOverall, Evernomics is still on its methodological - not scientific, research stage. Its goal is to accumulate practical evidence to back up its predictive power's claim statistically.       "body": "Rothbard, as all other apologists of Austrian school, is fast in condemning neo keynesians for their defense of govs interferences into free market economies. Naturally, even less sympathies does the labor theory of value get from him (Rothbard blames it on non other than Saint Thomas Aquinas with his Summa Theologica).\n\nAt the same time, being himself a part of the Institutional Construct (which is, of course, The Ludwig von Mises Institute for Austrian Economics, founded by Rothbard and his followers in 1982) he stands firm, defending its strategic objectives to over-survive competing Constructs.\n\nHe, simply, can't accept the notion that all economic theories (including his own - libertarian), which were built on the base of Greco-Roman (and later Christian) traditions, are incapable to abstract themselves from the on-going fight between two-sided group of Institutions, one of which is historically adherent to Platonic (ideals based, tyrannic) and another to Aristotelian (laws based, democratic) Artificial Constructs.\n\nConsequently, both of those institutional armies staunchly reject each others main philosophical theses, one of which states that humans can and must govern their own destinies according to their undefined, idyllic, divine inner-selfs, and another - that only the material, atomic, quantifiable world exists and humans must act accordingly, subjugating themselves to the overwhelming force of entropy.\n\nIn contrast, Evernomics accepts humans intellectually evolving into the surrounding Universe through their limited perception apparatus, evolutionary wired to strive for the Eternity. The Purpose of Living Constructs is to be transformed into Natural Constructs by going through stages of Artificial and Institutional Constructs.\n\nNatural Constructs, such f.e. as Solar system, Earth or its Continents, go through the Existence Rhythms, which determine life-cycles of Institutional Constructs. The better an Institutional Construct adapts to a specific Natural Construct - the longer becomes its life-span.\n\nThe smaller is an Institutional Construct - the better capacity for the successful transformation into a Natural Construct it possesses. However, because smaller Institutional Constructs are composed from a smaller number of Living and Artificial Constructs, the probability of its sudden collapse is higher. Institutional Constructs, which reaches and keeps an optimal (Organic) size relevant to a given Natural Construct, has a higher chance to be transformed into it and to exist in the Eternity.\n\nThe Organic size of an Institutional Construct is the maximin - the highest adaptability to Natural Construct' Rhythms of the minimum number of Living Constructs, allowing for the Institutional Construct Rhythms' Eternity.\n\nEarth's Existence Rhythm extends to one billion years, which consists of 40 thousands Precession Rhythms (25 thousands years each). Precession Rhythms changes from Planet to Planet, which requires recalibration of Rhythms (f.e. on the Mars, one Precession Rhythm lasts 84,000 years). Each Earth's Precession Rhythm has sixteen Deep Rhythms.       "body": "In the Eternity all physical objects seas to exist and only its values remain. Values are a relation between physical objects and humans. Humans bodies can only persist in Eternity as a group or a Civilization. There are an infinite number of civilizational cycles, interrupted by large periods of an oblivion. Between those cycles some remains and few records of those civilizations persist. Values are passed through those remains and records. However, if no remains / records are left then a value becomes dissipated. It will take more time to focus its in the new series of material objects and records.\n\nEach of the existing beings / objects can be described / presented as an input - output - process - relation Construct. The main purpose of Constructs is to exist in the Eternity. Constructs' attributes stay eternal for humans and for other intellectual beings. The values of those attributes can be reconstructed and passed from one civilizational cycle to another without the necessity of remains and records intermediation.\n\nFor the consumption and production purposes Humans reach a civilizational social agreement (consensus) on a number of those Values and their base characteristics. We call those consensus values the Deeps and state that there are only sixteen of those.\n\nThere are two main types of constructs - living and institutional. Humans and animals are living constructs. They posses a sole, an individuality and a consciousness. Institutional constructs are formed by large groups of living constructs. Institutional constructs do not have a sole and they compete with humans for resources and for values. As a results humans become confuses as to how distribute their conscience focus among multiple number of false values created and promoted by institutional constructs. When the gap between human and institutional values reaches a breaking point a crisis erupts and institutional values dissipates. However, living constructs values persist in Eternity.\n\nAll living and institutional constructs are subject of the Entropy. The Ultimate Purpose of living, intellectual constructs is to overcame the Entropy. Contrary, the purpose of institutional constructs is to be passed from one group of living constructs to another through the process of destruction. The larger is an institutional construct - the more humans (and other living constructs) are included in its and stay confused by its values. Accordingly, the higher value is associated with that institutional construct and the more instable it is. The largest construct is the state. State-constructs often collapse leading to major values dissipation and countless living constructs destruction. To prolong the existence of living constructs to Eternity we need to decrease the number and the size of institutional constructs.",

