Mi prima y yo nos íbamos todos los días en la mañana a un lugar llamado las ballenas, ubicado en la ciudad de Maracay, estado Aragua, Venezuela, temprano en la mañana salíamos y al principio como todas inexpertas y principiantes, comenzamos a caminar luego poco a poco comenzamos a dar trotes fuertes y así sucesivamente.\nUn buen día mi prima me dijo, me conseguí con un amigo que esta en esto del running y me esta entrenando, (por mi trabajo se me hacía más difícil entrenar todos los días en la mañana) no pude seguir entrenando con mi prima, si no que empecé hacerlo en las tardes, con otra prima, poco a poco le fuimos tomando el ritmo y con las recomendaciones de mi otra prima, avanzamos muy rápido.</div>\n\n<center>![GATO.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmQVzZfs1y6JTc1rfhwxJoZEvFsrfGKdBHg8qoSqu7GKWQ/GATO.jpg)</center>\n\n<div class=\"text-justify\">Para el año 2012 cuando comenzamos a entrenar, escucho sobre una carrera de 10 kilómetros, muy famosa, por cierto, la Gatorade Valencia Rock, pues nos fuimos de loquitas y nos inscribimos, (nunca en mis practicas llegue hacer 10K) sin embargo me arriesgue y me inscribí, eso si no había un solo día que yo no entrenara.\nPara asistir a una carrera era todo un protocolo, dejar de entrenar por lo menos 2 días antes de la carrera, dormir temprano el día anterior, cenar temprano y a base de carbohidratos, y tener una super hidratación, bueno hice todo el protocolo antes de la carrera, llego el día tan esperado, mi primera carrera, al llegar al lugar muy tempranito se sentía la emoción, la adrenalina en la gente, y mas aun cuando es el momento de la salida.</div>\n\n\n\n<h2>MI PRIMERA EXPERIENCIA</h2>\n\n\n*<div class=\"text-justify\">Les cuento que elegía la carrera más fuerte como primera experiencia, la cuidad de Valencia tiene una ruta muy fuerte, hay muchas subidas, un elevado, pero a pesar de todos estos obstáculos, me acuerdo clarito que hice toda mi carrera sin para en 1 hora 30 minutos. \nLa ruta a pesar de ser muy fuerte y exigente, en cada 2 kilómetros encontrábamos bandas de rock que amenizaban la carrera y veíamos a la gente dándonos ánimo, también cada 2 kilómetros nos ofrecían agua y Gatorade para hidratarnos.\nLuego de terminar, en el punto de llegada te entregan una medalla, como recompensa de tu esfuerzo y te dan frutas e hidratación, como es una carrera musical, al terminar en el escenario se montan diversos grupos de rock animar el cierre de la carrera.</div>*\n\n<center>![GATO2.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmSaSNqBVheUwy9j4bT5pfciYzoKFiyAS6hPqW6H4jNa6J/GATO2.jpg)</center>\n\n<h2>AÑO 2013</h2>\n\n\n*__<div class=\"text-justify\">Luego de la carrera del 2012 quede muy entusiasmada y con muchas mas ganas de seguir corriendo, así que seguí entrenando mas duro y me prepare mejor para la del año 2013, en esta oportunidad se animo mi prima, su novio y mi hermano y se inscribieron, fue un año de mucho entrenamiento, pero lo disfrute al máximo; se repitió el mismo protocolo que con la carrera del año 2012, pero ahí si iba con mayor preparación.\nEl día de la carrera llegamos tempranito, full animados porque fuimos un grupo grande y sobre todo yo iba super entusiasmada porque estaba super segura que iba a disminuir mi tiempo.\nY en efecto así fue, bajé de 1hora 30 minutos, a 1hora, cuando vi mi tiempo fue mi mayor recompensa, el cansancio que sentía valió totalmente la pena.</div>__*\n\n<center>![GATO2013.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmWi8PNYUzCnsLMQ2JRFEth8NgtaQF2uwdQuGS2U8qfYA8/GATO2013.jpg)</center>\n\n\n<div class=\"text-justify\">Fue tanto el entusiasmo de esa carrera que seguimos preparándonos, porque el próximo año volvíamos a ir, pero en mi país sucedieron tantos eventos políticos, que la carrera no logro realizarse ese año, así que duramos mas de un año entrenando para la próxima carrera, somos fanáticos numero 1 de las carreras de la Gatorade Valencia Rock, por su animo y entusiasmo, a pesar de que la ruta es sumamente fuerte.</div>\n\n<center>![GATO2343.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmNNKfLZoKDNwBi3yrHA8TEi7xAzVwQkSqZRh5bTgoUwZk/GATO2343.jpg)</center>\n\n<h2><div class=\"text-justify\">Si lo sueñas has que se haga realidad, lucha por lo que quieres y trabaja por ello.</div></h2>\n\n<center>![GATO20151.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmV6Eti3QSX2i7iaXTCqMHAeAQ7wUb5C9GbL1V9fXtFAz2/GATO20151.jpg)</center>\n\n<h3> las fotos fueron tomadas con la camara del celular iphones 4S, modificadas por la autora @chuao en power point</h3>\n\n<center>![YOPI.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmSNjXqwwfbnCeQxLdLUdLYCiKH5uziM3EcVCauPrbubja/YOPI.jpg)</center>",

      "body": "<div class=\"text-justify\">Tinaquillo, es una  ciudad ubicada en  el estado Cojedes  en Venezuela, Tinaquillo es la  capital del Municipio Tinaquillo, fue  fundada con  el nombre de “Nuestra Señora del Socorro de Tinaquillo. A nivel geográfico está localizada en una altiplanicie en las orillas del río Tamanaco.
