      "body": "우리는 이상적인 세계를 기대하지만 현실정치는 항상 최악의 상태를 면치 못한다. 인간이란 존재가 그런 모양이다. 어린아이들의 천진난만함을 보면서 인간의 본성이란 원래 선하다고 생각하다가도 정치판의 인간을 보면 인간의 본성은 원래 악하다는 사실을 다시 느끼게 된다.\n\n대선유력주자들의 심성과 인성 또한 인간의 본성이 원래 악하다는 것을 새삼 다시 느끼게 만든다. 똑똑해서 사법고시도 문제없이 패스한 사람이 하는 짓을 보니 무능하기짝이 없다는 것을 알게 되었다. 유력한 대선주자의 인성과 품격이 걸레수준보다 못한 것을 보면서 인간이 원래 저런 존재라는 것을 성찰하게 된다.\n\n오죽했으면 희얀한 사람이라고 생각했던 홍준표가 가장 정상적인 사람이라는 평까지 있을 정도일까?\n\n검찰고발사주사건은 점점 미궁으로 빠져들면서 뭐가 뭔지 모를 상황이 되었다. 분명한 것은 최초의 작전목표는 실패했다는 것이다. 윤석열에 타격을 주고자 했던 공작의 의도는 완전하게 실패했다. 오히려 국민의힘 내부에서 윤석열의 입지를 강화시켜주는 결과를 초래했다.\n\n국민의힘 대선주자는 두가지로 나뉜다. 검찰고발사주사건을 비난하는 사람들과 검찰고발사주사건을 비난하지 않는 사람들이다. 검찰고발사주사건을 비난하는 사람들은 결과적으로 스스로 윤석열을 지지하는 상황이 되었다. 검찰고발사주사건을 비난하지 않는 사람들은 국민의힘 내부에서 비난을 받는 상황에 직면하고 있다. 검찰고발사주사건을 비난하지 않는 대선후보는 홍준표와 유승민이다.\n\n사건이 어떻게 진행되든간에 홍준표와 유승민은 국민의힘 내부에서 배신자로 낙인찍힐 가능성이 높다. 결국 이번 검찰고발사건은 윤석열을 위한 결정적인 계기가 되어버린 것이다.\n\n이런 혼란한 상황에서 이재명이 성남시장 재직시절 대장동 개발과 관련한 부정부패의 의혹이 제기되었다. 이재명은 부정을 하고 있지만 일단 제기된 의혹을 보면 이상하기 짝이 없다. 이번 의혹이 어떻게 처리되는가에 따라 대선 판도가 바뀔 것 같다는 생각이 든다. 검찰고발사주사건보다 더 큰 파장을 몰고올 가능성이 높다고 본다.\n\n이렇게 보면 아직 더불어민주당 대선판도는 매우 유동적이다. 거의 다 이긴 것 같은 이재명이 중간에서 뒤집어질 가능성이 없지 않다고 생각한다.\n\n한국의 현재 정치상황에 대해 절망하고 있었으나 이재명의 의혹문제를 보면서 다시 죽으라는 법은 없구나 하는 기대를 하게 된다. 이재명이 대통령이 되면 안된다고 생각하는 이유는 여러가지다. 그는 한국정치를 포퓰리즘으로 몰아넣은 장본인이다. 이재명이 부각되는 현상은 한국사회가 건강하지 못하다는 것을 의미한다. 그는 민주주의를 후퇴시키고 있으며 목적을 위해 수단과 방법을 가리지 않는 사람이다. 그런 점에서 이재명은 문재인보다 훨씬 히틀러에 가까운 인물이라고 하겠다.\n\n만일 이재명이 중간에 탈락하게 되면 그나마 더불어민주당에는 희망이 있다고 생각한다. 현재의 상황에서 이재명을 제외한 누가 대선후보로 선출되던간에 윤석열과의 경쟁에서 이기기 어렵다.\n\n이기지 못하는 선거를 할 필요는 없다. 그렇게 되면 더불어민주당내부에서는 새로운 쇄신의 분위기가 불것이고 그러면 어떤 상황이 발생할지도 모른다.\n\n실낱같은 기회가 생기는 것이다. 앞으로 어떻게 되는가는 문재인의 선택이라고 생각한다. 앉아서 죽임을 당하느냐 아니면 뭔가 어떻게라도 살방도를 생각해보는가는 문재인의 선택이다.\n\n그래서 김동연을 주목한다. 그외에 다른 방법이 있는가? 안철수가 김동연과 제3지대 운운하고 있다. 안철수가 어떤 행동을 할지 걱정된다. 그는 제3지대 정치를 말아먹은 장본인이다. 그는 제3지대를 말할 자격도 없다. 정말 한국 정치의 발전을 조금이라도 생각한다면 스스로를 죽여야 할 것이다.",

      "title": "북한핵의 의미와 주체적 해석의 필요성",
      "body": "북한 핵 다양한 의미를 가졌다. 북한핵에 어떻게 대응할 것인가를 논하기 전에 먼저 북한핵이 어떤 의미를 지니고 있는가를 파악해야 한다. 북한핵이 어떤 의미를 지니고 있는가를 고민하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 그것은 우리가 우리 운명의 주인이 된다는 것을 의미한다. 물론 이말은 이제까지 우리가 북한핵의 의미에 대한 해석권한을 상실했다는 것을 의미한다.\n\n북한과의 관계 때문에 용어를 사용하는데 많은 어려움이 있다. 인민, 주체, 동무라는 말이 그렇다. 어릴때는 친구라는 말보다 주로 동무라는 말을 썼다. 남한사회에서 동무라는 말은 거의 사어가 되었다. 인민이란 말은 가장 아쉽다. 정치적인 의미에서 인민이란 말은 매우 유용하다. 그럼에도 불구하고 북한이 인민이란 말을 사용한다고 해서 터부시 되었다. 어쩔 수 없이 인민이란 말을 사용한다. 그래도 북한이라고 하면 알레르기 반응을 일으키는 사람들이 있어서 대중을 붙여 인민대중이라고 하지만 그 역시 다른 사람의 시각이 불편하다.