In this post I will tell you about my favorite place so far_**.\n\n#### Santa Marta, Colombia \n\nEs un lugar con hermosas playas, la gastronomía es bastante apetecible y caracteristica del costeño, personas en su mayoría alegres y echadoras de broma. Tienen bastante historia, y un ejemplo o aspecto historico mas importante es que el libertador Simón Bolivar estuvo en sus ultimos días hasta el momento de su muerte en dicha ciudad, especificamente en la quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino.\n\nEl Mirador Inka Inka ubicado en Santa Marta. Desde ese lugar se puede apreciar de manera ideal todo el alrededor incluyendo la gran playa que cubre tal tierra.\n\n> Santa Marta, Colombia is a place with beautiful beaches, the gastronomy is quite appetizing and characteristic of the coastal people, mostly cheerful and joking. They have a lot of history, and an example or most important historical aspect is that the liberator Simon Bolivar was in his last days until the time of his death in that city, specifically in the fifth of San Pedro Alejandrino.\n\n> The viewpoint called Inka Inka located in Santa Marta. Toma unos 40 minutos caminando para cruzar de lado a lado. Las personas con las que me topé en ese lugar se comportaban de una manera muy amigable y educada cabe destacar. \n\n> I discovered this place through an invitation from a friend I met during the time I lived there to get to know a little more of her city. It takes about 40 minutes walking to cross from side to side. Llegado a distintos puntos puedes obtener distintas vistas que puedes aprovechar para sacar diferentes fotografias del lugar con varios angulos. \n\n> When you walk up the coast you can see different trees along the way. Me preocupa que mi peso desde hace un tiempo ha sido muy bajo en comparaciones a años anteriores. Tenía muchas preguntas por hacerle y cosas que aclarar. Ayer por fin tuve la oportunidad de ir el día a una consulta. La cita era a las 9:00am, por lo que comencé a alistarme desde temprano y pude llegar a las 8:45am. Estuve un rato en la sala de espera hasta que fue mi turno.\n\n<center> ![photo_2021-03-28_07-00-48.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmZViaYefRNtwUr2SDUkQryw1QM6RA8rhUdiwtT4qcBYyB/photo_2021-03-28_07-00-48.jpg) </center>\n\nMi peso actual es de 62kg, mi estatura es de 1.74cm así que mi peso es bajo en comparacion al rango en que debería estar acorde a mi estatura por lo que se me consideraría actualmente como alguien delgado. \n\nLas primeras cosas que me preguntó el nutricionista fue que si podía comer de todo tipo de comida, también por mis habitos alimenticios actuales y el menú que venía teniendo hasta ahora. Luego de eso aproveché de hacerle todas las preguntas que tenía y los aportes nutricionales de algunos alimentos a mi cuerpo. Vaya que  me sorprendí por su respuesta y aclaraciones a mis preguntas. \n\n\n\n\n![photo_2021-03-28_07-00-34.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmZKHxgZAxcjN9zSS2Hpo3LFrtQHtANEoyW3DxDH96RdBo/photo_2021-03-28_07-00-34.jpg)\n\nUna de las cosas que me recomendó fue tomar levadura de cerveza, lo cual contiene 300 calorías en cada pastilla. Pude conseguirla rapidamente en una farmacia cercana. Su costo fue de 8.900.000bs, lo cual equivale a unos 4.6$ o 6.6 STEEM. Debo tomar una pastilla despues de cada desayuno y cada almuerzo para un aporte de 600 calorías de las 2500 que debo consumir en el día según sus indicaciones. La meta para los siguientes 3 meses son 70kg para ir luego aumentando mas. \n\nUna de las cosas que me llamó la atención es que en la dieta que me colocó, el aguacate está en la mayoría de las opciones que me dio a elegir para el desayuno y la cena.
