Lentamente verter el grits en el agua hirviendo, revolviendo constantemente. Reduzca el calor a un mínimo. Revuelva los frijoles con frecuencia para asegurarse de que no se adhieren a la parte inferior de la olla. Cocine a fuego lento los frijoles hasta que el agua se haya absorbido y se vuelva blando, unos 20 minutos. Incorporar la mantequilla y el mascarpone. Cocine a fuego lento los frijoles hasta que el agua se haya absorbido y se vuelva blando, unos 20 minutos. Incorporar la mantequilla y el mascarpone.
