      "body": "![IMG_0535.JPG](https://steemitimages.com/DQmRmGabMrnmytme2GnnU5D3wF6ofTpHqWVpnpEgsVeH8E4/IMG_0535.JPG)\n自古以来，也有朝历代都有清官，为了国家尽职尽责，死而后已。当然贪官，克扣下面的钱粮。而说到贪官，就不得不说到这个人—和珅了，历史上最有名的一大贪官。仗着乾隆的宠爱，肆无忌惮的贪污，而和珅的记忆力惊人、聪明决断、办事利索、多才多艺，马戛尔尼访华的时候，和珅担任主要翻译官，与其用英语交流毫无马虎。他还曾是《四库全书》的总裁官，而且他能让乾隆睁一只眼闭一只眼，是因为他作诗、书法好，正好合乾隆的意！不然怎么可能会留他在身边？据史料记载，和珅贪的白银就超过了十亿两，这就相当于清政府的十年财政总和。\n\n\n\n然而和珅贪归贪，也为百姓做了不少好事，不像别的贪官只知道敲诈百姓。有一年河南发生了大荒灾，这里的百姓顿时就成了饥民，更是民不聊生，流离失所。而乾隆知道这件事情后，就派和珅和手下的大臣去解决问题。和珅听到后，也是火急火燎的赶到河南，看到遍地的饥民，实在是可怜。虽然自己贪吧，但看到这种情形，内心还是很难受的。于是立刻想乾隆禀报情况，然后拨下灾款安抚灾民。\n\n\n\n而几天下来，和珅发现情况有点不对，因为每天来喝粥的人只多不少，而且有的人看起来并不像饥民。发现了这个情况之后，和珅想出了一个对策。第二天来到煮粥的地方，抓了几把沙子就往锅里一撒，搅和搅和。旁边的其他小兵看到和珅的这个举动，眼神分明不屑，心想：这个大贪官，连给百姓的粥里都撒沙子充数，还想贪灾款，真是没人性。\n\n然后就看到和珅大喊了一声：粥好了，要喝粥的赶紧来！当百姓们看到粥里有沙子的时候，还是有点犹豫，最终有几个饿的不行的饥民上前就是拿着喝，而其他饥民看到后也纷纷喝了起来，毕竟填饱肚子再说。\n\n\n\n然而，在饥民大碗大碗喝粥的同时，维持秩序的官兵却发现有一小部人偷偷的溜走了。当和珅听到这些情况的时候，不禁笑了起来。小兵们以为这部分人是有骨气不喝，而和珅却说到：这几天饥民们每天只增不少，并不是所有的人都是灾民，后续的人是扮演灾民混吃混喝，当他们看到粥里有沙时肯定不愿吃，因为他们家有更干净的食物。而真正的饥民才不会管那么多，毕竟沙子又不会吃死人，能吃饱就行。其他小兵听到这时，不禁对和珅竖起大拇指。\n\n就这样帮助了真正的饥民有了更多的粥吃，也算是一件好事吧，虽然和他的贪污比起来还是小巫见大巫，但毕竟还是为民着想了。可见其头脑还是很聪明的，就是没用上正道。\n\n\n\n和珅的一生为百姓做的“好事“也不算少吧，可能都会贪点，但毕竟是有的，不像有的贪官除了敲诈百姓什么也不会。\n![IMG_0536.JPG](https://steemitimages.com/DQmP2oB2jNquEUg7BijuhstTEurwmqCHYuBYzS7F7qSwTuY/IMG_0536.JPG)",
