      "body": "German:\n\nAuch dieses Jahr war der Herbst für mich eine Zeit des Loslassens und der Dankbarkeit. Wie die Bäume ihre Blätter in dieser immer kälter werdenden Jahreszeit abwerfen, so sollte auch der Mensch seine alten Gewohnheiten, Überzeugungen und veralteten Einstellungen ablegen und loslassen.\nDankbarkeit sollten wir in dieser Zeit für all die Dinge aufbringen, die wir über das Jahr geleistet haben. Es ist die Zeit der Ernte. Die Ernte fällt bei jedem Menschen anders aus und jeder Mensch blickt unterschiedlich auf das vergangene Jahr zurück. Meine persönliche Ernte war dieses Jahr vor allem die Erkenntnis darüber, welche Dinge mich wirklich glücklich machen. Ich kann endlich bestimmte Dinge loslassen ohne ihnen nachzutrauern. Ich kann die Weichen für eine neue Zukunft stellen. \nDankbar bin ich für die Kraft in mir, die mir Gesundheit und Erkenntnisse schenkt. Keine Insekten die wie ein tobendes Orchester die stille des Waldes durchbrechen und keine Vögel die um die Wette singen. Es ist die Zeit des Regens und der Unwetter. Bäche können zu reißenden Flüssen werden und Gewitter ganze Ortschaften überfluten. Das Wasser spendet uns Leben und kann es uns genauso gut entreißen. Doch findet man eine ruhigen Bach in dem das Wasser ruhig fließt, so hat man manchmal auch das Gefühl, dass Wasser kann auch mit uns reden.\nDieses Gefühl habe ich jedes mal, wenn ich vor einem ruhig fließendem Bach sitze. Doch gerade im Herbst fühlt es sich so an, als würde mir das Wasser eine Geschichte erzählen. Vielleicht spricht es über seine Erfahrungen, welche es über das Jahr in seiner Struktur abgespeichert hat.       "body": "German:\n\nAuch dieses Jahr war der Herbst für mich eine Zeit des Loslassens und der Dankbarkeit. Wie die Bäume ihre Blätter in dieser immer kälter werdenden Jahreszeit abwerfen, so sollte auch der Mensch seine alten Gewohnheiten, Überzeugungen und veralteten Einstellungen ablegen und loslassen.\nDankbarkeit sollten wir in dieser Zeit für all die Dinge aufbringen, die wir über das Jahr geleistet haben. Es ist die Zeit der Ernte. Die Ernte fällt bei jedem Menschen anders aus und jeder Mensch blickt unterschiedlich auf das vergangene Jahr zurück. Meine persönliche Ernte war dieses Jahr vor allem die Erkenntnis darüber, welche Dinge mich wirklich glücklich machen. Ich kann endlich bestimmte Dinge loslassen ohne ihnen nachzutrauern. Ich kann die Weichen für eine neue Zukunft stellen. \nDankbar bin ich für die Kraft in mir, die mir Gesundheit und Erkenntnisse schenkt. Wem auch immer ich diese Glückseligkeit verdanke... meine Gedanken sind bei dir!\n\nEnglish:\n\nAutumn was also a time of letting go and gratitude for me this year. Just as the trees shed their leaves in this increasingly colder season, so too should people shed and let go of their old habits, beliefs and outdated attitudes.\nDuring this time we should show gratitude for all the things that we have achieved over the year. It is harvest time. The harvest is different for each person and each person looks back differently on the past year. My personal harvest this year was mainly the realization of what things really make me happy. I can finally let go of certain things without mourning them. I can set the course for a new future.\nI am grateful for the strength in me that gives me health and knowledge. Abseits von den Städten finde ich meine Ruhe in der bunten Herbstwelt. Eine Welt des Wandels. Ich spüre in jeder Pore meines Körpers, dass die Natur zur Ruhe kommt. Ich kann meine Augen schließen und bis auf das Geräusch des Windes, das Rascheln der letzten Blätter in den Baumkronen und dem immer seltener werdenden Singen so mancher Vögel, beginnt sich die Natur zurück zu ziehen. Hin und wieder hört und sieht man noch Tiere bei der Vorbereitung auf den Winter, doch das tobende Leben, welches man aus den Sommermonaten kennt, bleibt aus. Keine Insekten die wie ein tobendes Orchester die stille des Waldes durchbrechen und keine Vögel die um die Wette singen. Es wird ruhiger und so werde auch ich in dieser Jahreszeit ruhiger.\n\nEnglish:\n\nIn autumn I spend as much time in nature as I can. Away from the cities, I find my peace in the colorful autumn world. A world of change. I feel in every pore of my body that nature comes to rest. I can close my eyes and apart from the sound of the wind, the rustling of the last leaves in the treetops and the increasingly rare singing of so many birds, nature begins to withdraw. Every now and then you can still hear and see animals preparing for winter, but the raging life that you know from the summer months does not materialize. No insects breaking through the silence of the forest like a raging orchestra and no birds singing in competition. Es ist die Zeit des Regens und der Unwetter. Bäche können zu reißenden Flüssen werden und Gewitter ganze Ortschaften überfluten. Das Wasser spendet uns Leben und kann es uns genauso gut entreißen. Doch findet man eine ruhigen Bach in dem das Wasser ruhig fließt, so hat man manchmal auch das Gefühl, dass Wasser kann auch mit uns reden.\nDieses Gefühl habe ich jedes mal, wenn ich vor einem ruhig fließendem Bach sitze. Doch gerade im Herbst fühlt es sich so an, als würde mir das Wasser eine Geschichte erzählen. Vielleicht spricht es über seine Erfahrungen, welche es über das Jahr in seiner Struktur abgespeichert hat. Es sind auf jeden Fall seine letzten Worte, bevor es über den Winter erstarrt und schweigsam wird.\n\nEnglish:\n\nJust as my ancestors once believed that Tyr (Nordic god) and Pórr (Nordic god) coaxed the water from Hyimir (Nordic god), I also believe that water played a very special role at this time and had unique powers . In der Feuchte des Herbst sieht es so aus, als würden Pflanzen und Pilze eine Decke über die Steinwelt legen. Steine die nach der letzten Eiszeit, in unseren Breitengeraden ihre letzte Ruhe gefunden haben, dürfen jetzt zugedeckt vom Leben, für immer schlafen. Zumindest solange bis sie durch die Natur zum Boden werden, auf dem neues Leben gedeihen kann. \n\nEnglish:\n\nWhen I walk through the forest in autumn, I notice especially on stones how beautiful the harmony between the \"living\" and the \"dead\" nature can be.
