This is a question that many times we look for the current state of humanity. The Swiss psychiatrist Carl Gustav Jung, defended the idea that each individual, from its trajectory, even if unconsciously, influences the destination collective of world. He called the thoughts and feelings of all humanity of collective unconscious. The greater the degree of unconsciousness of a person, more strongly it will be influenced by this energy. The actions promoted by the masses are the greatest example of this. Once included in a collective manifestation, many are those who let themselves be dragged by the whirlwind, with no ability to reflect on their own attitudes. Unfortunately are still prisoners of the insanity and reproduce behaviors unbelievably inhuman. But those who have already started their wake and were able to develop some degree of consciousness, become increasingly refractory to brainwashing and violence. Undoubtedly, the dedication of our Masters and Spirit Guides to the task of helping us to awaken the Light, has been gigantic.Only unconditional love can accomplish this feat. Each one of us individually, it is the mission to stay on frequency as high as possible, mobilizing all our consciousness to not to get drawn by fear, insecurity and despair. On the contrary, we need each day, strengthen confidence in ways that love, faith and positivity are capable of building.

Lama Michel Rinpoche explains: happiness is a state of true well-being where the person does not want anything to be different from what is living. It is a sincere 'fine', that we feel when we stop fighting against the world. When i am happy i am happy, i feel good with myself and with the world around me. Happiness is a state in which you are not in conflict with absolutely nothing. In this sense, it is a true well-being. While the nature of pleasure is dissatisfaction, the nature of happiness is the satisfaction. There is nothing wrong with having pleasure if we can deal with it. It is simple: just to feel it. As Lama Michel Rinpoche says the Great Love: The well-being constant arises from the ability to recognize our inner satisfaction. In Tibetan, the word for satisfaction is tsog-schen. The idea is not to want more than we have, because we already have enough. We can even more; however, there is no need, we are already satisfied. We can join the effort to creativity. For example, we can follow objective goals and we relate creatively with whom we work. Be satisfied with our goals and achievements and take pleasure in creating because we are who we are: this seems to be a good equation to deal with the burden of life.

Search to see the good in all situations and people. Have negative habit of fearing the worst from happening, get angry often and complain of life, does not achieve troubleshooting. Watch your thoughts and emotions as they act as a magnet that will attract the reality around you. The one who wants to do good, needs to grow well on a daily basis. <b>Do not have the commitment necessary to achieve.</b> Observe changes in nature only the strong survive. Our strength should be used for the development of courage and discipline. Nowadays there is a tendency to immediacy, sometimes a viable goal is not achieved because there was a lack of persistence. <b>Practice Attitudes harmful to health.</b> If you eat poorly, sleep little and does not practice physical exercises regularly, no mystery, over time the disease will begin to manifest. <b>Ignore the changing environment in which you live</b> Discard the changes around us certainly result in problems. May be climate change, economic, technological, family, etc. Everything is in motion, we must be vigilant and adapt to external changes not to get out of phase. Notice the various areas of your life, consider if you are out of date in some of them, change what is necessary. God the Father Almighty helps all children without exception, from the moment we ask aid, divine providence begins to work in our lives. But often we fail to realize that we need to make some changes so that the solution of our problems take place. Do not just ask God, we must do our part, putting us in position to receive God's blessings. God helps those who help themselves!

Most people who strongly feel these symptoms, seek medical emergency in search of an answer to the question: "What's happening to me? ". But despite the physical symptoms, not always this response appears in health examinations. Anxiety and stress have a positive role to put your body on alert to confront or flee from a threatening situation. But today we live constantly in the expectation that something bad can happen in and therefore the need for caution always. This means that we put our biological alert mechanism in action all the time, regardless of a real threat to be happening. The result is an increasing number of people who can not disconnect, relax, sleep properly and feel exhausted most of the time. <h3>Which brings us to this state?</h3> There are several external and internal factors which, combined, can lead us to an unbalanced condition. One factor contributing to this constant alertness is the amount of information we consume daily. We are always reading news and quick texts, whether in the social network on television, in magazines, etc. Much of this information in pass problematic situations and the message of how we need to be alert not to be assaulted, to avoid accidents with us and whom we love, to secure employment and the desired promotion, etc. Of course, the information can help us, but absorb all these messages without question, it reinforces the idea that we need to be alert and in control at all times to guarantee the safety and our success in what we want. In addition, some psychological aspects may reinforce the behavior that is important to always be alert, so it's important to think about how we were learning to deal with threats for life. From small we go through challenging situations, and, repeatedly, we felt unprotected by our parents or caregivers, that the marked and helped to form a subconscious idea that we need to keep alert constantly to ensure our safety and the safety of people we love. Undoubtedly, these behaviors have helped us in many situations, and that is why we have internalized so strongly, but it is important to ask the question: what about today? This helps me actually or hinder me? These crystallized beliefs lifelong end up leaving unsafe and giving the false idea that if we control everything we can finally guarantee tranquility and rest. What happens, though, it is that our mind is just not programming for it can work, but only for everything that can go wrong in order to prepare for possible difficulties. We calculate everything, "and if the traffic is bad and I'm late for the meeting? ". "And if I can not say anything in my presentation? ". "And if the plane did not take off? ". There are so many negative possibilities, which we connect only with problems and our body reacts in an attempt to alert and help us to better balance the thoughts and feelings. <h3>How to handle it?</h3> There are several ways to deal better with stressful situations, and all pass through self-knowledge. Knowing what triggers stress in us is part of the solution. Psychotherapy associated with relaxation and meditation activities is a great way.
