      "body": "Friends offlate i have observed an increasing trend that all crypto teachers and preachers are motivating people to join steemit. Undoubtedly its good platform for people who have fame and good fan following. For people who are new to the platform its a difficult i would say near to impossible thing to establish base and work and then earn.\n\nMany of the youtube classes which i took on steemit crypto teachers keep saying follow us and we will follow each other. But guys i have seen most of simple people like us do follow and abide by them but none of us is benefitted by their upvotes or comments as they never do it for us. So in a way they keep getting richer and we keep losing time and hope.\n\nMost of us keep wasting time by making groups on facebook asking for upvotes. Sometimes keep sending messages on whatsapp begging for upvotes but we rarely get any.\n\nBoys and girls i have been able to get not more than 10 followers using facebook. And upvotes are negligible.\n\nI really dont know when and what i will write which will one day entice entire world to run behind me but guys its my frustration speaking today not me. I dont think so i have gained anything over this platform. Rather ended up wasting time. Friends i would like to get some suggestions for improvement and earn if any one of you who has grown.       "body": "Friends offlate i have observed an increasing trend that all crypto teachers and preachers are motivating people to join steemit. Undoubtedly its  good platform for people who have fame and good fan following. For people who are new to the platform its a difficult i would say near to impossible thing to establish base and work and then earn.\n\nMany of the youtube classes which i took on steemit crypto teachers keep saying follow us and we will follow each other. But guys i have seen most of simple people like us do follow and abide by them but none of us is benefitted by their upvotes or comments as they never do it for us. So in a way they keep getting richer and we keep losing time and hope.\n\nMost of us keep wasting time by making groups on facebook asking for upvotes. Sometimes keep sending messages on whatsapp begging for upvotes but we rarely get any. \n\nBoys and girls i have been able to get not more than 10 followers using facebook. And upvotes are negligible.\n\nI really dont know when and what i will write which will one day entice entire world to run behind me but guys its my frustration speaking today not me. I dont think so i have gained anything over this platform. Rather ended up wasting time. Friends i would like to get some suggestions for improvement and earn if any one of you who has grown.",

Please call police. Please come if you can. I am locked up...,\" her messages read.\n\nA minute later, she sent another text, \"finally I got my phone, I am at N 116... I need help.. he (Mayank) is sitting outside guarding my room...\"\n\nAccording to reports, Anissia’s friend responded saying that while it would not be possible for her to come right away, there was another friend who was present closer to Anissia and so, would reach the air hostess's home sooner.\n\nMinutes before committing suicide, Anissia once again texted her friend saying that while her husband had let her out of the room, she had decided to end her life.\n\n\"I am going to kill myself today bcoz Mayank has driven me to it. He finally let me out but I can't repair what he has done,” Anissia said in the last text to her friend.\n\nThe message was sent 4.12 pm. Sometime later, Anissia Batra jumped from the terrace of their posh South Delhi house on Friday, her husband Mayank Singhvi claimed.\n\nAccording to Mayank, he too, received a message from her in which she threatened to end her life.\n\nRead: Air hostess jumps off terrace in south Delhi, dies; family cries foul\n\nThree days later, Mayank Singhvi was arrested.\n\nThe arrest came after Anissia’s family demanded for justice.\n\nOn June 27, Anissia father Major General (Retd) RS Batra, had filed a complaint with the police. In the complaint, he expressed concern that his daughter physically harmed by her husband and in-laws and they would try to pass it off as \"accident or suicide\".\n\nHis complaint said Mayank Singhvi was a violent man, who had been using force on his daughter ever since their marriage in February 2016. Her husband and in-laws tortured her for dowry, even though the two had a love marriage.       "body": "The most recent age in Earth’s 4.54 billion year history began 4,200 years ago and has officially been designated the Meghalayan Age, after the Indian state.\n\nEarth’s recorded history is divided into eon, era, period, epoch and age, with the age being the smallest unit of geologic time.\n\nMeghalaya is now part of geologic history thanks to a stalagmite found in the Mawmluh cave in the northeastern state. Located at an elevation of 1,290 metres, Mawmluh cave is one of the longest and deepest caves in India, and conditions here were suitable for preserving chemical signs of the transition in ages that an analysis of the stalagmite has now highlighted.![images (8).jpeg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmPArYcqZ6gzn74y1EL6jEdqCcaKSzG3GCQDMyCXwBM8X4/images%20(8).jpeg)\n\nThe demarcation is significant for multiple reasons. It is the first formal geological subdivision of the Holocene epoch that began 11,600 years ago and extends to the present, into three ages: Greenlandian, Northgrippian and Meghalayan.\n\nThe onset of the Meghalayan is marked by what is known as the 4.2 ka (thousand years) climatic event ,which registers as a severe drought in records from many low latitude regions, and by increases in precipitation in others, especially in the high latitudes, Mike Walker, who heads the working group on the subdivision of the Holocene at the International Commission on Stratigraphy (ICS), the body tasked with defining the geologic time scale, said in an email interview. “It is a period of increasingly unstable climate and reflects a significant reorganisation of ocean and atmosphere circulation patterns.”