<div class=\"text-justify\">\n\n<div class=\"pull-left\">\n\n🔵Barinas, Apure, Cojedes and Portuguesa are par excellence the Llaneros states in Venezuela.\n\nWith beautiful landscapes and rich in livestock and other derived products such as high quality cheeses and milk, they are also the cradle of a dish that is a fundamental part of Venezuelan gastronomic culture.\n\nCarne en Vara is a succulent dish prepared with fresh beef and its preparation constitutes a ceremony.\n\nDespite the fact that this dish is offered in various restaurants specialized in Creole food, the truth is that there is no better experience than trying it in the traditional way.\n\nThis way of preparing this dish takes place on any farm or estate in any of the Llaneros States.\n\nVery early in the morning it is sacrificed to the veal, which is immediately chopped to be marinated only with salt.\n\nThe meat, which still preserves the skin, is then \"impaled\" on sharp rods made of oak, cedar or teak.\n\nNothing of the veal is wasted.\n\nEvery part of the young beef's body is minced and stiff.\n\nThe visors are impaled on the same stick and wrapped in a layer of beef fat so that the fire does not burn them.\n\n\n</div>\n\n<div class=\"pull-right\">\n\n🔴Barinas, Apure, Cojedes y Portuguesa son por excelencia los estados Llaneros en Venezuela. \n\nDe hermosos paisajes y ricos en ganadería y otros productos derivados como quesos y leche de alta calidad, son también la cuna de un plato que forma parte fundamental de la cultura gastronómica Venezolana. \n\nLa Carne en Vara, es un suculento plato preparado con carne fresca de ternera y su preparación constituye toda una ceremonia. \n\nA pesar de que este plato se ofrece en diversos restaurantes especializados en comida criolla, la verdad es que no hay mejor experiencia que probarla de la manera tradicional. \n\nEsta forma de preparar este plato tiene lugar en cualquier finca o hacienda de cualquiera de los Estados Llaneros. \n\nBien temprano en la mañana se sacrifica a la ternera, la cual se trocea inmediatamente para ser adobada únicamente con sal. \n\nSeguidamente la carne, la cual conserva aún la piel, se \"empala\" en filosas varas hechas de roble, cedro o teca. \n\nNo se desperdicia nada de la ternera. \n\nCada parte del cuerpo de la joven res se pica y envara.\n\nLas viseras, se empalan en una  misma vara y se envuelven en una capa de grasa de la res para que el fuego no las queme. wood that is built around the bonfire.\n\nThe preparation time of the meat in a stick is approximately 8 hours.\n\nWhen it is ready it is incredibly delicious, the young meat of the veal absorbs the woody flavor of the firewood and is very soft and juicy 🥩 🤤\n\nWhile this 8 hours of cooking elapses, their companions are prepared, which are generally boiled cassava, roasted arepas, cachapas, salad and even black beans.\n\nOf course you can not miss the guasacaca, the spicy and the ajisada milk (spicy buttermilk) with which we will season our meat once served.\n\nGenerally the drink that accompanies this dish is the papelón with lemon.\n\nBut if we are in a farm on the plain, outdoors, around a steaming pyre surrounded by meat on a stick and listening to a good Venezuelan joropo with \n\nCuando ya está lista es increíblemente deliciosa, la joven carne de la ternera absorbe el sabor amaderado de la leña y queda muy suave y jugosa 🥩  🤤\n\nMientras transcurren esa 8 horas de cocción, se preparan sus acompañantes que por lo general son yuca sancochada, arepas asadas, cachapas, ensalada y hasta caraotas negras. \n\nPor supuesto que no puede faltar la guasacaca, el picante y la leche ajisada ( suero de leche picante) con los cuales aderezaremos nuestra carne una vez servida. \n\nGeneralmente la bebida que acompaña este plato es el papelón con limón.\n\nPero si estamos en una finca en el llano, al aire libre, alrededor de una humeante pira rodeada de carne en vara y escuchando un buen joropo Venezolano con cuatro, arpa y maracas en vivo, sin duda alguna lo que conviene beber es una cerveza bien fría 🍺 🥩\n\nEs una costumbre que los ganaderos o hacendados venezolanos ofrezcan este tipo de festines para agasajar a sus invitados en ocasiones especiales( bodas, bautizos, negocios, cumpleaños, etc) You have reached Sentinel del Norte and your life is now in grave danger !! !\n\nLocated between India and Tahiland, Sentinel is only about 60 square kilometers in size and its administration reports directly to the Government of India.\n\nDue to its turquoise waters and exotic vegetation, Sentinel could be a very tempting destination for any traveler.\n\nHowever setting foot on its shoreline is deadly to anyone who tries it.\n\nThe Sentinelese, a primitive and very hostile tribe, live in its bowels.\n\nJust by seeing a boat on the coast, this tribal group does not hesitate to meet it and attack it violently.\n\nThey threaten any outsider who dares to approach and have even claimed the lives of a couple of victims like that of the North American missionary Jhon Allen Chau.\n\nAccording to the accounts, Chau would have entered the island illegally in order to evangelize the members of the tribe, however he was violently received by the indigenous people who attacked him with arrows, causing his death.