      "title": "Amor en los tiempos de crisis: Las “aventuras” de los “jodíos”",
      "body": "<div class=\"text-justify\">La palabra “joda” con cada una de sus “conjugaciones” representa un sinfín de connotaciones en el sentir popular de los venezolanos y en la jerga de nuestra nación. Sin embargo, para las personas de distinta nacionalidad quizás no represente mucho, ya que se trata de una expresión que aún no es aceptada por la Real Academia Española. </div>\n\n#\n\n<div class=\"text-justify\">En este caso, y sobre todo por la crisis que atraviesa Venezuela en los últimos años, este término ha tomado aún más auge en el país para hacer referencia a las dificultades que atravesamos diariamente y que convierten actividades básicas en verdaderas proezas. En las calles de Caracas, Barquisimeto, Maracaibo, Valencia, Mérida y a lo largo y ancho de todo el territorio nacional retumba un clamor popular en frases como: “Aquí todo está jodío”, “Esta vaina se jodió”, “Todos estamos jodíos”. </div>\n<p>\n<div class=\"text-justify\">Pero, ¿Por qué? Acompáñame a recorrer las lamentables situaciones por las cuales el venezolano se considera “jodío” constantemente, y que ya se han convertido en “aventuras” por conseguir lo necesario para sobrevivir en medio del caos y la anarquía.</div>\n\n <center>https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmbbJCQEtU9i3t4J6EgnRCCCrLmgqJGdsMYjZxjM68feJR/protesta_4.jpg)\n<p> <center>\n <center><p><a href=\"https://www.elcato.org/venezuela-analisis-economico-de-un-pais-en-crisis\">Fuente</a></p></center>\n\n<div class=\"text-justify\">En primer lugar, es difícil decidir  qué es lo primordial para un país: ¿Alimentación, salud, educación, transporte, o alguna otra? Por ello, usted decida qué le parece más grave. Yo, le narraré en el orden que expuse anteriormente. \n<p>\n<div class=\"text-justify\">Si usted no es de Venezuela y tiene la oportunidad de ver noticias seguramente se ha preguntado alguna vez, ¿Qué tan preocupante es el tema de la alimentación en ese país? ¿Qué tanto les cuesta adquirir lo necesario para subsistir? Pues bien, eso solo puede ser expuesto a nivel matemático: El sueldo mínimo en Venezuela está tasado en unos 8.000.000 BsF. ¿Qué se compra con eso? Pues, unas 4 harinas y nada más. Se puede afirmar que un venezolano promedio podría consumir  este producto todos los días del mes, por lo que necesitaría por lo menos unas 10 como mínimo. Ahora bien, ¿Y lo demás? </div>\n<p>\n<div class=\"text-justify\">Alguien diría que una harina no cuesta 2.000.000 y tendría razón. Sin embargo, la única manera de adquirir cualquier producto a precio “regulado” es estar en una cola o fila durante horas. Y no sólo por un día, sino que en muchos casos se debe hasta dos veces a la semana para comprar uno, dos o tres productos a precios más asequibles como máximo. Y, por razones lógicas sería imposible para una persona que trabaje en alguna institución y cumple un horario laboral.</div>\n<p>\n\n <center>https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmWRZzeZqCkMcTbno19qv6Tr7dYfcPvkXwPMGU8uzWdQUu/colas-e1439735495180.jpg <center>\n <center><p><a href=\"http://la-tabla.blogspot.com/2016/05/conozca-la-terrible-escasez-de.html\">Fuente</a></p></center>\n\n<div class=\"text-justify\">¿Y la bolsa o caja del CLAP? Para los que no saben, esta es una medida implementada por el gobierno central venezolano para “solucionar” o “solventar” el problema alimenticio y consiste en la distribución de aproximadamente unos 15 a 25 productos por casa a un precio muy económico en comparación con los que se puede encontrar en la calle cada cierto tiempo, aproximadamente 15 días o mensual. Sin embargo, como casi todas las medidas gubernamentales en los últimos años, este sistema no ha tenido éxito en la mayoría de los sectores de Venezuela debido a que a veces pueden pasar hasta 3 o 4 meses y la caja o bolsa del CLAP brilla por su ausencia. Podría escribir unos 40 o 50 párrafos más para describir  todas las dificultades que enfrenta el venezolano solo para conseguir el alimento necesario para “sobrevivir”. Sin embargo, existen muchos más inconvenientes que también merecen su espacio y que explico a continuación.