Mis padres, quienes también son docentes; sin decir una palabra, sólo desde su ejemplo me lo enseñaron y yo se lo comparto a ustedes en este escrito. _______________________________________________________________________________ <div class=text-justify> Desde que tengo uso de razón conviví con maestros. Mis papás, Chemita y Chegollo, eran maestros rurales, de esos que los representantes siempre rogaban para que les dieran clases a sus hijos, visitándolos en la casa durante las vacaciones escolares para que por favor les dieran clases a sus hijos y nietos. </div> <p> </p> <div class=text-justify> Eran de esos maestros que no faltaban ni un día a clases. Siempre de punta en blanco, siempre con una mano amiga y con aquella especie de vocación que rebasaba todo entendimiento. Docentes que si los estudiantes, o sus representantes tenían algunas necesidades, por ejemplo de ropa, calzado, comida; mis hermanas y yo siempre los veíamos colectando ropitas, zapatos y sacando de su nevera para llevarles comida a sus casas. Acciones que yo no comprendía hasta que fui docente. </div> <p> </p> <div class=text-justify> Hoy en día, es notorio el abismo existente en el sistema educativo de mi país en comparación con el pasado. A la vista de todos está y pues no pretendo con este escrito exponer los motivos y consecuencias que esto ha traído a la sociedad. Pero si puedo afirmar que el problema más grave es la disminución ética y moral en cada uno de nosotros y que está haciendo estragos en la labor docente y trascendiendo en la sociedad. </div> <p> </p> <div class=text-justify> Explico por qué. </div> <p> </p> <div class=text-justify> Por una parte están los docentes. Muchos escuchamos que la situación social, la crisis, las situaciones diarias, los sueldos, los incentivos, los padres, los lineamientos ministeriales, la ausencia de apoyo, en fin muchas cosas, hacen que la labor docente sea realizada con dificultad, originando a largo plazo ausencias, incumpliendo cuestiones administrativas, presentando esto como excusa o disculpa ante las acciones docente que desarrollan , y en resumen escondiendo lo que a simple vista es mero agotamiento, desmoralización, descontento y decepción. Situación que no desmiento, que es real y palpable en toda institución educativa pública venezolana. Pero está la otra parte: los estudiantes. </div> <p> </p> <div class=text-justify> Los estudiantes quienes son los que asisten diariamente en busca de saberes, otros de apoyo moral, de paño de lágrimas, otros que hacen un esfuerzo sobrehumano para estar en la institución, quizás hasta más que nosotros. Entonces, es en este momento en el que recuerdo a Chemita y a Chegollo y entiendo porque ellos tenían esas acciones para con sus estudiantes. Por el compromiso ético y moral que un docente implícitamente debe tener en su ser y debe trascender a las personas que se encuentren a su alrededor. </div> <p> </p> <div class=text-justify> Y es que es cierto, la situación actual de mi país es terrible, pero entre tanto caos existe un pequeño espacio en el que se construyen aquellas personitas con pensamientos diversos, libres y quienes en el futuro serán los que edifiquen nuestra sociedad. Personas a las que no podemos darles alimentos, comidas y calzados; pues los docentes actualmente no contamos con esa capacidad, pero que en sustitución podemos fomentar en ello todos los valores, la ética y moral que se requiere para formar una sociedad de bien. El problema es que no podemos enseñar lo que no tenemos y pues, tampoco exigir lo que no somos capaces de realizar. </div> <p> </p> <div class=text-justify> No quiero con esto ser mártir ni mucho menos, pues yo considero que lo que vivimos los docentes venezolanos en la actualidad es terrible y deplorable, así como también soy docente que exijo por lo menos tener calidad de vida; cosa que hemos perdido en este país. Considero además que da la impresión que los gobernantes quieren a docentes sumisos y mediocres, pues ellos comprende muy bien el papel que juega un educador de este tipo en sus sistemas educativos. </div> <p> </p> <div class=text-justify> Pero amigo, docente que me lees, dejar las aulas no es solución, tampoco formar a estudiantes no pensantes, sin criticidad. Nosotros tenemos el poder de hacer que nuestra sociedad cambie. Nuestra única arma es ser docentes con un alto nivel ético, moral y que sea esto lo que nuestros estudiantes perciban desde nuestro ejemplo. Si tú eres un docente mediocre, tus estudiantes también lo serán. Si queremos un mejor país, debemos formar a los ciudadanos que lo construyan, y ese poder sólo lo tienen los docentes. </div> <p> </p> <div class=text-justify> Un poder que no se ve, pero que a largo plazo se evidencia en las acciones de cada uno de los estudiantes que pasan por nuestras manos. </div>