However, then the Capitalist appears to take the Surplus-Value from the paws of the Beast, living that man with only small ends to support its miserable existence.\n\nNaturally, Marx elaborated, the reduction of working-day, put forward by the 'Factory Inspectors, directly under the Home Secretary' [Karl Marx. Capital Volume One. Chapter 10. Section 2] can do nothing to protect the Beast-Man against the Capitalist's Greed. The Fantastic Beast is just too good. It alway manages to squeeze the Surplus-Value into every moments of its production activity, which leaves a man with no choice but to surrender this Surplus anytime the Capitalist materializes in front of him.\n\nAccordingly, if we part a man from his Beast then the formation of the Value becomes the Mystery. Unless, of course, we also part the Value from a man.\n\nLet us suppose that the value exists not as a beast inside of a man but as the one outside of him. The value is the consensus about the significance of all things relative to the size of 'an average man'. Man's size determines all his vital necessities. Lack of one of those necessities leads to the man's misery. As a man evolves in time, that evolution attunes his emotions to subconsciously avoid a state of the necessities' deficit.\n\nAttuned emotional apparatus provides a man's brain with positive chemical stimuluses while confronted by things which might help him to avoid this deficit. Consciously, a man associates the high value with intense positive stimuluses and vice versa.\n\nHowever, because 'Man is by nature a social animal; an individual who is unsocial naturally and not accidentally is either beneath our notice or more than human' [Aristotle, Politics, Book 1, Section 1253a], he (man) is primarily influenced not by his own emotions but by the 'collective standard emotional response'. It means that a man tends to value more those things which are chosen by the majority 'emotional voting' or by the 'value consensus'.\n\n'Additionally, as we all know, 'New species have appeared very slowly, one after another, both on the land and in the waters.' [Charles Darwin, On the Origin of Species, Chapter 10]. However, we all know otherwise.\n\nEvernomics is the Economics of the Eternity. Humans tend to preserve their emotions for posterity as well as their golds and better than their pyramids. Evernomics introduces the S.V.E.T. analytical framework, which groups emotions into sixteen Deeps or analytical categories.\n\nEach deeps relates to one specific area of humans' social and business activities or works, which tend to affect corresponding parts of our bodies' sensibility or vulnerability mechanisms generating a similarly strong emotional response in all human beings.\n\nHumans' works or occupations are changed from generation to generation following the path of our ingenuity, which is alone responsible for the societal technological progress but an emotion stays unchanged. That is how the Value is formed and passed from our ancestors to our grand-children.\n\nS.V.E.T. Deeps:\n\n1st Deep is the 'Security' or 'Safety'. It is, probably, the one activity, which rises strongest emotions and, consequently, becomes one of the most valuable of Humans' possessions. It takes many forms while being publicly considered in a social context, including, 'body security', 'family security, 'national security'. It is, also, closely associated with such notions as 'reserves' and 'protection'.\n\n2nd Deep is the 'Velocity' or 'Vigor'. Its associates are 'exercise', 'routines', 'organization' and 'health'. That activity helps us to grow and to extend our influences as far as it is allowed by our natural predispositions. In a business unite it is showed by its ability to reach to as many customers as allowed by market conditions. Consequently, it rises in us the strong emotional response in a case those activities are threatened from outside. We highly value everything which helps us to preserve our ability to grow.\n\n3rd Deep is the 'Engineering' or 'Environment'. All things we touch or see or smell are those which surround as, which are close by. Accordingly, we attach a very high value to emotions generated as a result of our interaction with our material surrounding. In products of our business activities we seek harmony of all its parts. Products which perfectively attune to our senses are valued much higher than the rest.\n\n4th Deep is the 'Transparency' or 'Tradition'. It is also associated with 'governance'. The question 'who governs us and how' has always been of the utmost importance for all of us. We gave strong emotional signals to anyone trying to suppress our natural freedoms. We value our ability to immediately recognize factors which might led to our oppression. That ability heavily depends on an amount of information which we are able to acquire. Accordingly, the availability of that information has a high value to us.\n\n5th Deep is the 'Singularity' or 'Selfness'. We preserve our identity as much as we protect our life. We do not like being duplicated. Accordingly, in our commercial interactions we value rare products much higher than those which are common.\n\n6th Deep is the 'Volume' or 'Voice'. Our senses are highly affected by the size of impulses we receive and the amount of interactions with external environments we have. High, pitched voices irritate us while deep, slow ones relax and confident us. The most valuable interaction among humans a through the voice. Most frequent voice communications provide with a richest emotional context. On a material side we highly value big objects or a big number of small objects. Its associate with 'wealth'.\n\n7th Deep is the 'Empathy' or 'Ethics'. We empathize with our tribesman - with those who share our believe system and our ethic. We emotionally engage with our owns on a deep spiritual and intellectual levels through common symbolisms, including, language, religion and science. The larger our tribe - the more value it gives to our owns. Commercially we value most those objects which are valued by the most of our tribesman.\n\n8th Deep is the 'TimeLine' or 'Tomorrow'. Our senses of the future connects us to the reality. Our inability to predict this future gives boost to our fantasy, which leads to inventions. That is an area of a highest order of human emotions. Regularly procuring livelihood in a course of our economic interactions requires accurate forecasts. We value very high our imaginary ability to plan and to predict future events.\n\n9th Deep is the 'Solution' or 'Sole'. We manifest ourselves in actions. Our ability to deliver positive results affects our mood everyday and spontaneously rises positive emotions in others. In our long-term enterprises we highly value their underlaying constructs which allow them to consistently generate revenues for us and our family members.\n\n10th Deep is the 'Validity' or 'Vintage'. Humans do believe that they are rooted in their traditions. That is the way we falsely try to preserve our own for the eternity. We value our dignity and our blood line extremely high and try to conserve its in our laws. We pass our estates to our posterity by ink records. We place the high value on old things with remarkable records.\n\n11th Deep is the 'Equity' or 'Exit'. We accumulate possessions in a form of equity which supposes to take care about us when old ages. That also emotionally connects us to the future generations.\n\n12th Deep is the 'Team' or 'Tribe'. The composition of our family and of our tribe as well as our relationships with them affect our emotions daily. That value goes equally in both directions of our personal and social lives.\n\n13th Deep is the 'Sustainability' or 'Sense'. The state of 'flow' when our subconsciousness interacts flawlessly with our senses allowing us to act spontaneously without mistakes has a significant value for all humans. A sustainable business accumulates value by its stubborn persistence in time.\n\n14th Deep is the ''Valor' or 'Venture'. Aggression is valued as human capacity to actively resists entropy. Venturing to conquer more living space tomorrow than it is in its possession today is a main driving engine of a commercial company. In area of finance that conquest is also associated with rising prices.\n\n15th Deep is the 'Engagement' or 'Enlistment'. Besides spiritual purely geographical or structural relations significantly affect our emotional relations with our tribes. An official belonging to or partnering with an organization has a big commercial value.\n\n16th Deep is the 'Transactions' or 'Talent'. Emotionally the talent has the great human value as the prerogative of human social and individual progresses. On a business side, however, it is mirrored by a multitude of artisans abundantly producing a popular art piece to satisfy a current consumer demand for it in as many transactions as it is feasible from the economic point of view.",