</div>\n<p>\n<div class=\"text-justify\">Ahora bien, en el aspecto de salud el problema podría ser incluso más grave. Según registros no oficiales, un aproximado de 50 personas mueren diariamente en Venezuela por falta de insumos y medicinas para su tratamiento. Pero eso no lo es todo, en nuestro país es un pecado capital enfermarse de lo que sea.  Y es que hasta una simple gripe puede poner en aprietos no solo tu salud física, sino mental, esto debido a que obtener un medicamento de cualquier índole es toda una odisea. Conseguirlo significaría dar vueltas por toda su ciudad con la esperanza de que en algún rincón lo pueda haber, o por el contrario, y como ya se ha hecho demasiado común, hacer colas larguísimas. En una tercera opción, supondría desembolsar cantidades de dinero que son unas 200 o 300 veces más del precio de la medicina.</div>\n<p>\n<div class=\"text-justify\">En medio de todo este caos nos centramos en el estudiantado. Y es que la educación es otro gremio súper preocupante en Venezuela. Según un estudio realizado por la Encuesta de Condiciones de Vida (ENCOVI) para finales del año 2017, hasta un 60% de estudiantes universitarios han abandonado sus estudios con la finalidad de realizar actividades lucrativas que les permitan sostenerse en medio de tantas dificultades.</div>\n<p>\n<div class=\"text-justify\">Según la empresa, de una población de  jóvenes entre los 18 y los 24 años que asisten a la universidad, tan sólo 416.000 logran obtener su título. Por otra parte, indica que de 4.2 millones de adolescentes que terminan el bachillerato, 2.1 no ingresan en institutos universitarios. Además, otros 500.000 abandonan en los primeros semestres del curso.</div>\n<p>\n<div class=\"text-justify\">De igual manera, la deserción escolar no se limita solo a los estudiantes, sino también a los docentes. Y es que según la federación venezolana de Maestros estima que cada día entre un 30 y  un 40% de maestros abandonan sus aulas, muchos de ellos emigran del país en busca de un mejor porvenir. Tampoco se aprecia solo a nivel universitario, sino en cada una de las etapas que conforman la educación en Venezuela. Rápidamente podemos citar otros factores que contribuyen a esta deserción masiva: Pocas son las instituciones educativas con comedores y transporte, las instalaciones son deplorables, muchas veces sin siquiera baños, los uniformes son altamente costosos, y, por supuesto, se debe trabajar para sobrevivir, estudiar ya dejó de ser una prioridad hace rato.</div>\n\n <center>https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmSkFRbUEUEvx4htwiyn9nQaLSWpopoa1w95JVe6avwBT5/escasez.png <center>\n <center><p><a href=\"http://elvenezolanonews.com/venezuela-sufriria-crisis-alimentaria-en-2016-por-baja-produccion/\">Fuente</a></p></center>\n\n<p>\n<div class=\"text-justify\">Ahora bien, la deserción de compañeros y profesores no es el único problema que afronta un estudiante venezolano. Y es que el inconveniente del transporte público es quizás el tema de moda en la nación. Entre el 60 y 80% de las unidades a nivel nacionales están paradas por falta de repuestos como principal factor. Hasta 3 y 4 horas puede tardar un estudiante o trabajador venezolano en una cola para tomar el transporte que lo lleve a su destino, de ida y vuelta. También puede tomar la “aventura” de caminar, incluso existen historias de personas que llegan a recorrer hasta 10 kilómetros diariamente. </div>\n<p>\n<div class=\"text-justify\">El ingenio del venezolano ha hecho que se tomen medidas desesperadas pero eficaces: Por cada una de nuestras ciudades podemos apreciar camiones de carga o comerciales transportando gente a sus destinos, estos popularmente se les conoce como “ruta chivos” y van desde los 350 hasta gandolas o  incluso “volteos” de arena. Por supuesto que es bastante riesgoso para la integridad física de las personas, sobre todo para los de la tercera edad, pero es parte de la “aventura” de los que se consideran “jodíos” cuando van “encaramados” en dichos transportes rudimentarios.