Si se tiene estos síntomas y persisten por mucho tiempo es recomendable asistir al medico.</div>\n \n<h2></h2>\n<h2>¿Cuál es la cantidad de líquido necesaria para evitar una Hiponatremia?</h2>\n \n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">El agua es vital para un deportista y de acuerdo a la intensidad con la que se haga el ejercicio requiere de su ingesta, por supuesto también hay que tomar en cuenta la condiciones ambientales.