      "body": "The historical path of the civilization is laid down by the natural evolution of the global world-system.\n\nThe road of progress spirals up by following the natural landscape of the evolutionary hill, which hardening surface favors stronger over weaker.\n\nFor the social animals there are two parallels species-improvement processes going on simultaneously - on the individual (genes) and the societal (structural) levels.\n\nIn order to adapt to Earth's natural boom-bust energy cycles, which cause periodic resources deficit, societal structures (including their governance mechanisms) cyclically change from decentralized (when environmental conditions become more favorable for population growth) to centralized (when those conditions worsen) and back.\n\nDuring the past 2-3 decades the transition from a period of an overproduction and an excessive consumption, spearheaded by the record population growth, to the next evolutionary stage, when cheep resources deposits base shrinks and intra-species competition rises, has been in progress.\n\nIt leads to the gradual centralization of all societal governance mechanisms happening in different parts of the world. It will culminate in the final form of the centralization - the military government.\n\nRegionally this particular form of a societal control system, which precludes the centralized, methodical regulation of all main aspects of human behaviour, takes different forms depending on the type of the historically prevailing governance structures, defined by local natural environmental conditions (historically speaking - the state and availability of the arable land):\n\nOn the North, where valleys or isolated regions based small agriculture forms traditionally favored various villages and then cities formations with their professional leagues practicing entrepreneurial types of society-based management structures, military-business dictatorship systems become the most successful ones.\n\nOn the West, where arable lands are both scarcer and demand application of more laborious works, small regional productive communities are usually brought together by a charismatic leader. Such macho-military governance systems are easy to form but they are instable and short-lived, which takes the society many attempts to sustain.\n\nOn the South with its huge racial diversity, clustered to the size of hundreds blood-related individuals and widely dispersed over millions of small patches of low productive land, military families based dictatorships become the winning governance organizations in times of crisis.\n\nOn the East where the gigantic fertile land mass can sustain large numbers of agricultural producers providing the food effective manufacturing and storage forms are centrally adapted and sustained, gigantic military bureaucracies were traditionally practiced the most.\n\nIn the Center where nomadic life style made it necessary for rulers to search for unity in ideas and religions rather than try to base it on blood-bonds. Militant clerics are in the rise in those areas of the world.\n\nWe still have the big stretch of the earth-land, laterally extended across the large and climatically disadvantaged border area separated North - South and East - West, which has not been mentioned.\n\nWe are talking about the most part of the northern continental land mass, which traditionally bad climate can't sustain a large population without recurring to machine-based, chemically intensive forms of agricultural production.\n\nHowever, because the advanced agricultural technologies (chemistry, hydroponics, harvesting machines etc) are relatively new inventions, the first High-Tech Juntas States are still in its final stages of making on those territories.\n\nThe High-Tech Junta's main differentiators:\n\n1) Replaces charismatic leaders, family ties, powers of corporate businesses and a religion zeal by the latest technologies to consolidate, to control and to lead the society;\n\n2) An impersonal nature of its governance mechanism does not require a high professional qualification from its nominated rulers;\n\n3) Fast adaptability to a tactical situation helps it to be sustained long-term in an isolation from the larger societal influencers (politics, ethics, tales, rumors etc);\n\n4) Its over-concentration of power provokes attacks directed on its centralized data storage and its decision-making center;\n\n5) A deficit of the human ingenuity, based on the freedom of self-expression, leads to its favoring proven but older technologies in expense of more advanced but riskier ones;\n\n6) An absence of the long term strategy other than the constant expansion of its power projection sphere, supported by a deliberately accelerating speed of military technologies improvements as well as its productions / consumptions, culminates in a kinetic conflict with other forms of military dictatorship.\n\nThat poses the question about the survival tactics of various niche social groups which are considered to be not crucial for an existence and an expansion of the High-Tech Junta. Among others it includes small and medium entrepreneurs as well as non-technical intellectuals added by non-military technical elite.\n\nOne of such proposed strategies includes the establishing of city-state on the territory temporarily controlled whether by the weakest or the strongest forms of military governments.\n\nThe one example (applied to former) would be one of the countries on the West, where political independence of such a decentralized city from the main-land might be negotiated using financial arguments.\n\nThe other example (applied to later) would be an isolated territorial enclave in the Center or on the East.       "body": "We have to build a city's sustainable governance system based on algorithms - not leaders or representatives. At the same time we, of course, can't enforce this system. We only can make it more competitive than the alternatives.\n\nThere are always be people with charisma and extraordinary abilities which will stand out from the rest of us and will try to grab political power one way or another.