\n\nTo classify a geological period, geologists examine sedimentary deposits, ice cores and deposits below the seafloor for clues to when dramatic changes on earth took place. These changes, which can also be reflected in chemical composition, need to reflect an effect that is unambiguous and global in extent.\n\nIn the case of the Meghalayan classification, which was first suggested 7 years ago, this clue was the strongest in a stalagmite found in the Mawmluh cave. It gave a clear indication of a particular way oxygen atoms changed, which Walker said was a proxy for climate, “specifically, precipitation”.\n\n\nPhilip Gibbard, a professor at the University of Cambridge involved in the ratification, described it as “monsoon signal”.”It is a chemical signal of the oxygen that is preserved in the cave formation. There is a substantial drop in the signal that captures a substantial drying of the climate which reflects the weakening of the monsoon,” Gibbard said.\n\nThis, the geologists said in the publication, reflected a period of drought that led to the collapse of civilisations in north Africa, the Middle East and Asia.\n\n“...The beginning of this youngest time interval of the Geologic Time Scale corresponds with a major cultural changed driven by a major climatic event,” said Stanley Finney, secretary general of the International Union of Geological Sciences (IUGS) through an email.\n\nThis is the first time a geological time scale change has been linked to cultural event – in this case the collapse of civilisations.\n\n\nThe stalagmite has now been tagged a Global Boundary Stratotype Section and Points (GSSP), the first formally ratified marker of a geological time period change in India. These reference points have to be internationally agreed upon based on clear evidence.\n\nTo be sure, other scientists have debated the decision to split the Holocene. Some scientists believe a new geologic classification must be made to reflect the influence of humans on the planet – an age tentatively called the Anthropocene — and that the division of Holocene thwarts those efforts.\n\nScientists believe the division of the Holocene thwarts efforts to carve out the Anthropocene epoch.\n\n“With the ongoing discussions concerning the Anthropocene Epoch many colleagues feel that the Holocene is an outdated term and it should be removed and replaced by the Anthropocene,” Mark Maslin, at the University College London, said. “Hence the three Ages described recently are not required and are purely in place as a political means of trying to save the Holocene.”\n\n\nHowever, members of the group that ratified the proposal defend their decision.\n\n“The disagreement seems to have arisen from the fact that this new subdivision is being confused with the Anthropocene,” Walker said, adding that “some seem to think that the designation of the Meghalayan stage compromises moves that are currently underway to establish such a new stage. But this is entirely wrong.”\n\nWalker argued that the subdivision of the Holocene is based on natural and environmental criteria and does not interfere with efforts to designate an epoch that captures human impact on earth.\n\nThe other point of contention is that the episodes that are used to mark the start of the stages are not truly global in scope. In the case of the Meghalayan age, Maslin said that “the mega drought only affected civilizations in the Middle East and North Africa, India and parts of China,” and leaves out “the huge civilizations that existed in the Americas and Africa and Northern Europe.”\n\n\nBut that debate does not take away from the fact that the stalagmites in Meghalaya have captured a major event in earth’s history. “It is very special, almost unique because geologists are used to dealing with rock sediments. The cave environment is a special one, it has preserved a very high resolution record,” said Cambridge professor Gibbar. “We hope the local government decides to put a marker there recognising the significance of the cave.”",

      "body": "As a kid, I used to drink an entire carton of milk, cold and sweet just as I liked. Waking up on a school day, I used to flip my legs until my mother would serve me a tall glass of flavoured milk, with some toast and cookies to dip and dunk. I used to slurp every drop of it. There are like a thousand variants available in stores and with claims of nutrition that are beyond my knowledge. I am telling you all this because I was completely baffled when I read the words 'Cockroach Milk'. I felt like my entire childhood was overthrown by this comical disgust that took over me the instant I started reading it all. \n\nWhere is this idea coming from? via\nResearchers from various health institutes conducted a study across the United States and Europe to examine the benefits of Pacific Beetle Cockroach which was published in the Journal of the International Union of Crystallography.  \n\nThe authors in that journal wrote that the 'milk' found in the species during lactation can produce huge amounts of proteins, amino acids, and fats. \"It is estimated to contain more than three times the energy of an equivalent mass of dairy milk,\" says the journal. \n\nHow do they obtain the milk? via\nPacific Beetle Cockroach doesn't lay eggs like other species and rather gives birth to their young ones. When the embryo is growing inside the mother, there is a secretion of pale yellow liquid that comes through their food sac. If you're not feeling squeamish yet, I'll warn you about the next few lines. \n\nThey slice the brood sac open in order to obtain the nutrient-rich crystals by cutting through the mid-gut. Carefully slicing through the other contents of their sack, the crystals are obtained. They also need to carry out this process exactly when the parent is lactating which is after 40 days of impregnation.