Mis padres, quienes también son docentes; sin decir una palabra, sólo desde su ejemplo me lo enseñaron y yo se lo comparto a ustedes en este escrito.*\n_______________________________________________________________________________\n<div class=text-justify> Desde que tengo uso de razón conviví con maestros. Mis papás, Chemita y Chegollo, eran maestros  rurales, de esos que los representantes siempre rogaban para que les dieran clases a sus hijos, visitándolos en la casa durante las vacaciones escolares para que por favor les dieran clases a sus hijos y nietos. </div>\n<p> </p>\n<div class=text-justify> Eran de esos maestros que no faltaban ni un día a clases. Siempre de punta en blanco, siempre con una mano amiga y con aquella especie de vocación que rebasaba todo entendimiento. Docentes que si los estudiantes, o sus representantes tenían algunas necesidades, por ejemplo de ropa, calzado, comida; mis hermanas y yo siempre los veíamos colectando ropitas, zapatos y sacando de su nevera para llevarles comida a sus casas.  Acciones que yo no comprendía hasta que fui docente. </div>\n<p> </p>\n<div class=text-justify> Hoy en día, es notorio el abismo existente en el sistema educativo de mi país en comparación con el pasado. A la vista de todos está y pues no pretendo con este escrito  exponer  los motivos y consecuencias que esto ha traído a la sociedad. Pero si puedo afirmar que el problema más grave es la disminución ética y moral en cada uno de nosotros y que está haciendo estragos en la labor docente y trascendiendo en la sociedad. </div>\n<p> </p>\n<div class=text-justify> Explico por qué. </div>\n<p> </p>\n<div class=text-justify> Por una parte están los docentes. Muchos escuchamos que la situación social, la crisis, las situaciones diarias, los sueldos, los incentivos, los padres, los lineamientos ministeriales, la  ausencia de apoyo, en fin muchas cosas, hacen que la labor docente sea realizada con dificultad, originando a largo plazo ausencias, incumpliendo  cuestiones administrativas, presentando esto como excusa o disculpa ante las acciones docente que desarrollan , y en resumen escondiendo lo que a simple vista es mero agotamiento, desmoralización, descontento y decepción. Situación que no desmiento, que es real y palpable en toda institución educativa  pública venezolana. Pero está la otra parte: los estudiantes. </div>\n<p> </p>\n<div class=text-justify> Los estudiantes quienes son los que asisten diariamente en busca de saberes, otros de apoyo moral, de paño de lágrimas, otros que hacen un esfuerzo sobrehumano para estar en la institución, quizás hasta más que nosotros.  Entonces,  es en este momento en el que recuerdo a Chemita y a Chegollo y entiendo porque ellos tenían esas acciones para con sus estudiantes. Por el compromiso ético y moral que un docente implícitamente debe tener en su ser y debe trascender  a las personas que se encuentren a su alrededor. </div>\n<p> </p>\n<div class=text-justify> Y es que es cierto, la situación actual de mi país es terrible, pero entre tanto caos existe un pequeño espacio en el que se construyen aquellas personitas con pensamientos diversos, libres y quienes en el futuro serán los que edifiquen nuestra sociedad.  Personas a las que no podemos darles alimentos, comidas y calzados; pues los docentes actualmente no contamos con esa capacidad, pero que en sustitución podemos fomentar en ello todos los valores, la  ética y moral que se requiere para formar una sociedad de bien. El problema es que no podemos enseñar lo que no tenemos y pues, tampoco exigir lo que no somos capaces de realizar. </div>\n<p> </p>\n<div class=text-justify> No quiero con esto ser mártir ni mucho menos, pues yo considero que lo que vivimos los docentes venezolanos en la actualidad es terrible y deplorable, así como también soy docente que exijo por lo menos tener calidad de vida; cosa que hemos perdido en este país. Considero además que da la impresión que los gobernantes quieren a docentes sumisos y  mediocres, pues ellos comprende muy bien el papel que juega  un educador  de este tipo en sus sistemas educativos. </div>\n<p> </p>\n<div class=text-justify> Pero amigo, docente que me lees, dejar las aulas no es solución, tampoco formar a estudiantes no pensantes, sin criticidad.  Nosotros tenemos el poder de hacer que nuestra sociedad cambie. Nuestra única arma es ser docentes con un alto nivel ético, moral y que sea esto lo que nuestros estudiantes perciban desde nuestro ejemplo. Si tú eres un docente mediocre, tus estudiantes también lo serán. Si queremos un mejor país, debemos formar a los ciudadanos que lo construyan, y ese poder sólo  lo tienen los docentes. </div>\n<p> </p>\n<div class=text-justify> Un poder que no se ve, pero que a largo plazo se evidencia en las acciones de cada uno de los estudiantes que pasan por nuestras manos. </div>",