\n\nSome of them might start a successful business or social organizations which become so big and influential that citizens might want to delegate them a governance authority. That is fine unless the cities main algorithmic governance protocols are not breached.\n\nThere are three major levels of city's political governance - global (changes in protocols, UBI, external relations, public health, environment, city's expansion and defense), municipal (infrastructure maintenance, courts) and local (policing, education, science, business etc). Our prime objective is to prevent a creation of hackable 'power silos' on any of those levels.\n\nWe can achieve that by distributing decision making process among all citizens and across all three governance levels using algorithmic consensus mechanisms as much as it is financially affordable and technologically possible at the present level of the computer science development.\n\nThat leaves us with the question what if we face the situation when such type of 'algorithmic consensus' governance becomes economically unaffordable, socially unpractical or politically impossible and we can't make them work better.\n\nImho, it means that this part of city's population which sees it that way (because everything is a matter of public consensus or an absence of such) must either return to their home countries or to join (or to form) an another city-state with different (might be authoritarian) governance models.\n\nWe only have to ensure the absence of violence during the intermediary (exodus) period and continuing peaceful and economically viable relationships between new city-state and the old one. That is, basically, the rule number 6 - political forking.\n\nThat is the future.\n\nToday, however, we face more urgent questions among which are:\n\n1) what is this proposed system main design and what types of consensus we shall use on each of the three levels of governance and how to make them work together most efficient way within the limitations imposed by the known trilemma of decentralization, scalability or security?;\n\n2) how to build and implement such an algorithmic system on the politically independent territory;\n\nand, of course, 3) how to obtain this territory and gain its political recognition from one of the existing three main nuclear power states (or at least from one of them)?\n\nTo solve those three questions SVET movement was created.",

So did I. Contemporary explorers suggest that those spheres, many of which weigh more than 10 tonnes, might have been used for astronomical observations or as status symbols. Some other put forward more wild theories, involving UFOs or the legendary continent of Atlantis. \n\nNonetheless, even after I'd started to publish my reviews of business climate for SME around the world, and wrote an article about this country where those gigantic petrosphere are found in such abundance, I haven't really given them any second thought and just classified those curious megalithic artefacts as another \"touristic attraction\".\n\nI'm economist by training - not an archeologist or an ufologist and my professional curiosity haven't been really engaged by those big round rocks until I stumbled on the description of the heavy limestone discs (Rai), which are used by inhabitants of the island state of Yap as money.\n\nThe idea is very simply. Say, buying, a pig with one Rai involves orally agreeing that the ownership has changed. You can't really steal a 4-tonnes piece of aragonite and calcite crystals packed together. Well, not without special equipment.\n\nTherefore, I assume, those \"Las Bolas\" might also be money. \n\nThey are very difficult (although not absolutely impossible even with primitive tools) to produce. Hence, counterfeiting or inflating that type of currency is not really an option.\n\nThey are very heavy but because of their spherical form they can be rolled by a group people for a short distance to form a various geometrical arrangements, which might represent different sum of money if necessary.\n\nAnd, of course, you do not need to guard them and they do not rote, can't be burned or even really damaged.\n\nActually, I've thought that this must be one of the most naturally occurring hypothesis among scientists. However, to my astonishment, Google search doesn't produce any of the kind.\n\nSo, I decided to write this article. Just to fill the void.",

That might lead to WS collapse in the nearest 20-30 years.\n\nThat will happen in three stages:\n\n- first: over-centralized governance centers (on countries' and states' levels), which are responsible for adjusting societal processes to changing exogenous parameters, begin to send wrong signals to outputs. It leads to further deterioration of inputs. As a result this cycle soon become self perpetuating (like in an overheated boiler with damaged relief valve). That will initiate a compensatory reaction in all governance centers, which includes objective information denial, an aggressive suppression of individual non-compliance and social resistance, introduction of more rigid regulations and power monopolization by military complex. This will increase tension of inter-governmental relations on the world stage.\n\n- second: a gradual accumulation of entropy in world-system will lead to series of technogenic crisis (specially in highly militarized regions of the planet). One of those crisis will soon grow into a small / medium scale kinetic confrontation where tactical termonuclear devices will be deployed. Resulting hysteria, augmented by mass medias, will lead to a sharp radicalization and further centralization of governments in the hands of special forces, police and generals in many countries. In one of those countries, where processes of increasing social, economic and political entropy is slower than in others, a narrow group of militarized elites will soon decide to take advantage of quickly deteriorating situation in other countries in order to establish their own global dominance and prevent the world from further sliding to chaos.\n\n- third: this country (countries) will start an economic, cyber and, soon, military assaults to the most weakened states. Other countries will threat this conflict(s) as a postponed threat to their own national security and back the attacked sides with their own military support. This process will quickly avalanche and get out of control. 50 - 100 megaton nuclear devices will be deployed to several highly populated regions across the globe. Global hysteria, mass exoduses, radioactive fallout will collapse most of the world's states including all of G20. However, some of smaller ones, unaffected by direct bombardments, will hold. World will be divided to several regions (safe Internet and long-range flights) disconnected by large contaminated zones.\n\n- fourth: To survive smaller sates will have to reach a temporary peace agreements. Terrorized and horrified by global war atrocities population will vote (or forcefully take out) militants out of power in most post-war democratic countries. In former authoritarian states smaller number of dictatorships / kingdoms will proliferate. World will be further divided to micro-states with very different forms of governance.\n\n- fifth: because Internet will survive global war trade and tourists connections will soon be re-established and new kinds of decentralized governments will start to slowly replace local small dictators and representative democracies. Because of their small size non of them will be able to resists the growing decentralized world governance model.\n\nLet us hope that we, collectively, we’ll be enough sloppy, non-organized, uneducated and mathematically ignorant to not allow this scientific scenario to materialize.",

