The attorny who filed them did not have a license to practice law in the Southern District of New York, which incidentally is well known for tossing good cases.  It is where everyone who is anyone goes to **get out of jail free**. \n\nP Diddy's trial ended a couple months ago with a split decision: not guilty on five major counts of sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy, but convicted on the lesser Mann Act violations tied to 2010 events involving Ventura and another woman known as 'Jane'. He said, \"I didn't mean to hurt you Jane.\" in an obligatory appology. \n\nSentencing took place this month.  He was sentenced to four years, but will get out early due to the time he has already spent in jail since 2024.   He is in custody, and has remained confined to the Special Housing Unit in Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center, where he has been since his arrest.  \n\nIt is amazing to watch these kinds of seemingly light consequences for what we had all seen and heard on line.  I am not saying that we saw *evidence* but some of it was pretty dirty and very convincing.   \n\n---\n\n\nI missed a lot of arrests before they were happening weekly. I hope I can catch up. Why would anyone care about legally operating vehicles, however  odd they were, when the rest of what you do is way more punishable under the law.\n\nShe was convicted when she was 60 years old  in the Southern District District of New York, which is one circuit court I hear a lot about when it comes to freeing people or failing to sentence them.  I think she (rightfully) took the fall to keep some others from being looked it.  In other words, they tossed us a bone.  I did not find out where she is being held and I don't really care as long as she stays in jail.  \n\nThe details of all of this are disgusting and everyone  has already heard them  ad-nausem for so many months while it was all happening.  I will give all details when I get to the \"as they happen\" part of my writing.  My purpose is to have a blog type timeline of these, and all, arrests. \n\n I do not trust any of our legacy media these days and they are proving daily that they would rather make things up than ask questions and report the truth.  I trust the government web pages slightly more than I do the media due to their propensity for lying and fraud as we will see when covering future arrests.   I like to write from memory or the notes I have made while the stories are told the first time.  These older ones have some dates taken from unreliable sources named in this paragraph. \n\nI missed a lot of arrests before they were happening weekly.  I hope I can catch up.