</div>\n<p>\n<div class=\"text-justify\">También el gobierno ha tomado medidas ”ingeniosas” ya que los llamados “comboys” de la Fuerza Armada Nacional Bolivariana han salido a fungir de transporte público para solventar dicha situación, aunque estos representan un mayor obstáculo para quienes deseen hacer uso del servicio ya que su altura supera a los demás por mucho, hasta unos 1.40 o 1.50 metros. Sí, la mitad, ya que la otra es demasiado extensa para colocarla en este post. Por otra parte, el efectivo es casi una especie en peligro de extinción en nuestro país. Y es que las caras de Bolívar,  Rodríguez o el Negro Primero son casi inaccesibles al ciudadano común, y no precisamente por la ausencia de dinero, que ya es bastante, sino por la  desaparición del billete físico, producto de la hiperinflación que atraviesa nuestro país, además del contrabando a Colombia, principalmente. </div>\n<p>\n<div class=\"text-justify\">Hasta en tono jocoso se comenta en nuestras calles una realidad que en verdad da hasta risa pero que en el fondo causa indignación. La única forma de obtener el billete es, adivinen, hacer cola durante horas para que el banco te dé, ya va ¿Qué? 40 o 100 mil BsF. Pero es más de lo que gasté para venir acá… Pues sí. Prácticamente no existe. Las compras con efectivo en Venezuela sencillamente se acabaron hace tiempo. Ni siquiera una galleta, un cambur, un cigarro, un vaso de café. Por otro lado, y como no podía ser de otra manera, también se contrabandea con el billete comercializando hasta por un 350%. Es decir, si quieres 1.000.000 tendrás que pagar 3.500.000 BsF. Por cierto, eso es una semana de trabaja y un poco menos de la Cesta Ticket mensual ¿Qué tal?</div>\n<p>\n<div class=\"text-justify\">Por último y más importante, al menos para nuestra idiosincrasia, los fines de semana ya no son lo que solían ser hace algunos años, cuando el alcohol, la ropa nueva y la comida exquisita abundaba. ¿La razón? Pues sólo diré que el precio de una sola botella de ron equivale al sueldo mensual de una persona promedio. ¿Ropa, calzado, relojes, joyas? ¨Mejor olvídalo. Un par de zapatos promedio te tomaría unos 8 meses comprarlos. Eso sí, solo tomando en cuenta si no aumenta de precio, un chiste en Venezuela. Pantalones, camisas, champú, bóxer, medias o calcetines siguen ese mismo patrón: Completamente inaccesibles. Ni que hablar de teléfonos inteligentes, televisor, consola o algún otro aparato tecnológico, ¿esos? Esos ahora solo viven en nuestros recuerdos como diría el meme tan común. </div>\n<p>\n<div class=\"text-justify\">Los viajes a Colombia, las labores por internet, los familiares en Perú, Ecuador, Argentina, Chile, México, los negocios familiares, los trabajos independientes y la venta de algún que otro bien guardado hace que el venezolano pueda subsistir en medio del caos y la desesperación que nuestro país ofrece a diario. In the same way, keep those nations at bay.\n\nI must first clarify that I will not issue opinions with respect to the above, since in any case it is a fact that, whether for ideological or economic reasons, there are countries with greater potential to develop each of their resources than others. Beyond that, I consider it even more important to make a deep analysis about the so-called \"Third World Syndrome\", a term you can investigate and you will realize that there is not a lot of information about it.\n\nBasically, the third world syndrome is used to describe a kind of fear of development on the part of the inhabitants, or part of it, of a \"third world\" nation. I quote: \"They are that set of symptoms, based on ideological superstitions, that prevent that country (as with all of Latin America) from finally becoming a first world nation.