      "body": "At the EOS event held in Washington on June 1 (which, btw, was staged in a manner strikingly similar to this of Apple) Dan Larner announced the Voice social platform to about 300 attendees. Now the question on everyone's mind: What's the difference with Seemit?\n\nVoice's screenshots, which Dan showed on a stage, are almost indistinguishable from those of Steemit app. Because we can only \"subscribe\" to Voice beta on voice.com but can't access it, everything, which is known about Voice's architecture and functionality at the moment is based on statements of EOS execs or on hearsays.\n\nFrom that it sounds like the main Voice differentiators compare to Steemit are an use of WebAssembly and WebAuthn (one of Yubico reps spoke on the event and free YubiKeys was given to all participants). Another Voice thing is that Voice tokens, unlike STEEM, won't be tradable or convertible.\n\nEOS inducing strict KYC can't, of course, surprise us (see previous post). Also Voice tokens' \"non-exchangeability\" renders them an \"utility\" status and will strengthen EOS legal stance if faced by SEC. All in all, Voice seems to be a \"legalized\" version of Steemit more suited for mass adaption.     \n\nHowever, here's what Dan posted in EOS group yesterday. Seems like he understands that a lot of people will be pissed off by Voice going 100% to the \"dark side\":  \"Brendan and I are considering solutions for anonymity that still preserve the integrity and accountability of voice.  We’ve got some good ideas that we will share if we decide it doesn’t undermine the value proposition of voice.   We really do understand both sides.\"\n\nSo there's still some hope left for those of us who still believe in the 1st amendment :)",

As we grow up, most of us voluntarily or not have to embrace this order and to start protecting it against all changes external or internal. On the other hand, the surrounding us World is the subject of constant, eternal changes. Moreover, as our own human, physical science has objectively showed to us in the past several decades, this material world consists of virtually nothing - the quantum foam, where Universe's most elementary bricks - particles - are momentarily formed and instantly extinguished by the fluctuation of spacetime. As a result we have an on-going, unresolved crisis on our hands, when our human civilizational actions, aimed at eternalizing our social orders and civic bodies, are found in the permanent contradiction to the objectively instable environmental conditions.</p>\n\n<p>At the same time, our human consciousness vigorously resists to accept this newly revealed, fluid reality, which leads to that our most trusted social institutions such as family, local communities and national states are tend to perpetuate themselves in their most archaic, systemically non-efficient, often, inherently corrupt and, even, life-threatening forms.</p>\n\n<p>It doesn't, of course, mean, as some followers of extreme political doctrines such as Marxism, Fascism or Anarchism like to point out, that we need to either over-centralize and \"scientifically\" organize all of our lives under the guidance of one dominant ideology or, instead, to get rid of the family or state as a form of organized existence and activity. Those wild theoretical propositions have long time ago proved their practical ineptitude revealing their anti-human, dogmatic and sometimes, even horrific nature. Alternatively, what we need at this relatively technologically advanced stage of our civilization is not a rigid ideology but a flexible socio-economic methodology and the adaptable human-machine synergistic systems which might help us to continually organize and reorganize or lives with regards to the endlessly changing surroundings.</p>\n\n<p>What we can't do within the rigid ideological canons imposed by self-serving \"leaders\" or \"elites\", we can achieve using the recent advancements in electronics and computer science. Svetocracy proclaims that human creative genius after so many millennials of tries and errors has now, at last, allowed us to systematize and optimize our social and economic activities on a global level by scrupulously accounting for each and every individual human being's needs, talents and actions.</p>\n\n<p>Instead of demolishing our most valued institutions we have to reorganize them based on our individual requirements. It means that in place of one or several stiff, ideologically uniform, monolithic political, social and economic structures we will have the coordinated agglomerations of much smaller socio-economic human-machine sub-systems, led by mathematically proven consensus algorithms.</p>\n\n<p>On a micro-level it means that each and every of us, independent of place of birth, skin color or religion will be able to form, to find and to freely change the economic organization, the social community or the national state matching his or her individual predispositions.</p>\n\n<p>On a macro-level it means that instead of a world-system, which is constantly engaging itself in permanent, self-distracting global conflicts aimed at resolving never-ending hunger for resources and power among few remaining, hereditary ruling groups we will have the dissolute, variable, flexible local governance mechanisms, where internal conflicts between much smaller agents are incapable to destroy the whole Earth society by application of unified and uncontrolled force.</p>\n\n<h4>What is Svetocracy economic concept?</h4>\n\n<p>As with any other types of practical economic theories the Svetocracy main objective is to present our society with the workable model of the long-term sustainable economic development.</p>\n\n<p>Obviously, there's no shortage of the already existing economic concepts and to add one more might look as a redundant exercise. However, due to the rapid technological progress all of them quickly became obsolete, which is reflected in the current lack of consensus about future economic models among professionals accentuated by the progressive disintegration of the world economy.</p>\n\n<p>In this situation, which might soon became critical and start to threaten the basis of our economic survival, we must not restrain ourselves from reconsidering even the very basis of how we think about economic processes.