\n\n주체라는 말도 그렇다. 주체라는 말은 매우 중요하고 유용하다. 그러나 북한의 주체사상 때문에 주체라는 말을 사용하기 어렵다. 인민과 주체라는 말은 다른 용어로 대체하기 매우 어렵다.\n\n이렇게 용어에 대해 장광설을 풀어 놓는 것은 우리 운명에 대한 주체적인 태도라는 말을 쓰기 위해서다. 우리가 우리 주변의 안보상황을 주체적으로 파악하는 것은 매우 어렵다. 한미동맹이라는 테두리안에서 미국은 자유롭게 주체적일 수 있지만 한국은 주체적이기 어렵기 때문이다. 비대칭적 동맹의 한계이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 지속적으로 주체적인 사고를 해나갈 필요가 있다.\n\n우리가 가장 종속적인 분야가 바로 외교안보 분야에 대한 해석이기 때문이다. 그 중에서도 북한핵에 대한 의미가 그렇다. 한국은 북한핵의 의미를 주체적으로 파악하지 못한다. 한국이 생각하는 북한핵의 의미는 미국의 해석을 단순하게 이식한 것에 불과하다.\n\n미국은 지금까지 북한핵을 오로지 비확산의 관점에서만 바라보았다. 핵의 확산은 더 이상 안된다는 것이다. 우리에게 허용된 해석의 여지는 북한핵은 우리에게 안보위협이라는 것이다. 그 이외의 해석은 차단되었다. 차단되었다기 보다는 스스로 생각하는 능력을 거세했다고 하는 말이 옳을 것이다.\n\n세상일이 모두 그렇듯이 하나의 사실은 다양한 의미를 지닌다. 무엇을 보고 다양하게 생각하는 능력이 교양의 척도라고 화이트헤드가 말했다. 그런 점에서 한국사회는 그리고 한국의 지식인들은 교양이 부족한 것이다. 달은 보지 않고 손가락을 바라보니 문제라고 하는데 사실은 달도 보고 손가락 발가락 그리고 그 사람의 얼굴도 보아야 한다.\n\n북한핵은 다양한 의미를 지니고 있다. 북중관계, 북일관계, 북미관계의 의미도 지니고 있다. 북한과 중국 그리고 러시아와의 관계에서도 북한핵은 중요한 의미를 지니고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 우리는 미국이 제시하고 있는 비확산 방지라는 절대적 이데올로기와 남북간 군사적인 측면에서만 북한 핵을 바라보고 있는 것이다.\n\n이런 상황에서 제대로된 북핵해법이 나올 수 없는 것은 당연하다. 북한핵에 대한 전적인 책임을 미국이 져야 하는 것은 그들이 북핵에 대한 해석권을 독점했기 때문이다. 한국은 미국에 처놓은 테두리 안에서 왔다 갔다 하는 정도의 자유만 주어졌을 뿐이다. 그런 점에서 문재인 정권도 다를바 없다. 그런 점에서 가장 독자적이고 주체적인 정권은 박정희였을 것이다.\n\n북한 핵을 어떻게 이해하고 해석할 것인가? 거기에 따라 북핵해법은 달라질 수 밖에 없다. 냉전적인 상황에서는 미국의 해석을 그대로 따를 수 밖에 없다. 그러나 미중패권이 벌어지는 상황에서 우리는 우리나름대로의 주체적인 해석이 필요하다.\n\n그럼에도 불구하고 한국의 지식인들은 여전히 미국이 그려놓은 사고의 틀에서 벗어나지 못하고 있는 것이다. 화이트헤드의 이야기에 따르자면 한국의 지식인들은 교양이 부족한 집단이다. 교양이 부족한 지식인이라는 부조화가 현재 한국의 비극을 초래하고 있는 것이다.\n\n그에 못지 않게 심각한 것은 군고위층의 지적능력부족이다. 군인들이 전략적 사고능력을 상실하고 전투적 상상력에서 벗어나지 못하고 있기 때문에 우리의 안보는 더 어려워진다. 방구좀 낀다는 예비역 장성들은 스스로 전략적 능력을 제거했다. 전술적 전투적 차원의 고민 이외에는 하지 않으려 한다. 전략적 사고능력을 가지면 오히려 배척당하기 십상이라는 것을 경험적으로 알기 때문이다.\n\n지금 한국은 각계 각층의 인사들이 스스로 주체적으로 생각해야 하는 상황에 직면해 있는 것이다.",

      "body": "한세력의 붕괴는 강력한 저항을 동반한다. 최근 윤석열 고발 사주와 관련하여 묘한 분위기가 감지된다. 윤석열에 대해 실망한지는 오래다. 그러나 고발사주로 윤석열을 얽어 넣는 것은 옳은 일이 아니다.\n\n윤석열 고발사주와 관련하여 이해찬까지 등장을 했다. 이해찬은 여권 정치인중에서 그리 깨끗하지 못한 사람으로 보인다. 그런 그가 윤석열 공격에 앞장 선 것은 위기의식의 발로라고 밖에 볼 수 없다.\n\n야권의 태도도 이상하다. 사건의 핵심관계자인 김웅 의원이 이상하게 말을 돌려서 상황을 더욱 꼬이게 만들고 있다. 유승민 후보 캠프에 몸을 담고 있으니 윤석열이 곤경에 빠지는 것이 유리하다고 볼 수 있을 것이다. 그러나 정치는 그렇게 하는 것이 아니다.\n\n김웅은 초선 의원아닌가? 이해득실관계보다 무엇이 사실이고 아니고를 분명하게 밝히는 것이 타당하다. 김웅 의원의 최근 태도에 매우 실망했다. 꽤 괜찮아 보이던 사람도 정치판에 들어가면 저렇게 되는가 보다.\n\n때마침 가로세로연구소의 강용석도 체포되었다. 