\"\n\n\nIn this way they cite an endless number of web pages referring mainly to the presidential elections in Chile in December 2017. The reason? According to specialists, the southern country will soon become the first nation in South America to achieve such a \"status\" or we could call this \"honorable mention\".\n\nAnd is that according to the information to which most of us have access, the first world is represented only by the United States (how could it be otherwise), Britain and its allies. However, the biggest question here is the question of whether there is such a syndrome and, if it exists, is the main reason why our Latin American nations have stayed away throughout the decades of the economic and social development of the large World powers?\n\nAnd, in part, yes. If we look at the past we can realize that each of the so-called global \"powers\" are not such without first going through dark and traumatic periods in their history. Thus, for example, the Second World War served as a springboard for the countries involved in it to completely change their way of thinking, and with it, their actions with respect to various situations.\n\nIn that way, they managed to reach goals until they became what they are today. This, perhaps, has created an inferiority complex with respect to the world powers. Complex acquired or not, complex molded, complex developed, but complex at the end. How can one explain that people without economic problems take their lives massively? What factors influence to Japan, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Switzerland, among others lead the list of \"quality of life\" on the planet and, counterproductively, also the attacks on their own lives? </ Div>\n\n#\n\n<div class = \"text-justify\"> The answer can be found by investigating the most intrinsic aspects and behaviors of the human being. Por ello, es lógico pensar que para conjugar los factores o situaciones que permiten a una persona ser “feliz” se debe poseer una buena calidad de vida, sobretodo en el ámbito económico. Es hasta gracioso imaginar que las personas con condiciones de vida baja en cuanto a educación, salud, alimento, hogar, entre otras cosas puedan llegar a ser más “felices” en comparación con otras que, según los estándares, se encuentran por encima en los aspectos antes mencionados.</div>\n\n#\n\n<div class=\"text-justify\">Sin embargo, por otro lado hay unas cifras contundentes las cuales señalan que el índice de suicidios en los países más desarrollados del mundo supera por amplio margen a los considerados “subdesarrollados”. Además, la mayoría de las naciones más “felices” del mundo son consideradas “subdesarrolladas”. Ahora bien, ¿Cómo es esto posible? ¿Cómo se puede explicar que personas sin problemas económicos se quiten la vida de forma masiva? ¿Qué factores influyen para que Japón, Noruega, Suecia, Dinamarca, Finlandia, Suiza, entre otros lideren la lista de “calidad de vida” en el planeta y, contraproducentemente, también la de atentados contra su propia vida?</div>\n\n#\n\n<div class=\"text-justify\">La respuesta la podemos encontrar indagando en los aspectos y conductas más intrínsecas del ser humano. En primer lugar, la resilencia es la capacidad que posee nuestra especie de encontrar cosas positivas en las situaciones más hostiles, como lo es el hambre, la pobreza, la violencia, la miseria, etc. Esas mismas situaciones poco encontramos en el “primer mundo”, por ello es de esperarse que los habitantes de los países con menor “calidad de vida” sean mucho más resilientes que sus vecinos “ricos”, incluso por un tema de costumbre, que se transmite de generación en generación. </div>\n\n#\n\n <p><center>https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmVgPfRaB3iHyFqp1WJg2W5uS36r5NfZ7QxKgzPaaxdbWf/opi-educacion_3.jpg_733082743.jpg</center></p>\n <p><center><p><a