</p>\n\n<p>We must admit that until recently the elementary unites of our economic calculations have always been different macro-objects such, for example, as companies of various sizes or governments.</p>\n\n<p>Although, we have always understood that individuals are the main and the only real actors of all economic processes, due to the lack of technological abilities (including measurement and computational powers) until most recently we have never been able to account for individual economic impacts on the global scale, choosing by necessity to operate on a \"micro\"-level of businesses' or municipals' accounts.</p>\n\n<p>Only in the past several years, thanks to the advent of decentralized electronic forms of money, we have added the capacity to prepare and to maintain personal financial accounts to an ability of measuring, analyzing and projecting almost all types of individual economic undertakings using social platforms and personal monitoring devices. </p>\n\n<p>This has lead us to the conclusion that it is the right time to review the widely accepted but outdated hypothesize, which postulates that positive results of companies' economic activities (such as sales, profit and accumulated assets) is the main and, most times, the only accepted success criteria of government economic policies, and that organized forms of business ventures (such as f.e. corporations) must be the main focus of stimulating legislation.</p>\n\n<h4>What's the difference between Svetocracy and the traditional economic concepts?</h4>\n\n<p>We will now have a look at four major school of thoughts, which, for different degrees, define the current world's economic theories landscape. Those are: new-liberal, nationalist, socialist and libertarian.</p>\n\n<b>New-liberal.</b>\n\n<p>New-liberals, obviously, have dominated both economic and political worlds for the past two decades with their strategy of building the mono-polar, integrated, prosperous international society, which is dominated and controlled on legal and financial levels by selected few among most developed Western nations.</p>\n\n<p>This ideology had had its obvious successes on an initial stage when it allowed for world-wide adaption of the latest technologies as well as business and legal standards.</p>\n\n<p>However, as national elites had been prospering and expanding their political influence, they started to resist further penetration of foreign businesses and financial interests into local economies by creating various legal and tax barriers to external players. With time it has lead the world's most powerful countries to the next stage of political and economic confrontation, which threatens to grow into the military standoff resulting in the new global war.</p>\n\n<p>Corporates' and hereditary elites' privatization of democratic processes coupled with an unprecedented concentration of global resources and political powers in the hands of few super-rich had lead us all to those dreadful results, which have completely undermined the credibility of the underlying new liberals' concepts and their elitists' economic policies. The need for a fresh, unbiased, non-dogmatic, non-ideological, technologically and scientifically driven global strategy for the world's economy has never before been more obvious to so many people through all countries. Svetocracy is our attempt to outline the scopes of such a strategy.</p>\n\n<p>Svetocracy is based on a principle of prevalence of the individual economic freedom over the corporatist or blue blood's one. That makes Svetocracy free by definition of any type of corporate, bureaucratic or personal dominances and controls. Svetocracy is governed only by the global, decentralized, automated consensus systems, driven by the direct expression of the will of millions of people across the globe. </p>\n\n<b>Nationalist.</b>\n\n<p>In the past decade various types of nationalist economic theories have been rapidly growing in popularity in Asia, Eastern Europe, Africa and South America. Although there's no one recognized source for those types of concepts all of them are based on the following principles: domination of several big, highly diversified corporations headed by the representatives of the national elite over almost all branches of the country's economy; populist government politics stimulating low-level consumption by expensive infrastructure programs and massive cash injections; protective tariffs and strict customs controls; the expanding role of government agencies in managing most types of economic and social activities.</p>\n\n<p>In contrast to nationalist economic theories, Svetocracy allows for formation of the unlimited number of economic groups and communal societies in the virtual space outside of all political and national borders.</p>\n\n<b>Socialist</b>\n\n<p>Old socialist theorems, specially those put forward by proponents of Marxists or Communists beliefs, have attacked the existing orders many times. However, all of those offensives were not triumphant due to the fact that the authors of those \"social goods\" theories have made a mistake of underestimating the importance of taking into consideration the individual humans' self-serving nature.</p>\n\n<p>Contrary to socialists' doctrines, Svetocracy does not attempt to impose the administrative control on various human instincts but, instead, economically stimulates individual humans' positive impulses and capacities by employing their less adorable faculties such as greed, personal pride and fear of public rebuke.</p>\n\n<p>Another category of more moderate socialist ideologies such as, for example, the so-called democratic socialism now popular in many Western European countries, requires the heavy presence of government in key industries such as energy, health-care and infrastructure. This dogma also stipulates the care-taking government, which, through the system of excessive taxation, is obliged on temporarily or permanent basis to sponsor the living expenses of underprivileged, underemployed, handicapped and aged.</p>\n\n<p>As a result of those unrestricted, centralized government interferences into economic lives of its citizens, corruptions among politicians and public officials have recently reached an unprecedented level unseen not only in the most developed nations despite their traditionally rigorous legal systems but also in the developing countries.</p>\n\n<p>Svetocracy, instead, takes care about individuals not by the means of exercising coercive state's powers from above but by accounting for personal needs from the bottom of the economy and by permitting almost unlimited business and financial individual freedoms under the condition of the voluntary personal information disclosure and the constant, decentralized algorithmic monitoring of individuals' economies and finances.