조국의 딸과 이인영의 아들 명예훼손건과 관련하여 경찰 출두를 거부했기 때문이라고 한다. 가세연은 한번도 들은 적도 없고 관심도 없다. 그러나 박근혜 정권에서 김어준을 체포한 적이 있었던가?\n\n가세연의 강용석을 이렇게 강제로 체포하는 것은 폭압이다. 경찰이 정권을 수호하기 위한 사수대가 되었다는 말이다. 앞으로 이런 현상이 점차 많아질 것이다.\n\n대선을 앞두고 문재인 정권과 더불어민주당 전반에 걸친 공작의 음험한 냄세가 느껴진다.\n\n아무리 경선이 걸려있다고 하지만 국민의힘이 그런 공작에 말려드는 것을 보면 한심하기 조차하다. 민주주의 체제를 위기에 빠뜨리는 자들은 공작을 일삼는 자들이다. 최근의 사건들은 히틀러 독일의 의사당 방화사건과 별반 차이도 없다.\n\n인민대중들 사이에 정권을 교체해야 하겠다는 생각이 더 많다고 한다. 왜 그럴까? 문재인 정권과 더불어민주당이 보여준 행위에 실망했기 때문일 것이다. 선동정치와 권력형 부정부패의 음습한 냄세 등이다. 이제는 거기에 서슴치 않고 공작정치까지 하고 있다. 문재인 정권의 공작정치는 이미 드루킹 사건에서 그 전조를 보인적 있었다. 이번에는 더욱 노골적으로 그 모습을 드러내고 있다.\n\n악한 세력일수록 물러날때 저항이 거세다. 군부세력들도 이정도는 아니었다.",

      "body": "3\n홍준표와 유승민 유감\noldstone (83)ADMINin Agora 한국정치와 국제정치 문제 • last month\n정치는 그 사회가 얼마나 건전한가를 보여주는 리트머스 시험지다. 정치는 그 사회보다 더 나은 모습을 절대로 보여주지 않는다.\n\n최근 정치권에서 드러난 모습은 매우 실망스럽다. 문재인의 공작정치, 이재명의 선동정치, 윤석열의 무개념 정치 등이다. 특히 실망스러운 것은 소위 청년정치인들의 모습이다. 그들은 젊은이 다운 이상과 패기는 시궁창에 버리고 기성세대의 잘못된 점만 그대로 보여주고 있다. 나이만 젊은 노인인 것이다.\n\n정치는 정권을 잡기 위한 투쟁이다. 당연히 수단과 방법을 가리지 않는다. 온갖 협잡군들이 난무하는 이유도 그때문이다. 그럼에도 지켜야할 선이 있다. 요즘 그런 선이 지워지고 있는 것 같아 안타깝다.\n\n윤석열을 지지하지 않을 뿐더러 그가 대통령이 되지말아야 한다고 생각한다. 그가 검찰총장으로 있을 때 보여준 결기와 이상을 지키려고 하는 의지가 국가의 귀감이 된다고 생각했지만 그 이후 보여준 행태를 보면서 국가를 제대로 이끌어갈 능력과 비전이 없다고 판단했다.\n\n국가지도자에게 도덕성과 능력중 하나만 뽑으라면 서슴치않고 능력을 뽑겠다. 역사를 공부하면서 무능한 도덕군자는 나라를 망하게 했지만 부도덕한 능력자는 결과적으로 국가를 발전시키고 인민의 삶을 고양했다는 것을 보았기 때문이다.\n\n아무리 부도덕함을 어느 정도 감수할 수 밖에 없다고 하더라도 정도가 있다. 최근의 상황은 여야 정치인들이 그런 선을 넘어버린 것 같다.\n\n윤석열의 검찰사주 사건은 문재인의 공작정치라고 생각한다는 점은 이미 밝힌 바 있다. 이사건을 초래한 이진동이라는 인물자체가 수수께끼다. 이진동은 박근혜 탄핵의 단초를 제기한 인물이다. 그가 문제를 제기했다는 것을 보면서 윤석열 사건이 뭔지 모르게 기획되었다는 느낌을 받았다.\n\n그 이후의 상황은 그야말로 이상하게 진행되었다. 김웅이 문제의 핵심으로 등장했다. 그가 보여준 행태는 윤석열 사건이 기획되었고 공작이라는 점을 더욱 의심스럽게 만들었다.\n\n현재까지의 상황을 종합해서 정리해보면 문재인 정권이 국민의힘의 대선주자들을 분열시키고 있는 양상이다. 국민의힘 대선주자들이 분열하는 양상을 보이는 것은 문재인 정권의 공작이 성공했다는 것을 의미한다. 문재인의 공작이 성공을 할 수 있는 것은 국민의힘 대선주자인 홍준표와 유승민이 거기에 호응했기 때문이다.\n\n홍준표의 경우 지금까지 드러난 상황을 보아 윤석열 사건을 자신에게 유리하게 이용하는 정도인 것 같으나 유승민의 경우는 문재인의 공작정치에 적극적으로 호응하고 가담하는 양상까지 보이고 있다. 처음 유승민이 정치권에 등장했을때 그래도 뭔가 발전적인 역할을 할 것으로 생각했는데 지금 하는 꼴을 보니 아예 인물이 아니었고 그릇도 되지 못하는 사람이다.\n\n국민의힘 대선주자들이 이렇게 문재인의 공작에 휘청거리는 것은 그들이 최소한 지켜야 할 선을 넘고 있다는 것을 의미한다. 한번 타격을 주고나면 그것을 만회하는데 많은 시간이 걸리기 때문에 일단 죽여놓고 보는 것이라는 생각때문일 것이다. 그런 경우 여러번 보았다.\n\n문재인이야 원래 그랬으니 그렇다하겠지만 홍준표와 유승민의 행태를 보면서 실망스럽다. 상대방의 책략을 이용한다고 생각할지 모르겠다. 그렇지 않다. 오히려 이용당할 뿐이다.",