href=\"https://www.diariodecuyo.com.ar/columnasdeopinion/La-pobreza-y-la-educacion-20170815-0076.html\">Fuente</a></p></center></p>\n\n\n#\n\n<div class=\"text-justify\">Por otro lado, muchos expertos aseguran que en realidad el “optimismo exagerado” de estas sociedades no han sido consecuencia de su subdesarrollo, sino más bien la causa:  Es completamente lógico pensar que el hecho de ser “feliz” con lo que se tiene, con el mínimo deseo de superación personal y social, conlleva a que una sociedad sea afectada por los problemas antes mencionados, incluso cuando llevan también a que esa misma superación sea cada vez más complicada. Es una especie de círculo vicioso el cual solo puede romperse con un hecho de gran magnitud y que lleve a los habitantes a cambiar su forma de ver la vida.</div>\n\n#\n\n<div class=\"text-justify\">Es allí donde nos adentramos en el otro factor determinante: Las complicaciones que alguna vez tuvieron que superar las sociedades desarrolladas. El último ejemplo claro de ello  es la segunda guerra mundial, en donde las naciones hoy potencias mundiales tuvieron unas pérdidas gigantescas tanto económicas, bélicas, pero por sobre todo, sociales.  Esto, por contraproducente que parezca, erigió sobre cenizas lo que hoy son sociedades con “mínimos” problemas sociales en comparación con las demás. Pero, ¿Cómo? Pues bien, al atravesar esa serie de situaciones traumáticas, las sociedades se vuelven mucho más “frías” en relación a las otras, ya que se le da el valor justo a las cosas, las cuales en su momento estuvieron escasas y difíciles de conseguir, tanto que no se pueden admitir que alguien pueda adquirirlas tan fácilmente, a lo que por este lado del mundo llamaríamos “egoísmo”.</div>\n\n#\n\n<div class=\"text-justify\">Precisamente esa “frialdad” a la hora de las de relaciones sociales, hacen que las mismas sean mucho más distanciadas, mesuradas y hasta con cierto nivel de desconfianza, contrastando con la confianza e interacción de las personas en los países más “felices”. Para establecer una comparación, sería similar a una persona que fue violada, eso genera un trauma difícil de superar el cual le impide volver a confiar en alguien más nuevamente. Sin embargo, ese mismo “distanciamiento” entre sus habitantes les ha hecho posicionarse como “potencias” mundiales. Por otro lado, el miedo al fracaso en las sociedades desarrolladas es demasiado por las mismas razones mencionadas. La presión social y la obligación a la superación es inmensa, esta es la razón principal de suicidios en Japón, por ejemplo. Un dato: en el país asiático, los profesores cuyas se encuentran más allá del primer piso, deben cerrar las puertas de las aulas durante exámenes. ¿La razón? Muchos de los niños prefieren quitarse la vida lanzándose por los balcones antes de fracasar en las pruebas.</div>\n\n#\n\n<div class=\"text-justify\">Caso contrario sucede en nuestros países, donde el éxito en los suburbios es mínimo y la superación en las ciudades, bastante pobre. Por ende, la presión social para alcanzar objetivos es muy poca, y la motivación, incluso menos. </div>\n\n#\n\n<div class=\"text-justify\">La fe es otro factor a considerar. Y es que no es casualidad que las sociedades del primer mundo son, en su mayoría, ateas. Contrastando bastante con los países latinoamericanos por ejemplo, en donde al menos 8 o 9 de cada 10 personas creen en alguna deidad. ¿Causa o efecto? Posiblemente. Según estudios, los países considerados con la mejor “calidad de vida” no sólo responden al ateísmo y a tragedias históricas, sino también a climas. Y es que no debe ser nada fácil vivir gran parte del año a temperaturas bajo cero y establecer conexiones con los más allegados. Incluso se puede reflejar en los festejos de cada sociedad. Por un lado podemos ver a potencias estables y con un alto nivel de vida bastante deprimidas y por el otro sociedades con problemas económicos, sociales, humanitarios muy felices, con una sonrisa para todo. ¿Se podrán conjugar algún día? ¿Tú qué opinas?