\n\nDue to the degree of isolation of this tribe, very little is known about it.\n\nIt is estimated that it is made up of approximately 200 members.\n\nIt is not known exactly how they populated the island but due to their physical appearance it is believed that they are of African origin.\n\nIt is also known that they do not know the fire and it is presumed that they feed on the fruits and animals of the place.\n\nThe Government of India does not allow anyone access to the Island, not only for the safety of the visitors but also for the indigenous people themselves, since it is presumed that they would have a poor immune system due to their isolation, so maintaining Physical contact with strangers to the tribe could be fatal to them.\n\n\n</div>\n\n<div class=\"pull-right\">\n\n🔴1🚷ISLA DE SENTINEL DEL NORTE. \n\nImaginen que van navegando tranquilamente por el Oceano Índicó cuando de pronto divisan una pequeña Isla solitaria y paradisíaca. \n\nSe sienten tentados a nadar un poco en sus cristalinas aguas y tomar el sol tendidos en sus arenas blanquecinas. \n\nCuando de pronto de todos lados comienzan a salir decenas de indios armados con lanza, arcos y flechas haciendo gestos de guerra y gritando Kala Pani!!!!... \n\nDesde entonces la isla estuvo deshabitada hasta que en el siglo XX se construyó un ancianato y un hospital psiquiátrico del que se cuentan horrendas historias de torturas y extraños experimentos con los desafortunados pacientes. \n\nEl hospital término siendo desalojado y la isla quedó abandonada nuevamente. \n\nEl acceso a esta isla fantasma esta prohibido para los visitantes, sin embargo un misma, es parte de nuestra identidad. \n\nPara aquellos que no lo conocen el Pabellón Criollo es un plato compuesto por arroz blanco, caraotas negras ( Frijoles) y carne de res desmechada. \n\nAunque la combinación antes descrita es la composición original de este plato, hoy en día  es consumido en la versión conocida como \"Pabellón con Baranda\", que no es otra cosa que agregar tajadas de plátano maduro fritas a los tres Ingredientes principales. \n\nTambién existe la versión \" Pabellón a Caballo\" que consiste en colocar un huevo frito sobre el arroz. Venezuela.\n\nAccording to the Venezuelan gastronomy José Cartay, the Creole Pavilion owes its name to the similarities it presents with the national coat of arms of the Republic of Venezuela, which land by the Iberian colonizers.\n\nAnd finally, the meat with its brown color represents the native Indians of Venezuela.\n\nThat is why the Creole Pavilion is considered the gastronomic representation of the Venezuelan identity.\n\nDepending on the region where some of its ingredients are served, they usually vary, for example:\n\n🍛In the State of Zulia, they replace fried plantains with tostones (tostones are green plantains cut into slices that are crushed and fried)\n\n🍛In the plains, grated llanero white cheese is added over the plantains and beans.\n\n🍛In Lara State, shredded beef is replaced by fried goat meat.\n\n📌Another thing worth mentioning about this delicious dish is that it has a variation to serve it as breakfast.\n\nIn this case the rice is replaced by roasted arepas leaving all the other ingredients.\nI personally suggest accompanying this Breakfast Pavilion with cheese, buttermilk and butter ... Absolutely delicious 😋✨\n\n\n</div>\n\n<div class=\"pull-right\">\n\n🔴El arroz simboliza al blanco español,  a nuestros conquistadores. \n\nLas Caraotas por su parte simboliza a los negros, a los esclavos traídos desde África hasta esta tierra por los colonizadores Ibéricos. \n\nY finalmente, la carne con  su color marrón representa a los indios nativos de Venezuela. \n\nEs por ello que el Pabellón Criollo se considera la representación gastronómica de la identidad venezolana. \n\nDependiendo de la región donde se sirva algunos de sus ingredientes suelen variar, por ejemplo :\n\n🍛En el Estado Zulia sustituyen los plátanos fritos por tostones ( los tostones son plátanos verdes cortados en tajadas que se aplastan y se fríen) \n\n🍛En los llanos se agrega queso blanco llanero rallado sobre los plátanos y las caraotas. \n\n🍛En el Estado Lara se sustituye la carne desmechada de res por carne de cabra frita. \n\n📌Otra cosa que vale la pena mencionar  de este delicioso plato, es que tiene una variación para servirlo como desayuno. \n\nEn este caso se sustituye el arroz por arepas asadas dejando todos los demás ingredientes. \nPersonalmente sugiero acompañar este Pabellón de desayuno con queso, suero de leche y mantequilla... very sophisticated equipment or zoom.\n\nTake the images up close, managing to capture and transmit not only the essence, but the spiritual vibration of African animals who do not seem bothered by its presence.\n\nVicky Goldberg, photography critic, points out that the fascinating thing about Brandt's images is that they transmit a deep sense of intimacy, as if Nick knew these animals and had invited them to pose in front of his camera.\n\nBy looking at his photographs, this artist's passion and love for these extraordinary creatures who have been so hard hit by development and human ambition are almost audible.\n\nHowever, within its collections there are a series of images whose central theme is not human predation, but the deadly effects of nature itself.