      "body": "우리는 이상적인 세계를 기대하지만 현실정치는 항상 최악의 상태를 면치 못한다. 인간이란 존재가 그런 모양이다. 어린아이들의 천진난만함을 보면서 인간의 본성이란 원래 선하다고 생각하다가도 정치판의 인간을 보면 인간의 본성은 원래 악하다는 사실을 다시 느끼게 된다.  대선유력주자들의 심성과 인성 또한 인간의 본성이 원래 악하다는 것을 새삼 다시 느끼게 만든다. 똑똑해서 사법고시도 문제없이 패스한 사람이 하는 짓을 보니 무능하기짝이 없다는 것을 알게 되었다. 유력한 대선주자의 인성과 품격이 걸레수준보다 못한 것을 보면서 인간이 원래 저런 존재라는 것을 성찰하게 된다.  오죽했으면 희얀한 사람이라고 생각했던 홍준표가 가장 정상적인 사람이라는 평까지 있을 정도일까?  검찰고발사주사건은 점점 미궁으로 빠져들면서 뭐가 뭔지 모를 상황이 되었다. 분명한 것은 최초의 작전목표는 실패했다는 것이다. 윤석열에 타격을 주고자 했던 공작의 의도는 완전하게 실패했다. 오히려 국민의힘 내부에서 윤석열의 입지를 강화시켜주는 결과를 초래했다.  국민의힘 대선주자는 두가지로 나뉜다. 검찰고발사주사건을 비난하는 사람들과 검찰고발사주사건을 비난하지 않는 사람들이다. 검찰고발사주사건을 비난하는 사람들은 결과적으로 스스로 윤석열을 지지하는 상황이 되었다. 검찰고발사주사건을 비난하지 않는 사람들은 국민의힘 내부에서 비난을 받는 상황에 직면하고 있다. 검찰고발사주사건을 비난하지 않는 대선후보는 홍준표와 유승민이다.  사건이 어떻게 진행되든간에 홍준표와 유승민은 국민의힘 내부에서 배신자로 낙인찍힐 가능성이 높다. 결국 이번 검찰고발사건은 윤석열을 위한 결정적인 계기가 되어버린 것이다.  이런 혼란한 상황에서 이재명이 성남시장 재직시절 대장동 개발과 관련한 부정부패의 의혹이 제기되었다. 이재명은 부정을 하고 있지만 일단 제기된 의혹을 보면 이상하기 짝이 없다. 이번 의혹이 어떻게 처리되는가에 따라 대선 판도가 바뀔 것 같다는 생각이 든다. 검찰고발사주사건보다 더 큰 파장을 몰고올 가능성이 높다고 본다.  이렇게 보면 아직 더불어민주당 대선판도는 매우 유동적이다. 거의 다 이긴 것 같은 이재명이 중간에서 뒤집어질 가능성이 없지 않다고 생각한다.  한국의 현재 정치상황에 대해 절망하고 있었으나 이재명의 의혹문제를 보면서 다시 죽으라는 법은 없구나 하는 기대를 하게 된다. 이재명이 대통령이 되면 안된다고 생각하는 이유는 여러가지다. 그는 한국정치를 포퓰리즘으로 몰아넣은 장본인이다. 이재명이 부각되는 현상은 한국사회가 건강하지 못하다는 것을 의미한다. 그는 민주주의를 후퇴시키고 있으며 목적을 위해 수단과 방법을 가리지 않는 사람이다. 그런 점에서 이재명은 문재인보다 훨씬 히틀러에 가까운 인물이라고 하겠다.  만일 이재명이 중간에 탈락하게 되면 그나마 더불어민주당에는 희망이 있다고 생각한다. 현재의 상황에서 이재명을 제외한 누가 대선후보로 선출되던간에 윤석열과의 경쟁에서 이기기 어렵다.  이기지 못하는 선거를 할 필요는 없다. 그렇게 되면 더불어민주당내부에서는 새로운 쇄신의 분위기가 불것이고 그러면 어떤 상황이 발생할지도 모른다.  실낱같은 기회가 생기는 것이다. 앞으로 어떻게 되는가는 문재인의 선택이라고 생각한다. 앉아서 죽임을 당하느냐 아니면 뭔가 어떻게라도 살방도를 생각해보는가는 문재인의 선택이다.  그래서 김동연을 주목한다. 그외에 다른 방법이 있는가? 안철수가 김동연과 제3지대 운운하고 있다. 안철수가 어떤 행동을 할지 걱정된다. 그는 제3지대 정치를 말아먹은 장본인이다. 그는 제3지대를 말할 자격도 없다. 정말 한국 정치의 발전을 조금이라도 생각한다면 스스로를 죽여야 할 것이다.",

      "body": "3 검찰고발사주 공작 사건, 즉각 특검과 국정감사를 실시하라 oldstone (83)ADMINin Agora 한국정치와 국제정치 문제 • last month 처음부터 공작이라는 냄새를 풍기더니 이제는 그 증거까지 드러나고 있다. 이번 검찰고발사주 공작의 핵심이라고 할 수 있는 조성은이라는 사람이 발표 3시간전에 국정원장 박지원을 만났다는 기사가 보도되었다.  국정원장이 조성은을 만난 것은 국내정치에 개입하고 있다는 것을 의미한다. 이것은 명백한 국기문란 사건이다. 그동안 국정원이 국내정치에 개입하지 못하도록 하는 것이 민주화의 가장 중요한 과제라고 했다. 그런 과제와 원칙을 문재인 정권이 스스로 발로차 시궁창에 내 던져 버린 것이다.  국정원장이 국내정치에 개입한 것은 그냥 지나갈 일이 아니다. 특검과 국정조사를 실시해야 한다. 이미 국정원장은 가짜 수산업자 사건과 연루되어 있었으나 경찰의 조사도 제대로 받지 않고 지나갔다. 박지원이 그동안 무슨 일을 어떻게 했는지 가늠하기 어렵다.  박지원이 처음 국정원장에 임명되었을때 경고한 적이 있었다. 박지원이 공작정치를 할 것이라고 분명하게 경고했다. 박지원은 다른 사람이 자신을 어떻게 보고 있는지 전혀 생각하지 않는 모양이다. 