      "body": "Ah school, the one experience almost everyone has to go through in their life. Whether you loved it, hated it, or are experiencing it now everyone has to go through it. While the main purpose of school is to get one ready for life after it does many things wrong. \n\n  -Mandatory Classes\n While I believe taking mandatory classes up to a certain point is useful it should not stay that way the whole time during school. I believe it would be useful to force classes upon students up to middle school. They would have an understanding on all of the subjects but not have to dedicate to much time into them. At this point, students should begin to have interests and understand their strengths and weaknesses.  If once middle school ended students began to explore into categories of subjects that they are good at and understand they would be much more ready for college or work. Also starting students into the subjects they choose early on would give them time to change if they wanted to.\n\n -Genders and Their Reading Interests\n       This category mainly applies to subjects such that involve literature. Schools put males and females into the same classes and teach them the same things. This can be a problem because males and females usually have very different interests. For example, males tend to like pieces of literature that contains action, or adventure. While females tend to like things such as drama, or romance. While this does not apply to every person on earth this will apply to a majority. So why would a male want to read a book about drama and romance when he much more would enjoy reading things about action and adventure.  It would make sense to separate the genders and put them in classes where they can enjoy to read and learn. Also if students don't fall into the majority category they should have classes for them. Such as a literature class that would showcase stories that involve mystery. This would keep students enjoying what they are learning and reading. Separating classes like this by students interests would also work if separating genders was unethical or not possible.\n\n  -Time\n    High school takes up a lot of time during a day. For me and most people, I know their school day takes up seven hours. This is a lot of time if this time was cut to five hours it would give students more time for things like work and enjoyable activities. Having more free time would give students more opportunity. It would also keep students less stressed out and bored. Having five hours would give students four, hour classes and an hour to eat lunch. This schedule would work well for high school if students were taking classes they were interested in.\n    \n  -Time management\n    Time management is something school makes hard for students. This leads to students being fatigued and stressed out. If schools were to have more then one set of the same class in a day it would allow students to choose when they want to start school. Such as if there was a session of classes from 7:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m. and another session of classes at 1:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m. this would allow students an option of when it is best for them to complete school. Having a flexible schedule would give students options on when they could complete other things such as work. It would also give them more options for time that they use for enjoyment. \n\nI hope you enjoyed reading my opinion on some of the flaws I believe the United States school system has.