\n\nIn this series, petrified animals are observed in the position in which they were just before exhaling their last breath of life.\n\nThey are real animals that are scattered around the deadly Lake Natron in Tanzania.\n\nThe waters of this peculiar Lake have a very high concentration of salt, which gives it a highly harmful Ph for any species, with the exception of the Flamingos, which, paradoxically, are safe from human predation, since this place is hot, from temperatures up to 60 degrees and therefore little frequented by people.\n\n\n</div>\n\n<div class=\"pull-right\">\n\n🔴Su estilo de trabajo es cercano y muy simple sin equipos muy sofisticados ni zoom. \n\nToma las imágenes de cerca, logrando captar y transmitir no sólo la esencia, sino la vibración espiritual de los animales africanos quienes no parecen incomodarse ante su presencia. \n\nVicky Goldberg, crítica de fotografía, señala que lo fascinante de las imágenes de Brandt, es que transmiten una profunda  sensación de intimidad, como si Nick conociera a estos animales y los hubiese invitado a posar frente a su càmara. \n\nAl observar sus fotografias, casi se hace audible la pasión y el amor de este artista por estas extraordinarias criaturas que han sido tan golpeadas por el desarrollo y la ambición humana. \n\nSin embargo, dentro de sus colecciones hay una serie de imágenes  cuyo tema central no es la depredación humana, sino los efectos mortíferos de la propia naturaleza. \n\nEn esta serie se observan animales petrificados en la posición en la que estaban justo antes de exhalar su último aliento de vida. \n\nSon animales reales que se encuentran esparcidos en los alrededores del mortal Lago Natron, en Tanzania. \n\nLas aguas de este peculiar Lago tienen una altísima concentración de sal lo que le otorga una Ph altamente nocivo para cualquier especie, a excepción de los Flamingos que paradójicamente allí se encuentran a salvo de la depredación humana, ya que este lugar es  hinóspito, de temperaturas de hasta 60 grados y por lo tanto poco frecuentado por las personas. earth \"\n\nSubsequently, in 2019 he carried out another interesting work called \"Inherit the Dust\", which in my modest opinion, are of great artistic content, since they clearly express the urgency of stopping the indiscriminate human invasion in natural habitats.\n\nThe images in this collection are compositions that contrast the environment that was once natural, now full of vestiges of human development such as factories and machinery, and right in the middle of them, original-size photographs of animals that traditionally inhabited that area appear.\n\nNick Brandt's work is more relevant today than ever, when as a result of the confinement caused by COVID-19, it has been proven how harmful human activity is on the planet.\n\n\n</div>\n\n<div class=\"pull-right\">\n\n🔴Brandt, tomó algunos de estos animales y los colocó en los sitios y en la postura en la que naturalmente se les puede observar en vida, para luego fotografiarlos en blanco y negro. \n\nEl resultado es una But there are people who find it difficult to deal with everything that corresponds to them.\n\nThat they drag others into their circumstances for not solving those personal problems that only they can solve.\n\nIn fact this has happened to almost everyone.\n\nWhen in our romantic relationships we look for someone \"That will make us happy\" placing in another person our personal responsibility to achieve happiness.\n\nThe ideal is to reach the couple with an internal state of happiness and not that it depends on the actions of third parties.\n\nMy things, it's about concentrating on what I have to do. Pero hay personas que les cuesta lidiar con todo aquello que les corresponde hacer. \n\nQue arrastran a otros a sus circunstancias por no solucionar aquellos problemas personales que solo ellos pueden resolver. \n\nDe hecho esto nos ha pasado a casi todos. \n\nCuando en nuestras relaciones sentimentales buscamos a alguien \" Que  nos haga felices\" depositando en otra persona nuestra responsabilidad personal de alcanzar la felicidad. \n\nLo  ideal es llegar a la pareja con un estado interno de felicidad y no que esta dependa de las acciones de terceros. \n\nLas cosas mias, se trata de concentrarme en lo que me toca hacer a mi. De lo que esta en mis manos solucionar, soltando todo aquello que no me corresponda, ya sea personas, ideas o situaciones... Y aquí está lo difícil. \n\nPorque a los seres humanos nos gusta tener el control de todo lo que podamos, por que esto nos da una gran sensación de seguridad. \n\nPero la verdad es que no podemos ni debemos controlarlo todo. Debemos ocuparnos solo de lo que nos corresponde. \n\nPor ejemplo muchas personas entraron en pánico  cuando comenzó a propagarse el virus. Pero no nos corresponde solucionar todos sus problemas, tomar sus decisiones, elegir por ellos o sufrir por ellos. \n\nUna cosa es brindarle nuestra solidaridad y compañia a nuestros seres queridos y otra muy diferente  cargar sobre nuestras espaldas todos sus problemas y tratar de resolverlos por ellos. \n\nComo dice Fraga: No somos la ambulancia del mundo! \n\nNo intentes solucionar lo que no te corresponde, por más que ames a tus hijos, a tu pareja  o a tus amigos, deja que ellos hagan lo que les corresponde hacer...