그가 국정원장에 임명되는 것을 보고 제일 먼저 걱정한 것이 공작정치였다. 그가 가장 잘 할 수 있는 일이기 때문이다.  사건의 핵심관계자인 조성은을 보호하기 위한 조치로 공익제보자 신분을 이용하려고 했으나 일이 꼬였다. 조성은은 자신이 공익제보자가 아니라고 스스로 발표했고 박범계는 국회에서 조성은이 공익제보자가 아니라는 것을 확인해주지 못했다. 말이 꼬이다 보니 이도 저도 아닌 상황이 되었고 결국 조성은은 스스로의 말을 다시 번복할 수 밖에 없게 되었다.  조성은은 공작의 핵심인물이다.  문재인과 박지원은 공작의 핵심인물을 잘못 선택했다. 조성은처럼 두서가 없고 정신이 산만한 사람을 공작의 핵심으로 하는 것은 어리석은 짓이다. 적어도 공작을 하려면 공작의 핵심인물은 가장 차분하고 치밀하며 공개되지 않아야 한다. 기본원칙을 모두 지키지 않았으니 어떻게 공작에 성공할 수 있겠나? 그저 친여 언론과 자신들이 장악하고 있는 국회를 통해 힘으로 밀어부치면 공작이 통한다고 생각했던 모양이다.  이번 사건이 공작임을 짐작할 수 있는 대목은 여럿이 있다. 먼저 대검이 사건을 대하는 태도다. 검찰은 즉각 제보자를 공익제보자라고 보도했고 이과정에서 국민권익위와 어떤 협의도 하지 않았다. 시간이 없었다는 말이다  그와 함께 검찰고발사주 사건을 위한 수사단은 즉각 구성했다. 이런 조치는 사전에 인지하고 있거나 준비되지 않았으면 있을 수 없는 일이다. 야권의 대선주자가 관계된 사건에 대해 검찰이 이렇게 아무런 정치적 부담을 느끼지 않고 즉각 수사단을 꾸린다는 것은 있을 수 없는 일이다.  게다가 공수처는 기다렸다는 듯이 윤석열을 입건했다. 입건했지만 압수수색도 하지 않는단다. 단순히 입건을 해서 정치적인 피해를 주겠다는 것이다. 문재인이 공수처를 만드려고 했던 이유를 분명하게 보여주는 일이다.  공수처장이 자신의 판단으로 이런 일을 저질렀으리라고는 믿기 어렵다. 야권의 유력 대선주자를 사건에 대한 기초조사도 하지 않고 여권의 의혹제기만으로 입건을 한다는 것은 군사정권에서도 감히 하지 못했던 일이다. 권력의 폭거다.  당연히 대검은 법무부장관으로부터 그런 지시를 받았을 것이며, 이 정도 조치는 문재인의 지시없이는 있을 수 없는 일이다.  이번 검찰고발사주 공작 사건은 대통령 문재인부터 법무부장관, 공수처장, 대검, 국정원장, 조성은, 김웅 그리고 국민의힘까지 개입한 거대한 국기문란사건이다. 문재인, 국정원장, 공수처, 검찰이 국민의 눈치를 보지 않고 폭주기관차처럼 달리고 있다. 이들이 이렇게 이성을 잃어버리고 있는 것은 무엇 때문일까?  즉각적인 특검과 국정조사를 실시해서 이번 사건을 명명백백하게 밝혀야 한다.",

      "body": "검찰고발사주사건은 처음에는 혼란스럽게 보이더니 시간이 지나면서 사건의 전모가 조금씩 그 모습을 드러내고 있다. 현실에서 발생한 사건들은 대부분 아가사크리스티의 추리소설보다 격이 떨어지거나 수준이 미치지 못한다. 우리는 뽀아로 경감처럼 회색뇌세포를 사용하지 않아도 사건이 어떻게 진행되어가는지 어렵지 않게 알 수 있다. 사실과 기대사이를 구분만하면 이런 사건은 어렵지 않게 재구성할 수 있는 것이다.\n\n이번 사건의 쟁점은 크게 두가지다. 첫번째는 핵심은 누가 최초에 고발장을 썼는가하는 것이다. 두번째는 이번 사건에 정치공작이 어떻게 진행되고 있는가 하는 것이다. 두가지를 구분하지 않고 뒤섞으면 뭐가 뭔지 모르게 된다. 당파성을 가지고 이사건을 재단하기전에 무엇이 사실인가를 확인하는 노력이 선행되어야 하는 것이다.\n\n여기서는 먼저 첫번째 쟁점인 최초에 누가 고발장을 썼는가를 추적해보고자 한다.\n\n처음 윤석열이 검찰총장재식시 손준성 검사에게 고발장을 쓰게하고 이어서 국민의힘에게 고발장을 제출하도록 했다는 의혹이 제기되었기 때문이다. 이런 의혹이 사실로 규명되려면 두가지의 검증이 필요하다. 첫번째, 윤석열이 손준성에게 지시를 했는가? 두번째, 손준성이 윤석열의 지시를 받아 고발장을 써서 국민의힘에 넘겼는가 하는 것이다.\n\n만일 윤석열이 검찰고발을 사주했다면 윤석열은 후보식 사퇴는 물론 즉각 사법처리를 받아야 한다.\n만일 윤석열이 검찰고발을 사주하지 않았다면 이번 사건은 공작으로 보아야 한다.\n\n공작이 어떻게 어떤 양상으로 진행되었고 되고 있는가는 다음에 살펴보기로 하고 여기에서는 우선 윤석열의 검찰고발사주에 관한 내용을 먼저 정리해보고자 한다. 만일 이런 공작을 문재인 정권이 했다면 이것은 친위쿠데타라고 하겠다. 이런 정치공작은 그 성격상 대통령의 허락을 받지 않을 수 없는 사인이다. 만일 그렇다면 문재인은 즉각 대통령에서 하야해야 하고 사법처리받아야 한다.\n\n이도 저도 아닌 경우는 없다. 지금의 상황을 보면 윤석열이나 문재인 둘 중하나는 사법처리를 받아야 하는 상황이다.\n\n문제의 핵심은 윤석열이 고발을 사주했느냐 하지 않았느냐 하는 것이다. 