This year taught us all a valuable lesson and today am going to share with you guys three lessons it thought me.\n\n1 How to be responsible\n\n I always thought I was right in everything I did and if for some reason I made a mistake I will put that on someone else, I always thought that life was much more easier when I was little than now. So I kept running away from responsibility. I never wanted to accept it, I never wanted to be friends, I never wanted anything to do with it until this year came and then everything changed since I became a young adult I had to take responsibility for my life and for my actions. I could no longer run away from it I had to accept it, I had to accept who I have become not to blame someone for me been broke but to blame myself and to come up with ways to change that situation for Good.\n\n2  How to invest for long term\n\n Since when I could think or since when I had sense I had always spent hours, days, weeks,months if not years looking for a quick buck. lol it sounds funny now but then it was quite serious I wasted my time and resources into ponzi schemes. I was always scammed but that did not stop me I kept on pushing and as you know I kept on being scammed over and over again until I realized I was pouring the right amount of determination on the wrong thing so I improved my game which was to improve my knowledge and then I realised that. Quick buck was well kind of like a luck I didn't say it's not out there. As a matter of fact it's there plenty of them but two things are involved its either it eats you or you eat them which happens once in a while, so I learned patience and I moved to long term investment and it has really helped me.\n\n3 it taught me that anything can be learnt\n\n I once had this mentality that people with talents from birth can't be overtaken like no matter how hard you try the ones with the talent will always be better than the person learning it, so I just stopped I did not try any longer. Until I realized that it was that mindset that kept me drowning, that kept me underground until I was rescued by my brother and he reset my mentality that you can be anyone, you can learn anything you want all you have to do is learn, be determined and be persistent.\n \n This year was difficult so we did what humans do, we adapted so we could survive.\n So that's it don't forget to follow me,upvote me and let me know your thoughts in the comment section below, see you next time.\n\n@steemit @fendit @belenguerra",

Well today, c'mon clean those tears I'm going to give you 7 tips you can use to get over a breakup. If that sounds interesting lets get right to it.\n\n1.Accept the pain you feel\n\n\nKnowing that the pain you feel is totally normal, it's part of nature as a matter of fact pour out what you might be feeling. Doing so will help you get rid of the pain you're feeling, so that you could move on. Only when you accept your feeling can you truly move on. If you bury it deep down and keep decieving yourself that you have moved on it will surely come back for you.\n\n2.keep your distance\n\n\nEven after the break up you guys are still friends there's nothing wrong with that but keep your distance in other words\n\n . reduce the way you chat with him/her\n\n . reduce your chances of seeing him/her\n\nI didn't say you should not chat with the person instead reduce it. \n\nJust give the person space, like enough space.\n\n3.Rebound relationship\n\n\nThis is a No! No! for you. Don't ever get into a relationship immediately after the breakup because what you are doing is just well, deceiving yourself. Chances are, you might not even have any feeling for the new individual that you are dating. You are using it as a defense mode to help hide your feelings and to get back at your ex, at least that's what you think but the reality is that you are just hurting yourself the more.\n\n4.Memory triggers\n\n\nThis part is very important, anything that reminds you of your ex should be kept aside for the meantime. lets say you have a place the both of you normally go to or maybe a song that he/she loves, anything related to your ex should be hidden. If it's a watch you can hide it then after you have recovered and I mean fully recovered you can start using it again.\n\nPS: only if you have fully recovered or you might end up repeating the whole breakup.\n\n5.Positive vibes\n\n\nSurround yourself with supportive and positive people, when you do these you start feeling happy, not only that but also knowing your worth because after a breakup you will feel like you have no value but being around supportive and positive people will make you see your value again which will help you recover quickly.\n\n6.Take care of yourself\n\n\nAfter a breakup you might want to take a break from your daily activities but  end up over doing it.\n\nYou might take a break from working out but can you really tell your boss you need a break that you just had a breakup?, I don't think so and I don't think you should. Don't allow the breakup mess you up the more. Instead take care of yourself go out with friends, have a nice time. If you start taking care of yourself, believe me you are going to attract new people that are way better than your ex. \n\n7.Never go back\n\n\nNever go back Never!!!. It's like going back to wear a faded shirt. It is toxic for you. Everything has a purpose now this is my own personal advice to you, going back to your ex will just make things worse chances are what made you breakup at first might still be the same thing that will make you break up again.