</p>\n\n<b>Libertarian</b>\n\n<p>Libertarians, despite their growing popularity, have never been able to gain a country to implement their doctrines into practice due to their inherent inability for political organizations and long-lasting protests. Nevertheless, ideologically, they present a power to count with.</p>\n\n<p>This economic philosophy puts individual freedom and unrestricted market competition above every thing else stating that after we allow for more freedom the rest, what humans may ever need, will come to us almost automatically.</p>\n\n<p>In contrast, Svetocracy doesn't accept libertarian thesis that unfazed competition in all spheras of human activities leads to societal progress. Svetocracy questions the need for economic activities for the sake of profits. Svetocracy goal is not to make each and every human being a millionaire, which doesn't make sense mathematically. Svetocracy, instead, aims at allowing to all humans' positive, non-destructive potentials being included into world's economy regardless their short-term financial bottom-lines, focusing, instead, on long-term, broader societal benefits from such types of individual talents manifestations.</p>\n\n\n<b>How Svetocracy works?</b>\n\n<p>Svetocracy is based on constant monitoring of all human beings' individual financial balances, and their consequent aggregation into companies, communities, regions, countries and world's balances. That allows for prediction of economic consumptions and outputs on all levels of worlds economy both from the industrial and regional points of view. It also forms the basis for the formation of sound monetary policies on all levels from a city to the planet.</p>\n\n<p>However, instead of putting government's bureaucrats and politicians in charge of redistributing public resources with accordance to this information's subjective interpretation performed by official experts based on several academic theories, Svetocracy makes this information widely available for public consensus systems analysis. At the same time trillions of dollars are yearly almost uncontrollably spent by non-elected bureaucrats by the first request of selected politicians or appointed corporate managers.</p>\n\n<p>Such inefficient, unjust and, often, corrupt system has existed almost unchanged for hundreds of years and was substantiated in public eyes by main-stream media propaganda, which appealed to people's \"sense of reality\". Past two decades of information revolution have dramatically changed not only how public perceive this \"reality\" but also how individuals might obtain those credits through instant access to various electronic forms of money. Now only outdated laws and primitive social institutions, mostly inherited from medieval times, prevent us from fully benefiting from our own technological achievements.</p>\n\n<p>Moreover, under the present socio-political conditions, when he or she, after so many devastating tries and errors, finally receives so thought for resources in personal disposal the individual's life is usually already in its concluding phase and it is too late to fully benefit from it. Not only selected individuals but our society as a whole are suffering from this archaic politico-economic order.</p>\n\n<p>Faced by those facts, Svetocracy calls for the 180 degree reversal of this grotesque pyramid by placing an individual in the center of the economic system and allowing him/her to obtain a full, unabridged access to the public finance right from the start of his adult life by only asking in return the full and complete disclosure of individuals' financial and economic accounts. If a given individual became successful in life then, obviously, both society and individual benefit from that. If, in contrary, a person highly overestimates his\\her potentials, then those resources, although spent inefficiently are not lost in the unproductive, unapproved by public majorities' ventures, such as international wars or environmentally harmful projects. Additionally, those \"unsuccessful\" individuals will, nevertheless, contribute to the society by spending their resources on others people products and services.</p>\n\n<p>In both cases, however, it doesn't take all life for an individual to prove his or her worth to worthless bureaucrats, the individual precious time on Earth is not spent to satisfy somebody's unjustifiable requests but is fully and fruitfully lived for the greater or lesser benefits of the whole humanity or its selected groups.</p>\n\n\n<b>How Svetocracy makes global wars obsolete?</b>\n\n<p>Modern wars are organized by states elites, which are constantly looking for political and economic bonuses, and despite their declared objectives indiscriminately kill thousands of innocent civilians each year. Not to mention that wars cost us both in direct and indirect expenditures about <a href=\"https://www.weforum.org/agenda/2016/06/the-world-continues-to-spend-enormous-amounts-on-violence-and-little-on-building-peace/\">$14 trillion each year</a>. Most importantly wars are perpetuated by the negative behavioral loop now prevailing in our global society and widely considered by mass-media to be as indispensable to human nature as breathing.</p>\n\n<p>The important question those to be raised - is that really so?</p>\n\n<p><a href=\"https://medium.com/@svjatoslavsedov/svetocracy-or-the-rule-of-the-light-b0c460840ab\"> Svetocracy</a> definite answer is no.</p>\n\n<p>Independently of innumerable lessons taught to us by the history we shouldn't and mustn't accept the notion that humans are no more than intelligent and aggressive animals condemned for eternity to fighting for survival amongst themselves.</p>\n\n<p>There's, however, the only one way to prevent truly malicious agents, states led or others, from indulging itself and the rest of the world into the destructive antagonistic spiral, which is leading to a complete annihilation of the human race. Because, however, nobody can really tell what agent is truly malicious or not we must decrease the size and the power of all known agents, including state's, government's, business' and societal. Those the decentralization on the truly global scale is the only real antidote to the war virus.</p>\n\n<p>At the same time, our intelligence itself coupled with our own practical experiences tells us that there are much more socially, economically and physically effective alternatives to wars in order to resolve inevitable conflicts periodically sparkled among different social groups and individuals. Those alternatives includes sports, games, cyber collisions or even purely lingual altercations in social networks coupled with immediate economic gratifications as well as with a sophisticated complex of financial disincentives to different forms of aggressions. However, only global human-machine systems based on mathematical consensus algorithms are capable to implement and to maintain such alternatives.</p>\n\n<b>How does Svetocracy differ from Anarchy?