그것을 규명하기 위해서는 누가 고발장 초안을 작성했는가를 확인하는 것이 제일 중요하다. 현재까지의 보도를 살펴보면 다음 세가지 정도로 정리할 수 있다.\n\n첫번째는 김웅이다. 김웅은 뉴스버스와의 최소 통화에서 자신이 고발장을 썼다고 했다. 자신이 스스로 말을 했음에도 불구하고 이상하게도 언론은 그런 가능성에 대해서는 별로 중요하지 않게 생각하는 것 같다.\n\n두번째는 손준성 검사다. 조성은은 손준성 검사가 고발장을 작성했다는 사실을 밝혔고 그로 인해 사건이 촉발되었다, 문제는 손준성이 끝까지 자신은 고발장을 작성하지 않았다고 하는 것이다.\n\n그러나 조성은이 받은 자료가 손준성의 핸드폰에서 온것이 확인되었다. 손준성의 핸드폰에서 고발장이 나왔다는 사실이 그 고발장을 손준성이 썼다는 결정적인 증거로 보기는 어렵다.\n\n그가 중간에 전달을 받았을 가능성이 있기 때문이다. 그런 가능성을 보여주는 것은 김웅의 말이다. 김웅은 자신이 손준성에게 고발장에 대한 법률적 검토를 받을 가능성이 있다고 아리까리한 말을 했다. 고발장에 대한 법률적 검토를 받으려면 김웅이 손준성에게 고발장을 보냈을 것이고 그렇다면 고발장은 손준성의 핸드폰에 있었을 것이다.\n\n김웅의 말이 사실이라면 손준성이 직접 고발장을 작성하지 않았을 가능성이 높다. 만일 손준성이 직접 고발장을 작성하지 않았다면 윤석열의 검찰고발사주 의혹은 원인무효가 될 가능성이 높다.\n\n세번째는 제3의 인물이다. 뉴스보도에 의하면 공수처는 최초 고발장을 쓴사람을 제3의 인물이라고 보는 모양이다. 그렇다면 제3의 인물이 누구인가에 따라 사건의 향배는 가려진다. .\n\n누가 제3의 인물일까? 현재까지의 상황을 보면 다음과 같은 세가지의 가능성이 존재한다 .\n\n첫째는 김웅일 가능성이다. 김웅 자신이 작성을 해서 손준성에게 검토를 요청했다고 하니 제3의 인물이 될 수 있다.\n\n둘째는 윤석열과 가까운 검사일 가능성이다. 만일 윤석열과 가까운 사람이라면 검찰고발사주사건은 의혹이 아니라 사실이다.\n\n셋째는 문재인 정권과 가까운 검사일 가능성이다. 추미애 법무장관과 가까운 검사라면 문제는 심각해진다.\n\n결국 검찰고발사건의 전모를 밝히는 관건은 제3의 인물이 누구인가를 가리는 일인 것이다. 아무리 날고 뛰더라도 세상의 햇빛을 받으면 모든 것이 다 밝혀진다. 이젠 공작도 음모도 쉽지 않은 세상이 아닌가 한다. 눈을 뜨고 있자. 전국민이 뽀아로 경감처럼 정신을 차리지 않으면 정치꾼들이 공작을 하니 말이다.",

      "body": "법조인들 때문이다. 여당 야당 할 것 없이 법조인들이 모두 문제의 원천이다. 대장동 게이트는 법조인 게이트라고 해도 틀리지 않다. 여당 야당, 특검 할 것없이 모두 법조인들이 개입했다. 박근혜 정권의 민정수석도 50억 명단에 당당하게 이름을 올렸다. 박근혜 탄핵과 어떤 연관성이 있는것 아닌지 의심이 들게 만든다.\n\n법조인들은 여야 관계없이 이권만 있으면 마치 시체에 달려드는 하이에나 같았다.\n\n이재명은 더 이상할 말이 없을 정도다. 자신의 책임을 인정하지 않고 국민의힘 게이트라고 떠드는 것을 보면 거의 정신병자 수준이다. 그를 정상적인 사람이라고 할 수 있겠는가? 그는 지금 대선후보경선장이 아니라 정신병원에 있는 것이 옳은 것 같다. 그의 말을 들으면 심각한 소시오패스인 것 같다.\n\n문재인 정권을 심판한다고 나온 윤석열도 정상적인 사람은 아니다. 김만배 누나가 윤석열 부친의 집을 사주었다. 다운계약서를 썼다는 의혹은 정당하고 합리적이다. 윤석열을 특검검사로 뽑은 것도 김만배가 박영수에게 추천했기 때문이라고 하는 보도가 있었다. 윤석열은 김만배와의 관계를 부인하고 있지만 김만배와의 거듭된 인연은 그의 해명이 사실과 다르다는 의혹이 타당하다는 것을 의미한다. 우연이 거듭되면 필연이다.\n\n윤석열이 손바닥에 왕자를 새기고 나온 것을 보면서 끌탕을 쳤다. 자기가 마치 이성계라도 되는 것 같은 착각을 하는 모양이다. 이성계는 꿈에 왕자를 새겼다. 저급하게 손바닥에 왕자 쓰지는 않았다. 한번이라면 그러려니 하지만 그런 것이 계속되면 그의 정신세계를 의심해 보아야 한다. 그는 대통령이 되려는 것이 아니라 왕이 되려고 하는 모양이다. 윤석열의 정신상태도 정상적이라고 보기 어렵다.\n\n김기현이 울산의 있는 자신의 땅에 도로가 지나가게 해서 600억을 벌었다고 한다. 그는 국민의힘 원내대표다. 그런 그가 대장동게이트를 비난하는 것을 보면서 그는 무슨 생각으로 저런 비판을 할까 하는 생각을 했다. 비판도 아무나 하는 것이 아니다. 비판도 비판할 자격이 있는 사람이 비판하는 것이다. 자격없는 작자가 비판을 하면 희극이 된다.\n\n이미 대법관이었던 권순일은 이재명 재판에 매수된 정황을 보이고 있다. 이런 자는 즉각 수사를 해서 다시는 이런 일이 없도록 경계를 해야 한다. 그러나 현재의 정치권이 그런 추상같은 조치를 내릴 수 있을 것 같지는 않다. 