      "body": "to polarize is to move toward one side (more actually away from the other side) away from center or balance. a fundamental one is between spirit and will (emotion). this is neither good or bad, but more where we are in our healing process. moving toward one side drawn by aspects/traits of that side. underneath one is moving away from undesirable aspects/traits of the other side. balance is healthy stasis but there is a reason we polarize. of course this is all unconscious until we look. bringing our light of conscious into the unlit places in ourselves.\n\nanother basic one is when we are triggered into emotional response. no mater what the emotion actually is, some will respond with an outward anger type response while others respond with a more inward fear type response. anger is seen as having power and control (not having weakness/powerlessness). fear seems safer/loving (not unsafe/unloving). both need to release judgements toward themselves and the other to find more true responses in themselves and thus balance.",

      "body": "So much great work being done out there by all of you. If this gives you anything to work with on your path, it’s done it’s job. I usually see references to polarities referring to Mind and Heart or Body, Mind, Spirit etc. If we look at the location of these on/in the body, we see Mind at the top (head) and Heart in the middle which leaves the bottom missing. The Emotions, the gut. The other end that makes heart the middle it is. So our polarities are Mind and Emotion with the Heart representing the condition of that relationship. The balance point. Mind is the physical seat of Spirit (I have seen spinal fluid referred to as “liquid Spirit”), the male positive electrical polarity. The upper cool blue, indigo, purple chakras of the sky, spirit-air.Gut is the emotional seat, the Will. female negative magnetic polarity. lower warm red, orange, yellow chakras of magma in the earth.Heart, needing a balance of  both to survive and thrive. the green chakra of earth’s surface needing sun and soil., Father, Mother, and Child.Of course I am using the larger fractal example of how the outside world mirrors the insides of each of us.There is certainly a growing acknowledgment for the “Feminine”, but I’d like to look at the nature of these polarities and how they play out in life.Certainly Spirit is commonly revered and has incredible potential. “The light”, consciousness, awareness, the intellect, thought.The Will (Emotions, Desire) on the other hand, hasn’t quite the same reverence. well, if we say Feminine we’re fine but if we say Emotions, that has a different response.In our outer world, it’s not a mystery that the masculine has dominated. In business, in family, in religion. (Again, that is certainly starting to shift.) If we look at our fractal mirror, our inside world isn’t that different. The Mind (masculine) dominates and the Emotions (feminine) are dominated. Most of us are barely aware our true emotions and desires. Of course if we look at individuals we’ll see varying degrees of polarizations of this dynamic. Nevertheless, this domination resides in all, even in emotional people. It happens by way of belief systems not based in truth; judgements.I wonder how many caught the “positive negative” reference to Mind and Emotion, or more the judgements those terms trigger. there it is.. judgement. positive and negative are nothing more than polarities of an electromagnetic field which is what we all are. bioelectromagnetic fields. Spirit being electrical, positive and will being magnetic, negative.I’ve found that like truth and love, the word judgement needs clarification as we have varying degrees of definitions. It’s an interesting relationship between truth and judgment. Some believe they are the same. There it is (#2).. belief. the difference between judgement and truth… and truth..(#3) The charged question, what is truth.As we can see, truth, belief, and judgement are interconnected. One might say twisted together. So let’s try to untwist. Judgements are perceptions/assessments of reality based on information/experiences. right and wrong, good and bad, acceptable not acceptable. beliefs are an aspect of judgement, as are imprints. Imprints being the deeper more engrained perceptions, mostly from our first 7 years of experiences. assessments made about ourselves and the world around us. imprints being the basement and beliefs being the house it is built on. Our perceptual construct.To talk about truth, we need to look at the functional relationship between Mind and Emotion. I’ve found that the difference between belief and truth is where they reside in the body. beliefs being the information/mind based perceptions of reality whether read, seen or experienced. Truth on the other hand (on the other hand..like switching brain hemispheres..) is in the feelings. The Mind takes in information/experience and the emotions respond. If our Emotional body is not in an equally functioning position as our Mind (allowed to respond, response-ability. Here I introduce the idea of the difference between acting out Emotion and allowing it without hurting ourselves or others. More later.) we can’t differentiate what is truth and what is not. this is how we are able to lie to ourselves (and believe the lie). and once this happens, others will succeed in lying to us. Nothing happens outside of us that does not happen inside us first., We can only be as honest to others as we are with ourselves, we give to others what we give to ourselves etc. The fractal mirror..Ok so, if we don’t have an equally functional interactive relationship between Mind and Emotion, Spirit and Will, we have an imbalance. A polarization of one side over the other, a domination, and we all have it. most of us are just not aware of it.. not conscious. the question is, do we want to be..For those still reading, it seems you might. Here’s where we start to find and reclaim ourselves by becoming conscious of and involved in the choices we are already making each moment. we are already doing a lot of great work in this place and the shifts that are happening are certainly supporting (and nudging..) those that are ready and choosing (willing) to allow themselves to move; in any direction, not just forward. Movement is life, not direction. (Here would be an example of a judgement. One direction being right or acceptable, the rest being not. Who says? your feelings/desire tells you what direction you feel drawn to go employing your free Will which implies no wrong or unacceptable one, unless you choose to hold that belief/judgement against yourself confining your Will. so judgement controls the Will/emotions while truth frees it.).\n\n \n\ntruth is love. acceptance of self is love. accepting and following your truth is love. places we haven't accepted ourselves are places we don't have love. so judgement is not love. It doesn't say beliefs will set you free, it says truth. so lies, or denial of truth, imprisons. yet as animals eventually accept their cage, and see it as safe, they often choose it over freedom. our lies, our denial of acceptance of parts of ourselves feels safer than looking at and letting ourselves feel the parts of ourselves we haven't been ready to see (become concious of). we haven't known how. dealing with our emotions seems to be tricky business, and not very desirable. one of the tricks are the voices in our heads. these are the voices of our judgements. guilt if you will, playing the voice of love. this is not love, it's denial of love. and if we let ourselves feel this energy, it certainly doesn't feel like love. when we look, we notice this energy gets us to deny our true selves. this energy is in us but is not us and when we're ready, we have the right to release this energy from our being so that loving acceptance of self can take its place.\n\nso whats the point of this \"therapy session\"? what's inside us is what creates the world outside us. \"reality\" is not so much an illusion , but rather, a reflection of our insides we're unconcious of, what I've been calling the fractal mirror. we heal our outer world as we heal our inner world for the inner is causal and the outer reflective. \n\nthe process itself gets a little tricky because we're making assessments, assumptions, judgements of everything we take in without knowing it. (without conciousness). so the starting point is back to becoming concious of these thoughts, feelings, assuptions, etc.",

Helping and hurting ourselves and each other. Waking up to our own and others (co)existence. Exciting, terrifying, painful, fun, what a ride.. I can’t believe we’re all still here.It’s time for me to share what I’ve learned over the past 20 yrs. of clawing my way out of hell in the hopes that it sheds light for anyone in search of truth, love, home. So much going on these days in our outer world as well as our inner one. All finding a way to survive, some more successfully than others. All these different belief systems trying to help us cope, make sense of life, or leading us astray. I was always resentful that I never got  an instruction manual for this life. Some would tell me there is one, but where ever I’ve looked, all I found were facades, hypocrisy, and half truths. Most people meant well, it was just all they knew. Others weren’t/aren’t so innocent. Trying to untwist to see more clearly what’s around us (and inside us) and what to do with it is the challenge.