</b>\n\n<p>The original meaning of ancient Greek word \"anarchia\" is \"leaderlessness\". However, at the mid-nineteen century it was adapted by the followers of the French philosopher Pierre-Joseph Proudhon to mean stateless societies, which are based on voluntary associations. Rapid development of information technologies in the past two decades has made it possible to fully an efficiently implement the direct democratic system assisted by AI on all levels of governance.</p>\n\n<p>The only real obstacle we now have in our way to the fair and non-corrupt government is the whole generation of old, technologically retarded politicians, which still firmly cling to power and which are willing to do everything it takes to stay on top of this outrageously corrupt, dilapidated pyramid as long as they physically can.</p>\n\n<p>That is one of the main issues with this ancient form of democracy, where most essential needs of large masses of people are supposed to be adequately met by economic and social acts introduced by largely disconnected from those masses elites, most of which, quite logically, choose to pursue their own financial and political goals instead of vaguely defined \"broader social benefits\".</p>\n\n<p>The second issue is that, although, as the unique history of several selected countries has showed us, significant improvements can be made to this system by adding some elements of public control and by developing competition between different government branches, by the end of the day this system stays what it had always been for thousands of years - the subtle trick by which few subdue many to their own will and personal desires.</p>\n\n<p>The third issue is that even if, again only in some selected countries, most laws are carefully observed and direct manipulation of submitted votes are rendered impossible, still, with time, even this superficially healthy system or representative democracy gradually succumbs to an inevitable process of commercialization, when laws and politicians are financed by big corporations and when \"representatives\" quickly turn to businessman (women) after their turns are expired being able to fully extract personal benefits from multiple federal or local legal acts, which they previously voted into the laws for the exact this selfish reason.</p>\n\n<p>Undoubtedly, at present, overall, we have a situation when 99.99% of good intended people across the world still believe that this grossly outdated system of indirect representation is as good as we can realistically get at this stage of our civilization, with all technological alternatives thought to be \"idealistic delusions of several disenfranchised nerds\".</p>\n\n<p>However, that is bound to quickly change as younger generation of technically savvy political and business leaders will step up to replace the ruling, ridiculously moronic dinozaurs. Of course, even then, just because of an incredible inertia of all our social, political and economic mechanisms we are doomed to several decades of the painful transition, and, occasionally, retractions.</p>\n\n<p>Still, Svtocracy firmly stands behind the nascent urge to transfer our governments from the current bureaucratic and apologetically inefficient, deeply inhumane state of corrupt monstrosity to elegant, decentralized, 100% honest machine-human system led by algorithmic consensus, which will allow us to take our society to the new age of the direct, technological democracy.</p>\n\n\n<b>What about privacy?</b>\n\n<p>Because Svetocracy is largely based on full transparency and publicity of each and every individuals' financial and social transactions it raises very important question of an individual privacy?</p>\n\n<p>Is Svetocracy the new Panopticon? As a result more and more people have found themselves out of work. </p>\n\n<p>That tendency will be more pronounced in the nearest future as low paid jobs - the main source of income for billions of people across the Glob - will be further undermined by the advent of AI.</p>\n\n<p>Universal Basic Income (UBI) may alleviate some dare consequences of such drastic transformation of our world-system from the one, big, unhappy labor-camp into the staged theater, where the majority of humanity will be condemned from the birth to watch in their 3-d goggles how selected few live their glorious lives. </p>\n\n<p>Svetocracy states that we can avoid such Utopian future only by drastic decentralization coupled with reorientation of our education system from serving organization to serving individuals.</p>\n\n<p>Educational institutions through system of personal balances must have direct, financial stakes in their students' future. Additionally the knowledge and practical skills with which those institutions provide their students must be tailored to individuals' unique set of physical and psychological characteristics. By the end of the first stage that system must allow for complete and immediate accounting of all individual humans' resources, needs and obligations. Those balances will be used for building the world-wide quantitative economic model that represents the interdependencies between different human beings in all national economies.</p>\n\n<p>Those individual balances from different regions can also be linked together not only to investigate the financial effects of inter-continental political decisions but also to perform social, political, economic and environmental analysis of those choices. </p>\n\n<p>The structure of this model must be later incorporated into national accounting in all countries, and as such be used to calculate important measures such as national GDP. It also has to be used to study communal economies within a country, and as a tool for national and regional economic and financial planning in order to meet all individuals' basic needs.</p>\n\n<p>This system will also be used to identify economically related individuals' clusters and groups of underprivileged individuals as well as those, who are most likely to enhance the internal coherence and strength of a specified economy.</p>\n\n<p>Based on this decentralized, consensus algorithms system's generated economical model analysis it will became possible to instantly, fairly and voluntarily redistribute underused resources or over-produced goods and services from one human being to another.</p>\n\n<b>Political Stage</b>\n\n<p>On this Stage Svetocracy aims at creating world-wide social movement, which main objective is to represent basic values of the whole humanity, reflected in each and every living being's economic and financial basic needs independently of religion, ethnicity and place of origin.</p>\n\n<p>The first practical objective of this inter-continental movement represented in each country by one or several national political parties would be to be elected into the countries legislative bodies. This process will be precipitated as new AI technologies will with time over-take in popularity the old, humans' intellect only based decision making systems.</p>\n\n<h4>What is the next step?</h4>\n\n<p>Being the practical economic theory, Svetocracy doesn't look for a confirmation from academic circles - only for the social and business applications.