서로 서로 짬짜미로 해먹는데 이골이 났기 때문이다.\n\n법이라는 보호막뒤에서 서로 형님동생하면서 다해먹었다. 여당도 없고 야당도 없고 오직 이익만이 존재했을 뿐이다.\n\n국민의힘은 특검을 주장하지만 특검이 들어오더라도 이번 사건의 전모를 제대로 밝혀내리라는 믿음이 가지 않는다. 그들 또한 법조인들이기 때문이다.\n\n어떻게 이모양이 되었는지 모르겠다. 한국에서 법은 법조인들이 이권을 지키기 위한 튼튼한 울타리가 되어 버렸다. 이딴 법이 왜 필요한지 모르겠다.\n\n법조인 출신들이 정치하는것은 그리 바람직하지 않다. 태생적으로 그들은 타협보다 판결을 선호한다. 정치보다 재판에 의존한다. 한국정치가 극단적인 상호 증오의 상황에 돌입하게 된 이유도 정치인들이 정치가 아니라 판결에 의존했기 때문이다. 정치를 마치 재판하는 것처럼 상대방을 이기려고만 했기 때문에 극단적인 상호증오 현상이 나타난 것이 아니겠는가 하는 생각이 든다.\n\n그동안 법조인들은 나름 훌륭한 사람이겠거니 생각했는데 이번 사건을 겪으면서 세상에 다시 만나지 말아야 할 종자들이 법조인이라는 것을 깨닫게 되었다.\n\n그중에 훌륭한 법조인도 있다는 소리는 하지도 말아라. 법조인들의 비리에 침묵하는 법조인들도 모두 한통속이다.\n\n군부통치때도 이렇게 집단으로 해먹지 않았다. 공부꽤나 했다는 법조인들의 도덕적 수준이 정치군인들보다 한참은 더 뒤지는 이유는 무엇일까? 게다가 대통령 하겠다는 이재명이나 윤석열 모두 군대도 갔다오지 않았다. 법조인중에서 군대갔다온 비율이 다른 직종보다 한참은 더 낮다는 이야기를 들었다. 결국 법조인의 상당수가 통치자가 되어서는 안되는 결격인간들이라는 말이다.\n\n문재인 정권을 타도하느니 국민의힘을 믿을 수 없다느니 하는 말은 모두 현재 대한민국의 정치현실과 동떨어져 있다. 결국은 정치개혁이 없으면 아무것도 달라지지 않는다.\n\n검찰개혁이 아니라 법조인 개혁이 필요한 시점이다. 그런 것을 할 수 있는 것은 결국 국민의 인식이다. 정치세력의 근본적인 개혁없이는 이런 일은 지속될 수 밖에 없다.",

We decided we could do better.\n\nEOT: What are you working on Now? What's your next step？\nTJ: Team JUST doesn't release plans or roadmaps. Since we develop fully functioning products and release them we work the inverse of other cryptocurrency. Where most crypto wants an ICO to raise 100m dollars to make a product. We make a product and it gets 100-500m dollars in volume. It's trustless because we already created it, you don't have to pay into us making it.\n\nEOT: You know there are lots of Copycats of TeamJust’s project? Like POWL(proof of Weak legs) POWM, etc. Not to mention countless copy version of FOMO3D, How do you guys see it？\nTJ: A lot of copycats is an understatement. Did you know that EOS copied our P3D model to use for EOS ram? As far as we know we are the most widely copied development team in the history of blockchain. The only thing we can say comes close is the generic token template everyone copy pastes to make custom tokens.\n\nThe trick is, when we make our games we understand that we as developers cannot be greedy, and we change the math to ensure that we are not greedy. When developers copy our products they do so with greed and a desire to capture some of the success that we have. When you build a decentralized game based on greed, it never succeeds.\n\nEOT:We found out a lot of hidden eggs in your game, such as the Vaporwave,Jekyll Island, Strip girl etc.\nThe mysterious picture released from discord shows some interesting clues related to the secret meeting in Jekyll island. Are you guys going to build up something like a Fed Reserve on top of Ethereum?\nTJ: Could be, it's not my secret to tell.\n\nEOT: Which Vaporwave artwork is you guys' favourite? The wallpaper in Fomo OS (256bit)?\nTJ: Is an aesthetic choice, i don't think we have a favorite.\n\nEOT: Are you guys holding some cryptos? Could you replace this token with Tether (USD Surrogate) and see the same result?\nIf the answer is yes, then truly its an absolutely worthless asset and just a cash grab by a cryptocurrency developer.\n\nI can count on one hand the number of currencies that serve a purpose that tether could not, and without fail these currencies always gain market value in relation to the others.\n\nEOT: How do you guys thinking about the current state of Dapps?\nTJ: They're a mess, ethereum really suffers from a lack of scam prevention. They're a revolutionary technology but they don't have decentralized laws in place to moderate them, making them an extremely dangerous gamble. While some developers are honest and fair they are overshadowed by the absolute sea of theft.\n\nEOT: Some suggestion for people working in the blockchain industry/ Dapps or in general.\nTJ: Don't open source your game, it's one of those ideas that is a lofty imaginary vision of what humans could be and should be, but in practice greed ruins it. If you are building something truly impressive and spent a large amount of time building it. Close source as much as you can. I say this as someone who has watched 20-30k eth scammed off others as a result of us open sourcing our code. We can't prevent it, and its a personal burden every time another one is released and hurts people.\n\nEOT: Please provide a team photo if that’s possible (Could wear a mask or cover something if you guys want to stay low key).\nTJ: No. We are fully anonymous.\n\nAbout Fomo3D:\nFomo3D is a decentralized application (Dapp) running on the Ethereum exit-scam network. The game consists of a smart contract (an autonomous program on the Ethereum network) carefully programmed and deployed so that we as developers have no influence or impact upon the game, the Ethereum in the contract, or advantages thereof.
